Rarely do the Amish marry outside their sect. The religion， a variety of the Mennonite faith， provides the principal mechanism for maintaining order.

By contrast a popular culture is a large heterogeneous group often highly individualistic and a pronounced many specialized professions. Secular institutions of control such as the police and army take the place of religion and family in maintaining order， and a money-based economy prevails. Because of these contrasts， "popular" may be viewed as clearly different from "folk". The popular is replacing the folk in industrialized countries and in many developing nations. Folk-made objects give way to their popular equivalent， usually because the popular item is more quickly or cheaply produced， is easier or time saving to use or leads more prestige to the owner.

Dear Mr. Seaton，

Thank you very much for taking me with you on that splendid outing to

The weather was splendid on that day, which I thought was rare. I still

remember some people told me that in Britain there was weather and no climate.

I think the river trip was the best thing of all. London really came alive

for me as we saw it from the Thames during that wonderful journey down to

Greenwich. It was all tremendously exciting - a day that I shall never

新学期开学之际，学校组织我们观看消防安全知识讲座，强化学生们的消防安全观念。虽然没经历过什么大的火灾，但是“防患于未然”总是有必要的。实际上，平时不加以注意和当心，火灾也许就在我们身边。可能引起火灾的原因非常多，比如电器使用不当、随意燃放鞭炮、乱玩火，甚至雷击等都有可能引起火灾。上面有提到火灾可能由“我”导致，有可能由自然因素引发，也有可能被动的陷入火灾现场中，所以我们不仅要自己注意平时不安全的举动，还要学习遇到火灾，如何处理，如何逃生。

小时候，家里爱使用煤气炉在家里烤火，烤衣服，就为了衣服干得快，直到一次，发生了可怕的事情。一天，一堆的衣物等等又像往常一样，挂在火炉上方。其中一条毛巾干了之后，被上升的热气流掀飞，还被火炉引燃了。好在毛巾最终燃烧的位置离可燃物和煤气管道有一定距离，才没有造成严重的后果。事后回想，当时无人及时发现，若引燃其它物品，后果不堪设想！之后就十分小心地使用火炉，再也不用来烘衣物了。

千里之堤，毁于蚁穴，可见，表面上一切安好，其实稍有不慎就会造成严重损失。损失财务，甚至生命，都是人们不愿意看到的。但苦果一旦造成，只会留下无尽的悔恨。

就我们学生宿舍来说，人员密集，平时接触电器较多，各个宿舍好像也没有几个不通电的，所平时注意用电安全是相当重要的。各式充电器，电脑，各种排插，乃至“热得快”等等，可能会因为各种问题，引发危险。平时就要看好设备，注意用电安全。比如不要超负荷使用插座，不随意私改线路。

当陷入火灾中，首先就是绝对不能慌乱，尽管这很难，也听了无数遍。但大家都明白，如果你不能保持清醒的头脑，就算平时看了再多安全宣传片，到时又能起多大作用呢？对应火灾中可能遇到的各种情况，在观看的视频当中已经介绍了不少应急办法。有浓烟出现，应尽量俯身行走，用湿毛巾捂住口鼻，因为在火灾中，被浓烟熏倒的情况非常多；身上衣服着火，切勿狂奔逃命，让同伴帮忙覆盖压灭火焰，在地上打滚是不错的办法；如果可以的话，记得不要扔下他人，帮助他们逃离火场，毕竟换做是你被困，你也会希望别人这么做的，当然，量力而行；发现火情要及时报警并向他人发出警告，这不是什么最佳动作游戏，并非需要个人英雄主义。就算是非要跳楼不可，视频里也有良策献出。就是方法虽好，条件往往不允许。。家里没那么长的棍子。

这只是一次平常的安全教育讲座，可能看完了，颇有感触。过个两月，又抛之脑后了。良好的安全习惯应该贯穿生活中每个细节，因为惨剧无法挽回，所以是由不得侥幸心理的。只有充分认识到火灾的危害性，才能将消防安全的重要性牢记心中。保持清醒的头脑，学会自救，从而救大家，让灾难变得并不可怕！

Last week,we were go to the Laohutan marine park fall camp.We saws dolphins、seals、whale sharks and hippocampus…Then we were go to the happy-theater.The host was very humor,the animals star was very lovely and very clever.Then we were go to a small garden,we were played very happy.Back home after I very excited.

can smile, and then you will feel happy. Someone may say, “But I don’t feel

happy.” Then I would say, “Please smile as you do when you are happy or play

with your friends happily. You will really be happy again.”

i’m very glad to tell you something about chinas second manned spacecraft shenzhou vi.

it was launched at 9 o’clock, oct 12, 2008. and it returned to earth at about half past 4, oct 17. shenzhou vi orbited around the earth at a speed of 7.9 kilometers per second and traveled 3.25 million kilometers during the 115 hours and 33 minutes’ journey in space. the total cost is rmb900 million . aboard the craft were two astronauts, fei junlong and nie haisheng, who conducted a lot of scientific experiments. their journey in space was very smooth. the living and working conditions inside the cabin were very good. their health is in good condition.

