今天下午第一节课我们去了多功能厅，当然这不是去开会，而是去听讲座。

首先老师讲了我们这个年龄已进入了青春期，我们这个年龄可能会脾气暴躁、开始有主见，从而进入叛逆期。然而进入青春期的特征主要有：身高猛增、喉结突出、长阴毛、变声、长胡须等。

另外，老师还讲了我们早上起床可能会发现床上有一张“地图”。当然，这可不是尿，而是遗精，是一种正常现象。

更主要的是，我们这时候不能去做桑拿、泡热温泉、用烫水洗澡等。不然会杀死里面遗精子，可能导致将来不能生出小宝宝。所以我们睡觉时需要侧着睡而不要趴着睡，以免过度挤压睾丸。

还有老师讲了我们这个年龄也到了变声的阶段。而且在变声的时候，我们要多喝水，不能大喊大叫，更不能用手比着脖子打闹。因为要保护嗓子，我们还要多吃富有蛋白质的食物，比如鸡蛋、牛奶啦等等，而这个时候我们还可能会出现嗓子沙哑等状况（又称破锣嗓子），但这属于生理状态不是一种疾病。

Traffic safety is everybody＇s business. Records show that every year a lot of people die in traffic accidents. Some of the accidents are due to mechanical problems. However, most of them are the results of careless and reckless driving, and could be avoided. A lot of people disregard traffic signals and rules. They drive regardless of speed limits, run through red lights, drive in the wrong direction, talk and laugh while driving, and turn as they wish without giving signals. I think its very important and necessary for kids to do some housework at home.

Firstly it is because they just spend too much time doing homework without having any rest. Doing housework not only help them rest but also do some body exercise. Secondly, kids should learn how hard-working their parents are and thus learn to be grateful.

For me, I can do lots of housework. For example, I can do the dishe, I can cook, I can sweep the floor, and I can also water the flowers. Whats more, I can set the table and so on.

不知道你有没有观看过《唐山大地震》这部影片，这部影片再次重现了1976年7月28日发生在中国唐山7.8级大地震，造成24余万人死亡，那一段段画面让人看得胆颤心惊，防震减灾观后感--平晨昊。2019年5月12日14时28分04秒，四川汶川、北川，8级强震猝然袭来，大地颤抖，山河移位，满目疮痍，生离死别…。这是新中国成立以来破坏性最强、波及范围最大的一次地震。这次地震重创了中国约50万平方公里的中国大地，一组组数据，一个个生离死别的画面，再一次给我们敲响了警钟。新世纪一个重要的任务就摆在了我们的面前--"防震减灾"。
