大家都知道，地震是一种危害极大的自然灾害，那么地震是怎么产生的呢?原来地球地层内部物质会不停地剧烈运动，从而产生一股能破坏岩层的巨大力量，当这股力量积到一定程度时，会使原本呈长方形等形状的岩层弯曲并变形，而岩层一旦承受不住时，它就会破裂，错动，释放出巨大能量，产生强烈震动，这就是地震。

地震的危害极大，它能造成房屋倒塌、桥梁断落、水坝开裂、铁轨变形;它还能使地面出现裂缝、塌陷，喷水冒砂;而更严重的是它能破坏山体等自然物，从而引起山崩、滑坡;它甚至还会引起海啸，造成沿海地区的破坏。地震过后还会引起火灾，水灾和瘟疫。比如说5.12汶川大地震，多少人遇难，就算侥幸活了下来，可是大多都失去了家园，失去了家人和朋友，这是我们这些在蜜罐子里长大的孩子所不能体会到的，他们承受了多大的痛苦啊!

地震的危害虽大，可也不是不可预测的。地震前牛、马赶不进圈,乱蹦乱跳,嘶叫不止,烦躁不安,饮食减少;一些猪羊不吃食,烦躁不安,乱跑乱窜;狗狂叫不止;鸡不进窝,惊啼不止;鸭不下水;家兔乱蹦乱跳,惊恐不安;鸽子在震前数天惊飞,不回巢;密蜂一窝一窝地飞走;老鼠反应最灵敏,在震前一天至数天,老鼠突然跑光了,有的叼着小老鼠搬家;有些冬眠的蛇爬出洞外,上树;鱼惊慌乱跳游向岸边,翻白肚。

(1)地震发生时，如果我们在街上走，最好将身边的皮包或柔软的物品顶在头上，无物品时也可用手护在头上，尽可能作好自我防御的准备，并应该迅速离开电线杆和围墙，跑向比较开阔的地区躲避，

(2)如果我们在室内，地震一旦发生，首先要保持清醒、冷静的头脑，及时判别震动状况，千万不可在慌乱中跳楼，这一点极为重要。其次，可躲避在坚实的家具下，或墙角处，亦可转移到承重墙较多、开间小的厨房、厕所去暂避一时。因为这些地方结合力强，尤其是管道经过处理，具有较好的支撑力，抗震系数较大。

(3)地震时如被埋压在废墟下，周围又是一片漆黑，只有极小的空间，我们一定不要惊慌，要沉着，树立生存的信心，相信会有人来救你，要千方百计保护自己。地震后，往往还有多次余震发生，处境可能继续恶化，为了免遭新的伤害，要尽量改善自己所处环境。

(4)我们应设法脱离险境。如果找不到脱离险境的通道，尽量保存体力，用石块敲击能发出声响的物体，向外发出呼救信号，不要哭喊、急躁和盲目行动，这样会大量消耗精力和体力，尽可能控制自己的情绪或闭目休息，等待救援人员到来。如果受伤，要想法包扎，避免流血过多。

(5)我们还应设法维持生命。.如果被埋在废墟下的时间比较长，救援人员未到，或者没有听到呼救信号，就要想办法维持自己的生命，防震包的水和食品一定要节约，尽量寻找食品和饮用水，必要时自己的尿液也能起到解渴作用。

昂哥原名李子昂，比我大整整一轮——12年。二十老几的人了，一天不正经的钻林子拍鸟拍花拍豹子，还一个劲的拉我下水，让我进黔东南的一大片深山老林里和他一起拍参赛作品。我的嘴上说着不要，行动上却很积极，拿着他送我的徕卡4500微距镜头和一只Sony外加影友猬胄的一台“大炮筒”，坐着福特猛禽就进了山。

我是在16年在曲江南湖拍夕阳时碰见他的，准确来说是“撞”见，碰坏了他的镜头。他在等我妈救援时我的时候，翻我相机，提出用17张照片的版权换取一个镜头。那十七张照片是他的简历，他现在已经是《中国国家地理》的一个实习编辑了，于是，我也成了他的死党+知音。

