在小学的时候，老师交给我一些任务，有时候完成的不是很好，老师也不会批评我，只是报以微笑，让我下次做好便是了。到了中学，竞争更激烈了，老师要求的质量也更高了。刚开始几天，我还没有完全脱离小学阶段，不适应初中生活，结果发生了一些事情让我被老师批评了。

有一天，老师把我叫到老师办公室，对我说：“纪辰，把咱班的安全责任书收齐。”我于是跑到班里，让大家把安全责任书交到我手里。结果有三个人把安全责任书弄丢了，我写了一张条将此事告诉老师，又把其他同学的安全责任书交给老师。老师对我说：“让他们三个想办法复印一份。”我把老师的话传达给他们，便认为这件事我已经完成了，渐渐地把它忘了。

过了一个多星期，老师又把我叫到办公室，对我说：“纪辰，你收齐那三份安全责任书了吗?”我默默无语，在一旁低头站着。老师似乎看透了我的心思，便说：“我交给你任务是因为我信任你，认为你能做好，可你却让我很失望，别的班已经早早地交上了，今天是最后一天了，你赶快想办法做好这件事。”我回到教室，把那三个人集中在一起商量这个问题，恰好有一个人身上带着钱，我便向语文老师那儿借了一份，匆匆忙忙地跑到印刷厂复印上三份，事情成功地解决了。

从这件事中我明白了以后干什么事情都不要拖拖拉拉，要在最短的时间内高质量的完成老师交给我的任务。 初中生活教会了我许多东西，让我有了许多变化。比如以前我只愿意听表扬的话，一旦受到批评就很不高兴，心里也不服气，找理由推卸责任。现在遇到批评的时候，我会冷静分析原因，找到自己的不足，勇于承认错误，并极力改掉它， 从而更加完善自己。

低碳生活，最近频频出现在网络、杂志上的新名词，现已成为新新人类一种全新的生活方式。低碳，顾名思义就是使排放的CO2、甲烷等温室气体尽量低量，而这在我们的日常生活中，就可以做到。及时关电脑，外出吃饭带筷子，在公园而不是健身房锻炼身体，尽量手洗衣物而不是用洗衣机，多吃蔬菜少吃肉，用电器及时关掉，插头别忘记拔下……

低碳生活的悄然兴起，是全新的文明生活方式，它代表着更健康，更自然，更安全，同时也是一种低成本，低代价上网的生活方式。我们的举手之举，就可以影响地球上万千生物的生存状况，何乐而不为呢。直到今天，人类受到的大自然的惩罚已经够多了，我们应该做的就是从自己做起，开始保护唯一的家园。开始低碳生活吧，懒惰的人学会用完电器拔下插头，爱吃肉的人也开始习惯多吃点瓜果蔬菜，没有必要就用出去运动或进行一些自然的活动来代替整天上网…

UNEP发表了一份报告，对个人采取“低碳生活方式”提出了多项建议：

1、用传统的发条式闹钟代替电子钟，这可以每天减少大约48g的CO2排放量。

2、用传统牙刷替代电动牙刷可减少48gCO2排放量。

3、把在电动跑步机上45分钟的锻炼改为到附近公园慢跑，可减少将近1公斤的CO2排放量。

4、不用洗衣机甩干衣物，而是让其自然晾干，可以进少2.3公斤CO2排放量。

5、在午餐休息时间和下班后及时关闭电脑主机和显示器，可以将这些电器的CO2排放量减少三分之一。

6、改用节水型淋浴喷头，不仅可以节水，还可以把三分钟热水淋浴所导致的CO2排放量减少一半。

有些人，为了天更蓝，水更清，人们的生活更美好，始终奋斗在环保最前线。我们可能还没有做好参与的准备，但从身边小事做起还是不过分的，就从现在，开始我们的低碳生活吧！你的一个小小的举动就可以改变未来……

我们可以做的其他减碳行动：

1、电灯、电脑、空调……任何电器一旦不用了，应随手关掉。

2、手机一旦充电完成，立即拔掉充电插头。

3、开车出门购物的人，请有计划购物，尽可能一次购足。

4、多步行、骑自行车，乘坐轻轨或地铁。

5、多用电子邮件，MSN等即时通讯工具，少用打印机和传真机。

Depending on personal experience, personality type and emotional concern, we find that some people hold the idea of living in the country, while others prefer living in the city. In my opinion, I prefer the city life, though it has advantages and disadvantages.

