我们家长和孩子按照学校的通知，一起及时收看于丹教授《如何培养孩子的德智体能全面发展》电视讲座。主要是关于中小学生“人格教育”为主题的一个讲座。受到了一次极好的教育，看完之后感触很深，受益匪浅。

主要有以下几点感受：

第一：于丹老师通过讲述和举例，我受到了很大的启发。通过“一碗米的价值”的阐述，比喻一个人、一个孩子的价值的创造。明潦又深刻。一个孩子的空间大小也因人不同，除了老师和家长要帮助他发现最大的价值空间，更重要的是教育他自己来认知自己的生命价值。懂得了“一个孩子在很小的时候能不能拥有快乐的生命，可能比他掌握多少知识更重要。”在学习知识的同时，完成自己的开发。这是大家都企及的一种教育的境界。并严肃的指出“我们陪伴孩子成长，不能用一种高高在上的姿态，而是教会孩子在面对挫折，让孩子独立去完成自己的发现，去完成自我成长的修复。”一定要遵从孩子的自然成长规律，为培养孩子健全的人格而踏实走好每一步!

第二：于丹老师剖析了《论语》中的“:知之者不如好之者，好之者不如乐之者。”

让我从孩子的身上去感受、注意和发觉这一点。懂得，在学习一种知识的同时，掌握它不如喜欢它，喜欢它不如快乐地接受它。俗话说：“兴趣是最好的老师”，如果一味的让孩子去死搬的接受知识，并不利于他们的健康成长，相反，久而久之，还会适得其反地厌恶学习。作为家长，特别是作为老师，虽然是传道、授业、解惑，但也要为孩子的快乐着想，在课堂上或家庭学习中加些带有孩子感兴趣而且结合学习内容的作料，使得孩子能够有兴趣学习并接受新的知识。

第三：于丹老师讲了一个寓言故事使我印象更深。有个孩子特别爱发脾气，他的父亲就在墙上钉钉子来记录发脾气的次数，孩子看到一天之中钉了那么多的钉子，自己也傻了，发誓要改掉这个坏毛病，控制住一次就拔掉一颗钉子，慢慢地钉子拔完了，父亲语重心长地说:“孩子，钉子虽然拔完了，但是那么多的洞却永远也抹不掉，你发脾气的时候，让多少人为你痛心呀!”现在的孩子大都是独生子女，是家中的小皇帝、小公主，衣来伸手，饭来张口。总是发生“五个过分”的问题;在学校里受点委屈，家长就会找老师论说，试想这样对孩子的发展会有好处吗?!

第四：于丹老师讲了自己和孩子一个关于“小花篮”的故事，也让人很受启示。在学习生活中遇到挫折在所难免，要经常鼓励孩子以积极的态度对待一切困难，调动孩子的学习积极性;当孩子遇到困难时，要不断地给他打气，此时家长也要和孩子一起努力，用实际行动感染孩子，达到了勇敢面对一切困难，积极想办法去解决的素质和品德的目的。

第五：于丹老师还讲了几个有关孩子因为学习成绩不好、学习压力过大，以及在生活和人际交往等事情中，想不开就产生和发生轻生的倾向及事件的真实事例。使我们更加认识到培养孩子人格和心理素质的重要性，不可掉以轻心。

总之，在我认真仔细聆听了于丹教授的讲座，进一步明潦：无论在家庭或者学校，家长还是教师，在孩子的教育中，不但要教给孩子文化科学知识，更重要的是对孩子的“礼仪教育”、“挫折教育”、以及“生存教育”，让每个孩子能健健康康地为自己的将来而学习。“十年树木，百年树人”，教育是人类永恒的课题。让我们为了孩子健康成长，为了下一代的教育共同努力吧!

《如何培养孩子的德智体全面发展》观后感450字

昨天早上，我看了由北京师范大学教授于丹老师主讲的《如何培养孩子的德智体全面发展》的讲座，感受颇深。

第一个主题如何培养我们的孝心。于丹教授讲了一个寓意非常深刻的故事---《大树和孩子》，我深受感动，觉得这是一个很好的培养我们孝心的故事。现在的我们自我意识非常强，尊老爱幼意识薄弱，我要随时注意自己的一言一行。

第二个主题如何培养我们的爱心。孝是基本的，有了孝还要有仁爱心。有了这两颗心，才能更好的融入社会。于丹教授说:““仁”字拆开来看就是两个人，就是说两个人相处好了才能体现仁的含义。所以说我们要多交朋友，自己处理好和小伙伴之间的关系。”

