This summer vacation, I joined a social practice to be a part-time tourguide. There I found something that impressed me a lot.

People who love traveling are always finding places to take a vacation, which caused a lot of troubles.For example, I found that some people were used to dropping out the trash everywhere. They just regarded the sightseeings as their houses, which cost a lot to clean it up. Besides, some one should write down their names on the trees and walls. People who wanted to leave their names whereever they went are always to punish in future.

Nevertheless, I also found some good examples, such as teaching tourists not to destroy the places of historic interests, helping clean up the environment,etc..I think we all need to teach more people not to hurt our precious nature. What we really need to do is protect them form destroying.

Good environment can make people feel happy and fit .To improve the environment means to improve our life.

We should plant more trees and flowers around us .We shouldn’t cut them down .We should stop factories from pouring waste water into the river and waste gas into the air.

Whenever we see litter on the ground ,we should pick it up and throw it into dusbins.Never spit in public.Don’t draw on public walls.It’s our duty to protect the environment.

Because colleagues because you have a good sense of crisis, this time dont want to hurt, to continue to do your job, leadership will understand everything, also wont become a good leader. Meet with your colleagues have comparable work harder when well done, let the facts speak. More dont care if its just to the unit, the leader will deliberately to observe the test you, work, and a long lead time and most of the colleagues will understand, your credibility is high, leading more appreciated and generous person.

All should make the first move, even if the start point of cold and setbacks are normal, as long as have the ability to work, is not cheap, so in a normal environment will soon be able to fit in. Come on!

Today, Chinas economy has made the great achievement. More and more

foreign people come to China to seek for cooperation. It is true that peoples

life standard has been improved a lot during the last decades, but the

environment has been polluted badly. When I was very small, I could see the

green trees and clean water around my hometown, but now, the river becomes

smaller and the rubbish can be seen everywhere. I feel so sad about it. We have

sacrificed so much to chase the profit. If we cant save the environment, we

Nowadays, an increasing number of people are concerned about environmental protection and regard it as one of the most important challenges. However, whether only governments and big firms have resources and powers to preserve our environment is a controversial issue. My view is that every single citizen could also make a huge difference.

In the first place, it is clear that it is human activities that have the greatest impact throughout the history. Both environment contamination and conservation are the long-term process, and no single government or big company can meet this challenge alone. So whoever created the problem should be responsible for solving it; environment protection needs every one of us to continuously participate in.

Moreover, the publics wills and behaviors have critical influence on governments policies and companies strategies.