First of all, city life is very colorful. City is the center of the surrounding area. So, it is also the most booming place having the best things. There are many great things and wonderful activities in the city, while there isn’t in the country. For example, there are KFC, wonderful shopping mall, delicious food from various places, dancing club, different kinds of activities and so on. We can also learn the culture from all the countries. Despite city life is so wonderful, it still has many disadvantages. Nowadays, with the improvement of people’s living standard, people have more cars and more people come to city, and then the city becomes more and more crowd. As a result, traffic jam emerges, which makes great inconvenience for people to go out. What’s worse, the air pollution becomes serious day by day, which is bad for people’s health.

To sum up, every coin has two sides. Living in the city also has good side and bad aspect. Whether like living in city or not depends on individual thinking. As myself, I like living in city though I know the disadvantage of living in city.

We all know, summer holiday is a long time. Well how should we speng it? I have a good plan to spend my summer holiday.First, Im going to visit my grandparents.

First, Im going to visit my grandpa--ents for three weeks.

Then,Im doing my homework, sounds boring. "When you finish my home work, we are going to aquarium"my mother says. When I finish my homework,we are going to aquarium, and going to take many photos. I am so happy.Two weeks later Im going to school.

Spring Festival in my Hometown

The Spring Festival, the most jubilant and important festival in China, is observed by most Chinese people at home and abroad. Our hometown is not an exception.

Similar with other places in china, we prepare for the festival about half a month before. With the lunar New Year approaching, the red lanterns are hung up along the main streets, making the ancient town filled with the festival atmosphere. While people clean up their houses, decorate it with traditional decorations such as Chinese knots and paper cutting. Each family pastes up Spring Festival couplets to convey their best wishes for the coming year.

On the New Year’s Eve, the whole family sits around, having a

sumptuous feast of reunion. It is worth mentioning that the food we have called maiyouzhi is unique. There is a flat piece of wheat sheet covering various vegetable and meat then rolling them up. What a delicious it is! After dinner, the family always watches the Spring Festival Gala Evening, and sets up fireworks to watch in the New Year.

On the first day of the New Year, people pay visits to the relatives and friends to send New Year’s greetings to each other and wish everything smoothly in the new year. The kids can get a lot of lucky money from the elders.

During the whole holiday, there are varied activities in the town such as lion and dragon dance, and all the citizens enjoy them very much.

People celebrate the festival until the Lantern festival. However, the wonderful memory and the joy of the Spring Festival will last long.

My College Life

How time flies! I have been in Zhejiang Gongshang University for a semester. In retrospect, my college life is busy but colorful. Different from my senior high school’s life, the whole new life I led is much freer. I arranged my time,

becoming the master of myself.

First of all, study is still the core of my life. I major in Japanese which is both interesting and challenging. We are required to be accomplished in listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating. As a result I had to spend most of time in improving my abilities. Besides of the regular courses, I often attended the lecture and went to the library to eich my knowledge, and I do benefit from what I learnt.

As to the after school life, what I consider most meaningful is joining the YVP to serve society. I think it is the responsibility for every university student to make contribution to the community. Little as my effort is, I tried my best to help the people around us. Once the YVP organized us to sell secondhand books and raise the money to help the people indeed.

In addition, I quite enjoy the travels and the bees. Travels let me experience the sunshine, fresh air as well as the special taste of the local customs and practices. While the bees keep the friendship shining, and friends are as if family members. Both of them lit up my life.

All in all, the college life is a journey, and I have long way to go; all the memory is the most precious treasure, and I will value every moment.

