旭日会东升，夕阳会西下，这是亘古不变的事实。不在乎明天是否会有日出壮景和日出美景，只要你心中有坚定的信念，同样的道理：不在乎中途是否会跌倒，只要心中有信念。泪水、漫天的幻想总是无济于事的。唯有不断地总结经验，在山重水复中磨练意志，这样便可安然地等待柳暗花明的欣喜。

不知不觉中，夕阳已经不复存在。但在宁静的校园中唯有一个等待与时间赛跑的少年。此后，课间多了一个奋笔疾书的身影，少了一个无所事事的行尸；多了一个珍惜时间的灵魂，少了一个虚度光阴的躯壳。

生活改变了我，教会了我珍惜时间，教会了我充实生命。

I have studied in my middle school for three years.My life in middle school is rich and I have learned a lot. I get knowledge from text books as well as from extra curricular activities. I studied hard in the past three years so that I got perfect scores. But, I also attach importance to other aspects, such as making friends, hobbies, health and sports. I build good relationships with my classmates. They become an important part of my life.I like to chat with them after class that makes me relax and comfortable. My hobby is swimming. Every Sunday morning, I go to swim with my friends or my father. When I have fun, I build a healthy body. Its so great to me. In one word, my life in middle is colorful and unforgettable.

曾经，我是一个不爱说话的孩子。小时候，我总是不喜欢和伙伴们一起玩耍，因为我总是认为“伙伴”这是个不好的字眼。在我的脑海里，“伙伴”就是经常和我打闹，动不动就骂我的那种人。但是，有一天，我真的觉悟了。

六岁那年，我刚刚上一年级，第一节语文课张老师就对我们说：“现在，这个班里的所有人都是你的伙伴，都是你的朋友。你们要互相认识一下，了解一下这个班的同学。”我不就有了疑问。爸爸经常对我说我到学校来是学习的，不能干别的事情。那为什么老师还让我们互相交朋友呢?再说了，朋友只会打你，骂你，为什么老师要让我们多找几个打自己，骂自己的人呢?而且还要多找几个。我完全不理解老师的话。于是，我那不爱说话的一面又展示在老师面前。老师让我们自我介绍，并且还让我们说得越多越好。

该我了。我站起来，两个和牛一样大的眼睛使劲望着老师对她说：“老师，我们为什么要交朋友呢?爸爸妈妈经常对我们说让我们来学校认真学习，不要想别的。为什么还要交朋友呢?”老师很慈祥，她用那美丽的双眼在与我的心灵对话。老师说：“其实啊，我们来到这个学校的目的的确是为了学习，但不要认为交朋友就不是学习。有的同学可能会认为朋友就是那个打你，骂你的人。不对。朋友是除了家长之外和你关系最好的。你可以和你的朋友互相学习。同学们，记住了吗?”

虽然我还是不明白，但我还是说：“记住了。”

两年后，当我三年级的时候，我要转走了。老师就在我要离开之前的最后一天，对我说：“一定不要忘记你在这里的朋友。”

从那起，我真的明白了。朋友，是你饥饿是为你送来面包的人;朋友，是你寒冷时为你加衣服的人;朋友，是你是在你伤心时来安慰你的人。从一个不爱说话的人到一个活泼开朗的小男孩，朋友改变了我的生活。

Everyone has what happened in their school. Let me tell you something about when I first came to school.

I came from grade three, when I didnt know any of my classmates, so I was very strange when I came here. When I first came, I was in the wrong class. It was called Wang Lutong and took me back. It was fun to watch. After I returned to class, I met Mr. Zhu and my lovely classmates.

We have to wear jeans and athletic shoes for sports in that school. Its really troublesome, but what year did I know? There are two Korean schools in the school. Oh, thats awesome. Later I heard that only our school could accept it.

日新月异的今天和十几万年前相比，我们是至高无上的，和几千年前相比，我们是居高临下的。由从前的马车到现在的汽车、火车、飞机；由从前的煤油灯到现在的白炽灯；由从前的老电话变为现在的手机。这些变化无时无刻都在影响和改变着我们的生活。

现在的智能手机给我们带来了很多好处：老师利用手机上的软件给我们留作业，检查作业完成情况，及时跟家长沟通我们在校情况。学生们也不会因为没记清作业而被批评，随时打开手机就可以查看。

同时，手机还解决了以前人们通信难的问题。以前给家里或朋友都是写信互通，有的偏僻的地方甚至没有邮局。现在一个电话打过去，随时都可以跟家人和朋友通话，还可以视频聊天。

但是，手机也给我们带来困扰及危害：手机游戏无时无刻都在吸引着中小学生甚至成年人。有的玩游戏忘记了学习，有的玩游戏忘记了工作，有的甚至连饭都顾不上吃，影响了自己和家人的生活。很多孩子也因为长期玩手机游戏造成眼睛近视，还有的走路、吃饭玩手机，因此出了车祸。

科技在发展，好多东西都具有两面性，我们要正确认识利用，避免坏的方面影响，就可以造福人类，让生活变得美好。

在休博园社区有一个生活科技馆。这个生活科技馆立足社区，紧贴百姓生活，依托社区公共服务设施，开展形式多样、内容丰富的科普活动。以“探秘科学、绿色生态、防消减灾、消防安全”为主题，通过整合各方面社会资源，来营造社区内整体氛围，调动和发挥社区内各单位、组织、家庭及居民个人的创造性思维能力。

一进科技馆的门，先映入我眼帘的是一本巨大的书，凑近一看，原来是一本虚拟书呀！参与者可以通过模拟动手翻书观看电子，以多媒体形式展示书本，减少纸制品的消耗，并且可以存储相当多的书籍内容。往里走还有：垃圾分类、环保知识抢答、虚拟拍照、太阳能汽车、漫游湘湖、虚拟植物园……等等各种新科技。我们在地震小屋里体验了4级地震，感觉4级地震我们还能承受，如果是8级地震的话我们都要飞出去了吧！真希望这个世界不要发生地震！

在这个生活科技馆的各项新科技它的体验效果的神奇，我觉得我都无法描述，小朋友们有空可以去体验体验家门口的生活科技馆！