黔东南的丘陵地带，当福特猛禽开不动的地方便是我们要拍摄的地方。“荒山野岭自有它的野性美”昂哥常常这么说。山不高，很多，一个山头接着另一个山头，阳光透过林荫落下来的斑驳，刚刚下过雨的云的层叠，二者交相辉映，像极了阳光落在云上，又顺着云洞流下来，滴在一大片一大片的树林上，惊起一大群的凫雁，我仿佛能听见它们起飞时树枝弹起的声音。

一只大鸟低低的掠过不高的山林，我快速的抓拍下来。取景恰到好处，这只大鸟正好飞过一个云洞，阳谷穿过翅膀和羽毛，散出道道金光。“是鵟，这种鸟在林子里不常见，你很幸运。”我对装红外摄影机拍豹子没有兴趣。恰好林子旁边有一对接骨木，很好看，可以作为照片的框架。景就更好取了，随便拍一张就是大片。但我还是认认真真的感光、焦距、光圈挨个调过去。

“该走了。”昂哥这样说。昂哥走了，去了青岛。这几张作品绝对够评委“喝一壶的”。当一个人从你身边悄然离去时，在你人生中只是短短的一瞬。就像云猫留下来的一幅倩影，亦不敢奢望那金丝般美丽的花纹多停留一会。他走了，留下来一个镜头，这是他送我的第三个镜头了。这个镜头适合拍光线，感光度极高，我用它拍下某一刻南湖的夕阳，时间在2018年7月的一个下午。

My favorite Sports is basketball. It looks so cool in TV that I was crazy

about those basketball stars ever since I was little.

Basketball requires speed, height and skills. I run, jump, switch, and try

to hit! All parts of my body are exercised in this sport. I feel that I’m like

wind flying in the playground for my goal, which makes me feel so GREat!

Basketball needs quick reaction and decision. When chance comes, it may

disappear in the next second. I should keep an eye watching as an eagle, decide

and judge quickly as a leopard, and run for it as a wolf.

Further more, basketball is a sports more than just exercising, It needs

team work. No one can play himself. A team should work together. So I learn to

cooperate with others in this game. I should understand what my teammate doing

and what he needs me to do for him. On the other side, I should learn to show my

teammate what I need. At the same time, I need to keep an eye on the whole game,

knowing how is the situation of our team and how is the other team. It involved

more cooperation and strategy.

I played basketball more for about 5 years now. I make many good friends

throught this sports. It is proud to win honor for my team and my school. Also I

enjoy all games with my friends. Basketball will be my best friends in the

future and my best memory about school life.

Today, I want to do something for my mother, but what do you do? I thought and thought - finally, I came up with a good idea. Clean up your home before mom comes back.

After the idea was made, I started to get busy at home. I picked up the broom first and began to sweep the floor. In a moment, the floor was swept clean by me! Next, Im going to wipe the table, wet the towel first, then wring it hard, and start rubbing it back and forth on the table. After my efforts, the table was shimmered by me.

本次讲座主要分了三个部分。第一部分，在一部分。主要讲了什麽么是青春期，青春期是儿童过度到成年期，可延续8-10年。男人孩儿一般进入青春期在11-13岁，10-11岁时生殖器开始变化，12岁出现喉结，14岁开始变声并可能有了胡须，男人孩子成熟的标志是遗精，老人说：“一点遗精会伤害身体”。其实不然，这是成熟的标志。出现的不在，有危害的危害。第二部分，护理。老师详细性给我们讲了如何护理和清理自己的生殖器官。内裤要经常自己洗。本在打闹或运动时，睾丸受到你的击会自我保护会回收，最好的处理办法是原地蹦跳放松，严重时要求助医生。陈教授还为我们讲评价了遗精处理的小妙招，随时随刻备有小毛巾，一旦出现遗精可以随时擦干内裤，并放松内裤。慢慢地结会变声喉咙，此时要多吃水水果蔬菜，补充维生素，尽量不要吃辛辣油炸食品。青春期来临，自己的感情绪会波动厉害，可能会更加你的动，所以会造成的抑制作用郁症，强迫症，陈教授告诉我们要多阅读心理健康书籍，自我主动积极应对。第三部分，有奖竞猜。这是我们最期待的环节，因为大家都听很认真正得到，所以很多同学都有小礼物，甚至有同学获得两件，同学们通过这个讲座不仅懂了得到很多知识识而且拥有了一个开心的下午。