在以前，人们出行时都必须带现金，因为没有现金，几乎什么都买不到。

而现在，除了老年人买东西都还用现金外，几乎所有的年轻人都只拿一个手机就可以了，可以说“手机在手，万事不愁”。手机不只是接打电话的工具，它上面有很多支付软件，如：支付宝和微信。有了这两个“宝贝”，出行就很方便了。大家可以扫描手机上的二维码进行支付，还可以定位、搜索……大概这就是智能时代吧！

我们家就是这样，爸爸妈妈都把钱存进了卡里，所以，当爸爸参加朋友的宴会需要现金时，就只好问我借了。

这天，爸爸神秘地走进我的卧室，说了一大堆客套话。我知道这是他的“诡计”，于是便直接“拆穿”了他：

“爸，你有什么事？”

爸爸立马笑了起来：“宝贝，爸爸没现金，借你点儿呗！”

原来如此，我边说行，边取出我的钱包，给了爸爸400元：

“爸，给你，记得还哦！”

爸爸点头回答道：“一定还，一定还。”

其实，我知道，爸爸养我长这么大，一定没少花心思，更没少花钱，包括我的压岁钱也大多是爸爸妈妈给的，至于还嘛，我只是想逗逗他！

现在的科技很发达，这都是科学家们努力的结果，我一定要努力学习，将来也做一位科学家，报答生我养我的父母，报答祖国母亲。

I have spent a happy summer holiday now.The most enjoyable thing that happened during this summer was to swim with my brother.

My brother was a good swimmer ,who had swum for about 3 years.

We went swimming together on a hot sunny day to the nearest swimming pool.I liked the swimming very much because that day the sun was burning on us making us feel so hot.In the cool water we cooled down our bodies and exercised.

It is the most joyful thing that has ever occured to me.

Since I went to high school, my parents moved to the city that was near my

school. Moving to the new environment meant I had to give up a lot of things,

such as my dear old friends and the beautiful scenery. At first, I learned to

get used to the strange environment. When I have time, I would walk around the

street, trying to get familiar with the shops and streets. Then I found some

interesting places, like the small coffee shop. I could read books there. The

shop provided many books. As I had not many friends, I felt lonely here, but my

classmates were very nice. They helped me to solve problems. Now I have made

many good friends and feel like at home in this big city. I will find more

surprises here.

随着现代科学技术的迅速发展，我们已经走出了以前茹毛饮血的时代，来到了科技发达的年代。科技的发展给我们的生活带来了极大的方便。

以前发愁晚上没有光明，而今天的夜晚家家户户都灯火通明；以前想尝尝海中的美味，都是很奢侈的，而现在鱼肉虾肉都是家常便饭；以往总觉得家信难传，而今天涯若比邻……是的，科学带给我们的一系列的好处是不容忽视的！

唐朝杨贵妃想吃新鲜的荔枝，但是新鲜荔枝是在南方才能吃到的，于是，皇帝派人骑着快马千里迢迢从远在千里以外的地方运输过来，为了保证新鲜，累死了多少匹快马啊！可是如今，想吃到新鲜荔枝在市场随处可见，是普通百姓桌上的家常便饭。可见，科技的发展给我们带来多大的方便啊！

在古代，背井离乡的游子由于长期在外生活、工作，非常想念家乡的亲人，写一封家信，寄出以后，家人却迟迟没有回信……为什么呢？因为那封信可能没有寄到家人手中就丢在半路上了；还有可能是寄出非常久了，家人才收到，再回一个信，在外的游子可能要一两个月才能收到家人的回信，因此，给远方的亲人说一句话都很困难。

现在好了，可以给在远方的家人发信息，速度很快，不到一秒钟对方就可以知道你想说什么，不仅可以对话，还可以视频聊天，这样，就随时可以与在远方的亲人聊天了，也可以看见在远方亲人的模样了，要是在以前，可以与远方的亲人见一面，那是多么幸福快乐的一件事啊！人民没法解决的东西，科学技术一定能帮你解决，比如，学习遇到困难，只要打开电脑，打打字，正确的说法就会显示在电脑的显示屏幕上。只要有了科学，再大的困难都不用愁了。

但是，科学技术在发展的同时，却忽略了环境的问题。大规模地把废水排放在河里，使人们吃不到放心的海鲜，大规模地浪费宝贵资源，却从来不想后果是多么地严重。在科技发展的同时，也要保护好环境。

科技，是一把双刃剑，它是我们人类前进的动力，它给我们带来方便，带来发展，同时也带来了许多负面的影响。我们要充分利用科技带来的好处，也不能忽略我们赖以生存的环境哦。