第三个主题如何培养我们的自信、自立、自强。我们自信、自立、自强的习惯，要在日常生活和日常交往中才能培养出来。有些事情可以自己做主，自己独立完成。有时候爸爸妈妈的事情还可以问问我们的建议，不管对错，都要鼓励。不要养成衣来伸手、饭来张口的过度依赖性。一个有爱心、自立、自信的孩子更能融入社会。

第四个主题如何教育我们理解父母、尊敬老师、懂得感恩。百善孝为先，孝是中华文化传统提倡的行为。要对生活充满感恩的心，感谢父母，尊敬老师。孝不但是外在要求，也是内在的一种责任。

只要我们有心、用心，我相信，我们都是最棒的。

今天下午，我们听了一个讲座——青春期生理卫生与健康保健。讲座的老师叫庞红梅，来自青岛卫生学校。

老师主要讲了三个话题。第一个：什么是青春期？青春期是童年生长发育到成人的过渡时期，这一时期，人体的形态、某些器官的结构、功能都有显著的变化。青春的划分：世界卫生组织的定义11-18周岁都成为青春期。青春早期9-12岁，青春中期13-16岁，青春晚期16-18岁。第二个：青春期生理知识。月经的形成：平均28天（21-35），每次持续（3-5天）出血量50ml左右。在这的重点1。保持会阴部清洁。2。月经用品要干净、专用。3。注意全身保健。4。注意饮食，有足够的休息和睡眠。5。参加适合的户外活动。6。注意保暖，避免受凉。7。正确选择使用卫生巾。第三个：女生自我保护：1。提高警惕性。2。不要到偏僻的地方。3。不要一个人或几个女同学招手达搭便车4。不要去各种酒吧或歌舞厅。5。切不可赌气离家出走。6。不要贪图小便宜，对别人要小心。7。衣着不要太暴露。8。不要独立自跟着人走。应急要点：1。及时呼救2。巧妙周旋3。用于抗争4。保存证据

青春期是美丽的。让我们好好把握美丽的青春期，我们要自尊、自爱、自信、自主|自强。

梦想就像雨水，滋润世间万物。梦想就像火花，绽出无限的光芒。梦想就像灯光，照明我前进的道路……我的梦想就是当一名摄影师。

每次玩电脑，看的都是那些唯美的摄影作品，有拍晚霞的美丽样子的，有拍庄园里成群的薰衣草的，也有拍下雨时窗外的景色的。但是最令我难以忘怀的是那成群的樱花飘飘悠悠地从树上飞舞下来的景象。有种说不出的美，不是那么壮观，也没有那么华丽，这是一种能让人安静的美。我转念一想，要不是摄影师抓住这精彩的瞬间，现在怎么还能看到这么美的画面呢？是摄影师把这唯美的一瞬定格在了相机里，把这一瞬的美，毫无保留地展现在了大家的面前，摄影师，多么伟大的职业啊！

我觉得摄影不光是一种职业，更是一种灵魂上的升华，精神上的放纵，感官上的享受……摄影能让人看到与日常生活息息相关的一点一滴，这是人们所不能察觉到，或是不会注意到的事情、动作。也能拍一些人们不怎么了解的地方，海洋，沙漠，让人们了解到大千世界的美轮美奂。这就是摄影师的职责，义务。

摄影师的每一幅作品都来之不易，他们要跑遍世界各地，甚至某个角落，才能找到那一幅画面，只有摄影师在那一秒按下快门，那画面才能定格在相机里，如果过了这一秒，谁能保证那画面不会消失呢？摄影师是伟大的，所以我愿意当一名优秀的摄影师，把一切美好却又稍纵即逝的事物定格在我的相机里。美丽的一瞬间很快地闪过，不会再来，而那一瞬间却成为了一张照片，给人带来愉悦的感受。

我知道，要当一名摄影师是非常辛苦的，日夜奔波在外，可是我不会放弃，不会因为一点小困难小挫折而放弃。同时我觉得想当摄影师，必须要懂得接受任何事物，懂得欣赏美，用心感悟美。所以我会在生活的一点一滴中发现美，并用心去感受。

我愿把五彩缤纷但又稍纵即逝的世界定格在我的相机里，并用独特的眼光诠释它，让它以另一种美出现在人们眼前，给人一种新颖的感觉。我记得一句歌词：“我的未来不是梦，我认真地对待每一分钟，我的未来不是梦，我的心跟着希望在动……”我相信只要我努力，胜利的彩虹将会在不远处等着我！

Every city has many theme parks, the local people like to go to the park for a walk or take some exercise. In China, most parks are free, people can go there without charge, but still some other parks need to charge. People urge that all the parks should be free, while I think it will do harm to the park.

