二、建行面试注意事项：

1、银行对专业知识要求并不高，除非你是学金融、经济专业的硕士或博士研究生，否则，一般银行面试不会给你提出高深的银行专业问题。

2、银行的面试要求你具备的能力：

(1)出色的个人素质

这一点上，要求你和他们交谈的时候，充分显示你的个人素质和良好的可塑性;同时，更重要的一点是，让他们觉得你是一个可信的人，这点很重要。

(2)专业

你的专业最好是 经济，会计，金融 三大主要专业。

其实，专业没有特别要求，关键看关系。有关系，什么专业都可以进银行。

(3)资历

如果你是应届毕业生的话，这一点可以略去不读。进银行不一定有银行工作经历，但是最好还是有相关经历，比如企业会计、理财师等等。这对于你中标可是很重要的。

(4)相关证书

比如 会计师资格证、律师资格证等都很有用。

(5)较好的表达能力

有很好的沟通能力，是很关键的。因为目前银行业招聘，大多偏重市场一线人员，他们的中标率也比会计、储蓄等柜台人员高很多，如果你的表达能力很好，会是你一项很大的资本。

银行面试中应试者是否能够将自己的思想、观点、意见或建议顺畅地用语言表达出来。银行面试中考察的具体内容包括：表达的逻辑性、准确性、感染力、音质、音色、音量、音调等。

银行面试主要看应试者对主考官所提的问题理解是否准确，回答的迅速性、准确性等。银行面试对于突发问题的反应是否机智敏捷、回答是否恰当。对于意外事情的处理是否妥当等。

要注意跟台下评委的眼神配合，眼睛的视线不要一直停留在讲稿上，银行面试时要使台下的每一个评委都以为你在看他们，注视着他们。要面带微笑，不要太严肃。

(6)赏心悦目的外表

你可以不美丽，但是一定不能令人讨厌，一定要清爽整洁，正装出席。虽然大家都不承认这点，但是面试时这还是众多银行考虑的前几位因素之一。

面试一定要着装合体，不要穿着太前卫，毕竟银行这个职位还是要讲究矜持的，但是一定要整洁得体端庄大方，银行面试时给人感觉气质非凡。

(7)一定的行内关系

三、通过对教育学、教育心理学、教师职业道德等内容的系统学习，我对教师又有了更深层次的认识，并有幸通过今年的教师资格证笔试。如果我今天可以通过此次面试，那么我将以实际行动将人师表敬业奉献的精神践行贯彻到底。即使我没有通过，我也会严格要求自己，使自己离教师的标准近一点，更近一点。今天，我所要讲的内容选自人教版高中生物必修一xxxx，下面开始我的授课环节。

Sich vorstellen

es freut mich, mich hier kurz vorstellen zu dürfen. Ich heie und bin 26 Jahre alt. Ich komme aus  und lebe derzeit als Lehrerin in Shanghai. Als zweite Heimat bezeichne ich Shanghai, wo ich immerhin sp?tere Jahre meines lebens verbringen will. Meine Eltern waren Arbeiter. Sie sind jetzt schon Rentner und ich habe noch eine Schwester. Nach dem Studium arbeitet sie als Sekret?rin in einer Firma.

Nach meiner Oberschule habe ich an der 。。 Universit?t von 2000 bis 2004 mein Studium begonnen. Mein Hauptfach ist Deutsch und als zweite Fremdsprache habe ich Englisch gelernt. W?hrend meines Studiums habe ich sehr flei?ig studiert und das Leben war auch interessant. Obwohl ich für viele Klausuren oder mündliche Prüfungen so viel lernen musste, macht mir das Leben Spa?. Anschlie?end habe ich an der Magisterprüfung teilgenommen und im Jahr 2007 habe ich mit der Magisterarbeit mein Magisterstudium abgeschlossen. Im gleichen Jahr arbeite ich als Deutschlehrerin in einer Hochschule, wo ich nicht nur für den Deutschunterrciht zust?ndig bin, sondern auch die t?glichen Klassent?tigkeitenvon Studenten übernehme. Das ist ein lustiges Job. Mich faszinierte es zun?chst, da ich als Deutschlehrerin einerseits und als Klassenlehrerin andererseits mit vielen jungen pathetischen Studenten konfrontiert bin und die Lust und Glück im auch au?er dem Unterricht genie?e.

Vor einigen Jahren began ich mich fuer Computer zu interessieren, welches dann zu meinen Hobbie wurde. Charakteristisch würde ich mich als lernsüchtig, kontaktfreudig, energievoll und teamf?hig bezeichnen. Ich bin sehr interessiert am Umgang mit Menschen.

熊猫(Pandas)

There are some pandas in the zoo. They look like a bear, but they are not a bear.

They live in China. They have a small tail and fat body. They are black and white. They’re very clumsy, but they can climb trees. They like to eat bamboo very much. Look! The baby panda is under the mother panda, they are sleeping. They look very lovely. Pandas are my favourite animals.