听了艾莫老师的课我感受很深，心里豁然开朗，恍然大悟。原来员工还可以做到这样的地步。如何做一个最好的员工，一个最有价值、最让老板放心的员工,这些我从来没想过。现在！就是听了课以后我反思自己，原来我还是不行，听了艾莫老师的课才发现我的漏洞是特别的多从没想过要做一个好员工，却又想多挣点钱，现在反思自己，不做一个号员工又怎么去挣更多的钱。就像在学校一样，不做一个好学生又怎么提高自己的成绩。你为公司付出多少公司同样也会回报你多少，关键在于你的价值，如何提高你的价值呢？首先要自信，相信自己能行坚信胜利就在前方，并系统的提升自己的能力。再相信自己的同时也要相信他人，最重要的是要相信我们的领导。即使领导的决定错了也要服从，也要执行，但是要提醒领导不要造成损失。

最优秀的人，是最重视找方法的人。找方法的人，他们相信凡事都会有方法解决，而且是总有更好的方法。人人都成为创造者，处处都是创造的良机。外界的困难、不如意的条件，一个挨一个的压力与挑战。怎么也无法吓到一个优秀人士的雄心和创意。读书也是这样，我们经常听到一句话，天才出自勤奋，不错，天才自勤奋，但等同于勤奋，勤奋只是一个优秀学生的基本功，要真正学好，还得掌握方法，学得多不如学的巧。

公司是一个团队。要以我为人人、人人为我的思想去对待每一个人和事。团队重在团结，群狼不怕猛虎。团结就是力量。我们每个人为公司出一份力公司就会越来越强大，我们自身也会强大作为公司的员工公司培养了我，我要用感恩的心去回报公司。艾莫老师说要有自己的幌他是我盟无形的名片。我们要学会坚持，生活是艰苦的我们坚持着成功就离我们越来越近，坚持，永恒的坚持才能铸就一个成功者。我相信我能成功，因为我告诉自己坚持下去。

艾莫讲座观后感（二）

最近一直观看世界华人>培训大师艾莫老师的《做最有用的好员工》讲座。艾莫老师用生动的案例和诙谐的语言，告诉我们企业需要什么样的员工，认清你是哪种类型的员工，怎样才能成为企业最有用的好员工，给我留下了深刻的印象，受益匪浅。我深深的意识到要想把自己打造成为一个优秀的员工，一个有价值的员工，一个有用的员工，实现你所有的职业的梦想。我觉得要从以下几个方面下功夫：

第一、具备良好的心态。在培训之后，我才知道我之前就一直存在着艾莫老师所说的错误心态，即法官心态和旁观者心态，我总是错误地认为我是在为老板或者上司工作，用这种观点来指导自己的工作，甚至来规划自己的职业生涯。其实，每个人要想把工作做好就要一直保持着积极心态，尤其在>挫折环境中更要积极，在工作中身怀谦卑之心，对成功充满敬畏，对未来充满渴望，怀有必胜的信心。然后客观的去看待工作。

第二、培养敬业精神。敬业就是努力工作，对待工作问题，用肩扛，用头顶，用生命的力量托起超过负荷的东西。吴子申的事例就是在告诉我们，敬业的员工，他们制造问题不推卸，发现问题不抱怨，解决问题不居功，防御问题不声张。人才有舞台才有价值，公司为我们提供发展的舞台，作为员工我们应当把公司当成是自己的家，把工作当成自己的事业。

第三、专业技能，是实现价值的硬实力。我们的行业是技术性行业，这就需要我们不断提升自己的专业知识。职场成功的心路历程就是要有一个梦想，有一个明确的目标，有一个最有效的计划，持续地行动，坚定的信念。不怕辛苦，不畏惧困难，不怕新的挑战，始终树立终身学习意识，不断的去提升自己。

第四、要摆正自己的位置，做好定位，做好自己的事情。成功没有彩排的机会，每一天你都要以正式上场的姿态扮好它。

第五、坚持做好每一件事情。要想成为有用的员工，就要放下你此时此刻背负的自以为重要的东西，有工作热情。当你决定做一个有用的人才时候，就要凡是全力以赴，全身心的投入工作，不放弃，不抛弃，坚定不移的朝着自己的奋斗目标前进。

第六、经营自己的职业生涯，提升自己的价值，好好经营自己现在的工作；当你用摸索的方法坚持时，不一定会成功；要用系统的方法去解决问题；用系统的方法来提升自己，做好自己，配合他人，懂得协调，要创造环境