每个城市都有很多主题公园，本地人喜欢去公园散步或者锻炼。在中国，大部分公园免费，人们无需给钱就可以进入公园，但是仍然有一些公园需要付费。人们要求所有的公园应该免费，然而我觉得这样会对公园有害。

One the one hand, opening the parks for free encourages people to go to the park for entertainment. Most people have the habit to take a walk after dinner, so it can help them to keep their bodies healthy. The children can have fun with their friends, too. The parks provide people so much fun, so it is good for people to go to there for free.

一方面，免费开放公园鼓励着人们去公园娱乐。很多人有饭后散步的习惯，这样有助于让他们保持身体的健康。孩子们也可以和他们的朋友找乐子。公园给人们提供了很多的乐趣，因此免费开放公园对人们是有好处的。

On the other hand, too many people go to the parks will do harm to the environment. Some people will throw away their trash away, the environment will be polluted. What’s more, the crowed people will make people have less space for them to have fun.

另一方面，过多的人去公园会对环境造成伤害。一些人会随处扔垃圾环境会被污染。而且，成群的人会让人们享有很少的空间来娱乐。

For me, I think it is not good to open the parks for free, it needs to control the number of people, so we can protect the environment.

对于我来说，我觉得免费开放公园是不好的，要控制人群的数量，这样我们才能保护环境。

In the future,I hope I can be a reporter.As a reporter,in order to find many good news, I will travel in different cities everyday.And i will meet a lot ofstars .First,i will study hard,as a reporter,i should have a good command of Chinese,if i have to report in English,i also need to study English very hard.

From now on,i will read everyday,and i will try to write diary to practice my writing skill.Anyway,to be a reporter is my goal in the future,I will study hard to achieve it!

Dear Mr. Seaton，

Thank you very much for taking me with you on that splendid outing to London. It was the first time that I had seen the Tower or any of the other famous sights. If Id gone alone, I couldnt have seen nearly as much, because I wouldnt have known my way about.

The weather was splendid on that day, which I thought was rare. I still remember some people told me that in Britain there was weather and no climate. During the same day, it might snow in the morning, rain at noon, shine in the afternoon and be windy before the night falls. So I think I was lucky.

I think the river trip was the best thing of all. London really came alive for me as we saw it from the Thames during that wonderful journey down to Greenwich. It was all tremendously exciting - a day that I shall never forget.

2015年12月12号，这个特别的日子里，我们有幸观看了心理健康讲座：认识自己，了解他人，善待生命。生命来之不易，我们更需珍惜生命，情绪的变化会受到生活环境，人物的影响。心态决定一切。人难免会有负面情绪，及时调整心态确实能够帮助事情更好地发展，但我认为更重要的是从自身做起，建立良好的心态，减少负面情绪，更能帮助自我成长。

呼吸与人生的乐趣和幸福是密切相关的，这一点人们很少关心和注意。殊不知呼吸不够充足时能减弱人们的生命力，使代谢缓慢，浅呼吸导致疲劳、贫血和萎靡不振，同时还能使人们的情绪向消极方面发展，如愤怒、消沉、自卑和莫须有的内疚感等。呼吸是生命里最重要的一个环节。没有了呼吸，生命便戛然而止。而呼吸的节奏快慢会影响我们的情绪，所以我们需要控制好自己的情绪，所以当我们遇到慌乱的事情的时候，要学会深呼吸。调整自己的呼吸节奏控制自己的情绪，沉着冷静的去处理情绪上的波动，然而关于这方面的体会，不妨试一试。

当你正准备作首次演讲和演出而感到很紧张的时候，或正设法解决一个难题而感到焦虑的时候，建议你停下来，作几次深呼吸，就能促进血液循环，增加全身供氧，然后再慢慢呼出来，排出二氧化碳气体都是非常有益的。这时，你就会感到放松，不那么紧张了，你会感觉更自信。深呼吸操练的效果会使你感到惊奇，精神状态得到改善，工作效率提高，错误也减少了。你是感性的人还是理性的人，小小游戏告诉你，游戏一：双手交叉，右手指在上，是左脑更加发达的人，属于理性思考的人，左手反之。游戏二：双手交叉抱着手臂，如果左手在上则是：右脑使用者，感性的人，反之亦然。形成左左，左右，右左，右右四种的组合类型性格。
