The advancement of modern technology is making peoples life more comfortable and at the same time less human. To those who enjoy the benefits of technology, there is no better time to be alive than now, but to others life has been increasingly complex and stressful. The issue is whether such new technological machines as computers and the Internet would be our servants forever or eventually could become our masters.

科技的发展像光点亮了我们的生活，而我们作为中学生，怎样把握好自己，正确的利用科学是至关重要的。

从小就听父母那辈人讲着在他们童年里那简陋的平顶屋，一日三餐的馒头咸菜……再看看今天的我们，在这还不到十几年的短短时光里，住所由平房到楼房到别墅到一座座大厦拔地而起。民以食为天，而我们的食物也早已由馒头咸菜白开水变为了各种花样的食品。再看看出行工具，由自行车到电瓶车再到一个车位三万元。而以前从未见过的手机，电视，电脑也已各种款式闯入了我们的日常生活里。在如此短暂的时间里，这一幕幕可谓是巨变吧，我们的生活水平的大大提高可都归功于科学的迅速发展啊。

所以，人们常说科学改变生活，改变命运。但是改变也分两种，是对我们有益的还是不利的，则都由我们来决定。

“一回家就兴致勃勃的跑到电脑跟前，打开空调和电脑，带上高级耳机，抬头一看都是喜欢的游戏，于是就一打打到半夜。”这种情景其实并不令人感到十分的吃惊，这是普遍存在的现象，但它的确是让人觉得可怕的。很多人都曾听过“某中学生因彻夜不寐的打游戏而猝死”的事吧，当时大家的心理都是紧张而惊骇的。生命是如此的宝贵而又短暂，而这青春年少的光阴更是珍贵，很多人竟然白白的浪费在打游戏上。他们以此为乐，以此为享受，也已此葬送了自己的的青春，葬送了自己的一生。

那么问题又来了，家长们开始惶恐不安了，他们不知道到底如何教育自己的儿女，到底是让他们拥有自己的QQ、微信、手机等还是时刻提放着，严禁他们使用电脑呢。对此，人们总是莫衷一是的思考，讨论。

其实我觉得，还是要靠我们自己来把握，毕竟命运握在自己的手中，想利用网络来玩谁也挡不住。如果想要学习，想要真正的利用好科学的价值，我们的人生也会变得更加出彩。

所以，把握好自己，正确的使用科学来改进生活，让科技真正的帮助我们进步与成长。

今天爸爸带我去参观科技馆。我很喜欢发明创造，我知道科学技术是人类进步的最大推动力。进入科技馆后，迎面采了一位讲解员给我们做讲解。我仔细听着他解释这些高科技产品的由采。那天，我看到了很多以前从没看到过的飞机模型、卫星模型等等。真是大开眼界的一天。

Today father took me to the Science and Technology Center. I am fond of invention very much. I know that science and technology is the greatest driving force of human progress. When we entered the Center, there came an interpreter who explained to us the process of those inventions. I saw many plane and satellite models that I have never seen before. Its really an eye-opening day to me.
