I sincerely hope that our great motherland will be stronger and more beautiful, so that every Chinese can proudly say, "I am Chinese!" Its not America, not Russia, not Britain, not France, but our great China!

现在的人太浪费资源了，所以我们要做好环保或节约能源的工作，这些工作都是大家该做工作，例如：纸源回收、太阳能利用、水力发电、风利发电…!

节约能源听起来好象很简单，实际上作起来还满困难的，比较困难的，例如：用洗脸的水冲厕所，洗米洗菜的水用来浇花……

我觉得节约能源是一件很好的事，不过像煤炭、矿、石油、水，这些都是有限的资源，如果用量太多的话会使资源浪费过多，像太阳能这些资源事取之不尽，例如：像世界各国有太阳能车，而有些国家也会利用太阳能资源来做事，很多人都没有节约能源的观念，所以要从自己做起大家才会跟着作节约能源的工作，才会使地球成为一个美好的环境。

现在，我就来细细的告诉你我们现在应该怎样节约能源的吧!

在我们身边就有一个很好利用的能源，那就是——纸源了!一天中，我们都会忽略一些我们觉得好像没什么大不了的纸源，可几年下来所被再利用的纸就可以为国家节省许多树。我给大家来说说我们一天中所要消耗的纸源有多少吧!

首先，早上上课(班)我们大约要花4、5张纸;下午，又大约要花3~8张纸;晚上，做作业(或工作)又要花10张纸左右。这样，平均一个人一天就要花20张纸左右，全国13亿人口的中国一天大约花260亿张纸左右。这可是个不小的数目呀!一年就要花几千亿张，大约是几亿棵树。

所以，我们要节约能源。从身边开始节约吧!

As we all know water plays an important part in peoples daily lives. More and more water is needed in the modern society. So we should try to save it.

Now many places are short of water. For example, a big drought hit the Southwest of China at the beginning of this year. especially Yunnan province, milions of people has not got enough water for common life. A lot of rivers and lakes are polluted. Whats worse, many people are wasting water seriously.

In order to protect water, lets do something to fight against all kinds of pollution and waste of water.

我们都知道，水在人们日常生活中，扮演重要的角色。现代生活中，我们需要越来越多的水，所以我们应该保护它。

现在很多地方缺水，今年年初在中国西南部就发生严重的干旱，特别是云南地区，数以万计的人们没有充足的水资源供日常使用。很多河流湖泊被污染，更严重的是，人们对水浪费严重。

为了保护水资源，让我们付出行动抵制水污染和浪费的行为吧。

“春种一粒粟，秋成万颗子”。同学们，当你们吃着碗里香喷喷的米饭时，你们是否想到了这诱人的粮食从哪儿来的呢？

有一次吃饭，我感到饭菜很不好吃，刚进嘴里就吐了出来，弄得满地满桌子都是掉落的饭菜。爸爸见了我这样，很是生气，质问我说：“明明，你知道我们碗里的饭菜从哪儿来的吗？”“从田地里种出来的呗。”我满不在乎地说。“你不知道农民伯伯多么辛苦才种出来的粮食吗？”我摇摇头。于是，爸爸决定周末带着我去农村，看看农民伯伯是怎样种地的。

在一个烈日炎炎的午后，爸爸带我来到了农村的田地里，我看到一位五十多岁的老爷爷在拿着锄头吃力地锄着草，已经汗流浃背，上衣已经湿透了，喘不过气来。我想：农民伯伯真是辛苦啊！能在这样烈日炎炎的天气下干如此劳累的活儿，真不容易呀！老爷爷把杂草清理的是那么干净，在看看他那双长期劳作的手，早已成了黑黝黝的，结满了厚厚的老茧，这时我才真切地感觉到我们的粮食饭菜真的来之不易啊！对自己以往浪费粮食的行为倍感愧疚。

我们全球有五十亿人口，我国就有十多亿人口。一人一碗饭世界全球都要吃五十亿碗饭，但我们农村里的田地正急剧地减少，一片片良田正变成高楼大厦，供我们食用的粮食也正逐年减少。如果我们每人每天节约一粒粮食，那么一天就可以节约五十亿粒粮食，可以去帮助那些因为贫穷、自然灾害等原因正在挨饿的人们免受饥饿之苦。

“锄禾日当午，汗滴禾下土。谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦。”农民伯伯们为了粮食，冒着严寒酷暑，在田地里辛勤劳作，从而我们才有粮食吃。每当我再望着香喷喷的米饭时，农民那辛苦的背影总能在我眼前浮现，心中不由然想起这首诗。

同学们，让我们从现在开始，从自己做起，用我们的实际行动去珍惜每一粒粮食吧！让我们每个人都成为爱粮节粮的模范。