在今后的工作中，我将会以饱满的热情和高度的责任感来面对工作中的挑战，争做公司里的MVP,以自己的实际行动为公司的发展贡献自己的一份力量，实现自我价值。

艾莫讲座观后感（三）

最近，我观看了艾莫老师《做最有用的好员工》的讲座，看后使我深受启发。

如何才能成为最有用的好员工呢？答案是：为自己找到正确的职业定位，塑造好自己完美的职业品格，为企业创造最大的价值，争夺职场的冠军。

作为一名员工，只有把自己的价值充分发挥出来，并在企业的生产经营活动中得到体现，那么他就具备了成为最有用好员工的基础。对我们来说，要努力从以下几个方面做起：

第一，要有良好的心态。人的心态很重要，态度决定一切。现在，企业员工缺少的不是知识和技能，而是健康的心态。有良好的心态，人就会永远奋发向上。企业的发展为员工提供了工作的平台，员工要借助这个平台发挥好自己的作用，以良好的心态作为高效工作的基石，在工作中作出新的更大的贡献。

第二，要不断完善自己的品格。因为好的品格是员工间和谐工作的先决条件，人品是立身之本，人品决定产品。对于企业来说，如果没有一批人品优秀的员工，就不可能组建一支出色的团队。如果员工的人品欠佳，那团队间合作共事的难度就会加大。为此，好员工都会与身边的人和睦相处、互帮互助。只有处在和谐的环境中，员工才会提高工作效率，企业才会得到快速发展。

第三，要有敬业精神。敬业精神是社会发展的需要，是企业竞争的需要，也是个人生存的需要。敬业是一种觉悟、一种精神、一种高尚的品德，每位员工都要有敬业精神，也就是要对所从事工作的尊敬和热爱。要敬业，就要积极努力；要敬业，就要忠于职守；要敬业，就要热爱本职；要敬业，就要一丝不苟地完成好本职工作。

第四，要做好定位，坚持做好每件事。要做好定位，就要爱上自己的工作岗位，只有爱上自己的工作岗位，才能全身心地投入到工作中。因为只有爱岗，才会敬业。要坚持做好每件事，就要用心做好每一件小事。因为我们遇到的每件事都是一块基石，只有踏着基石，才能登的更高、看的更远。如果连小事都做不好，那么要做大事也就可想而知了。

总之，我们要立足于现在、着眼于未来，不断提升自身价值，才会取得成功，才会成为一名最有用的好员工。

为了更好的去开展我们的工作，我们利用业余时间来学习世界华人培训大师艾莫老师的《做最有价值的员工》的视频讲座。通过这几次的学习，我深深的感觉到做为一名员工，无论是普通的员工，还是高层管理者，都想得到组织的肯定与领导的赞赏。

多年前，美国兴起石油开采热，有一个雄心勃勃的小伙子，也来到了石油开采区，但开始时，他只找到一份简单而枯燥的工作，他觉得不公平，我那么有创造性，怎么能只做这样的工作？于是便去找主管要求换工作。没有想到，主管听完他的话，只冷冷地回答了一句话，你要么好好干，要么另谋出路。那一刻，他涨红了脸，真想立即辞职不干了，但一时半会也找不到更好的工作，于是只好忍气吞声，又来到了原来的工作岗位，回来以后，他突然有了一个感觉，我不是有创造性吗？那么为何不能就在这平凡的岗位上做起来的呢？于是，他对自己的那份工作进行了细致的研究，发现其中的一道工序，每次都要花39滴油，而实际上只需要38滴油就可以了，经过反复的试验，他发明了一种只需要38滴油就可使用的机器，并将这一发现推荐给了公司，可别小看这个1滴油。它给公司节省了近千万的成本，这个人就是就是洛克菲勒，美国最有名的石油大王。

的和创意。我们之所以不成功，就在于对问题屈服，无端地将问题放大，把自己的看轻，其实只要你努力去找方法，你怎么会找不到呢？越去找方法，越会找方法，越能创造大的价值，这不仅提高了找方法的自信，而且越来越有找方法的窍门，只要精神不滑坡，方法总比问题多。人的思维神经就像人的肌肉，只有不断锤炼，才会越来越强大，不练，好的肌肉也会萎缩，练习得好，即使原来基础不好，也能够通过逐步努力而提高。越是找方法，便越会找方法，越会找方法，就能创造越来越大的价值，这不仅提高了找方法的自信，而且越来越明白找方法的窍门，找出更好的方法来。

只有不断完善自己，提升自己，去挖掘自己潜在的价值才能不断为公司创造出更多的财富，体现自己真正的价值所在，所以我们要努力打出自己的幌,并想方设法的去经营好自己的幌’。
