Summer can be very hot in southern taibei where the temperature usually goes up to 32"C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. In the summer vacation that has just ended I went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. This summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. As a second-year senior student I had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. In other words, I must find time to study, too. So I divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so. I would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. It is known to us all that some students cheat in examinations at school．

As students，we often take examinations at school，but sometimes we have too many examinations which are too difficult for us．On the other hand，some of us are lazy and dont work hard at their lessons．So when taking examinations，they sometimes cheat in order to get better results to please their parents and teachers．

In my opinion，it is wrong to cheat in examinations because it breaks the rules of schools．We students should be honest and try to get good results by studying hard instead of cheating in examinations．Whats more，we should improve our study methods and get well prepared for examinations．

智能手表给我生活带来的变化

现代智能技术给我们日常生活带了很多变化，而智能手表也给我的生活带来了许多变化。

记得上小学二年级的一个周未的下午，我和哥哥在楼下玩，碰到了楼下邻居家的小朋友，于是就一起去他家玩了。玩着玩着就忘记时间了，天都快黑了，爸爸妈妈见我们还没有回家，就到楼下到处找我们。可是，他们跑遍了楼下及周边小区、超市都没有找到我俩。正当他们都心急如焚的时候，我俩兴高采烈的在楼下电梯口碰到了象热锅上蚂蚁的妈妈，妈妈激动的抱住我并教育我们以后不要这样太贪玩了。

还有一次，我们一大家人去黄河九曲第一湾玩耍，但是要爬到很高的山顶才能看到它的美景。于是，我们就开始使劲往上爬，妈妈和外婆她们几个由于天气炎热，爬到半山腰就偃旗息鼓了。我和爸爸手拉手还是继续往前冲。妈妈在后面用语音通过我的智能手表给我们加油打气，鼓励我和爸爸向最高顶峰冲刺。在妈妈的不断激励下，我和爸爸汗流浃背、口干舌燥、筋疲力尽的终于爬到了最高顶峰！我和爸爸兴奋极了，非常有成就感！我们克服重重困难，在妈妈的语音鼓励下，我们终于看到了黄河九曲第一湾的美景！如果没有妈妈通过我的智能手表语音鼓励，我很可能就不会坚持到最后，爬不上终点，就不会成功！感谢妈妈通过智能手表对我的鼓励，同时让我懂得了一个道理：做任何事情都不要轻言放弃，坚持不懈一定能成功！

In our daily lives, we have many choices to make, such as what to eat for supper,what clothes to wear, or what to do on weekends. Im a student.My weekend life is happy.I and my family often go mountain climbing,enjoy the fresh mountain air.I sometimes go and friends go shopping together.I like my weekend life.

Yesterday,I had a happy weekend.In those days,I read books in the sun on the moring,its so warm and comfortable .And I also played the piano for two hours.I enjoyed playing it .With my mothers permission I went to the park wit my friend and went shopping with her,oh how nice it was to play with friends .Of course,I watched TV in the evening like many others .At night,I had a so sweet dream,what a happy day it was.

前段时间我看了一本《环境科学》，在这本书上，有一个很突出的问题：化石燃料已经不够人们使用100年了。不过俗话说“山重水复疑无路，柳暗花明又一村”科学家已经找到了很多种清洁能源，比如太阳能、水能、风能、核能等等。这些能源都是可再生能源，它们不仅可以取之不尽，用之不竭。还可以避免化石燃料对环境造成的影响和运送时的巨额费用。

“保护环境，人人有责”我们应该怎样来保护环境的生态平衡和自然资源呢？同时怎么样提高可再生能源的使用价值呢？

我想到的是，乘坐交通工具时最好是使用清洁能源的交通工具，如有轨电车、无轨电车、高铁列车等等。因为这样可以避免在旅行中对环境造成伤害。在我们生活中，有很多的可再生资源，比如塑料袋，废纸等等，我们不应该盲目地直接丢掉。比如，妈妈早上买早餐，我数了一下，店家竟用了六个口袋！而中国有这么人买外卖，每天产生无数的塑料袋，这么多的塑料袋该怎么回收！这是我们迫在眉睫要解决的一个难题。

最近我们去欧洲旅行，在欧洲的所见所闻然我有所感悟，在一个小镇住宿时，正好是当地的国庆日，我看见几个小男孩在玩摔炮（一种摔在地上就会爆炸的鞭炮）我看见他们用力把鞭炮摔在地上，再跑过去把掉在地上的纸屑捡起来，才高高兴兴的走开。在这里，酒店里没有塑料的一次性用品，装饮料的瓶子也几乎都是玻璃制造的，火车上每个位置都有垃圾桶，垃圾桶里没有塑料袋，它是双层的，里面可以拿出来反复使用，他们这样做，可以减少塑料制品的使用，而且减少污染。也暗暗体现了欧洲人爱护环境的好习惯。而我们国家使用的塑料水瓶居多，大部分都没有很好的回收，装垃圾的垃圾袋也几乎都是不可降解的，所以才导致“垃圾围城”的环境问题。

这本《环境科学》给我了巨大的影响，通过这本书，我了解到我们的环境是什么，动植物的关系和环境的生长，了解到人们对环境造成的破坏，了解到人们怎么去保护环境。“故今日之责任，不在他人，而全在我少年”保护环境，不能总依靠科学家，我们要积极动脑想法去让这些所有的可回收的物品更好的回收，尽量少使用不可降解的塑料制品，让其他可以降解的物品来代替它，积极的做好垃圾分类工作。

那么，就让我们一起来保护环境，让世界变得更加生机勃勃！

My Winter Holiday` Plans Well, winter holiday is coming. So whatI am going

to do? I am going to read English books，surf the Internet，play badmintoon every

day。And first I am going to finish my homework 。In addition， I am going to leave

Shantou for Xiamen with my family and we are going to stay there for ten

days。And after we are getting there， we are going to eat delicious food，climb

the mountains in the Jin Bang Park。That must be a lot more fun and we will very

presently, a new lifestyle called low carbon life is spreading every corner of our country. the concepts of low carbon are low energy and no waste. it is such a significant project that i can’t wait to present my ideas on how to promote it.

on the first place, a no-car day is supposed to set up every week in our school. because cars not only cause serious air pollution but also waste energy. on no-car day, neither students nor teachers are allowed to drive to school. meanwhile, just walk, jump, cycle or run. use our legs and enjoy the fun.

on the second place, we had best not use plastic bags any more. no one can stand the “white pollution”. so, it is wise to use bags which can be reused again and again.

finally, one thing that we should keep in mind: every big thing comes from the subtle. therefore, as students, we ought to turn out the lights the moment we leave, turn off the tap in time, and reuse our textbook and so on.

all in all, it weighs greatly for all of us to put the low carbon lifestyle into practice. just set our mind to these: no-car day, no plastic bags, and no waste. let’s do it now.

todays society is a highly developed technological society. however, the shortcomings in the development process are obvious, such as: carbon dioxide, and environmental pollution. but the most serious should be the carbon dioxide problem.

now the problem of global warming because of excess emissions of greenhouse gases. excessive amount of carbon dioxide emissions, creating a diversified economy and la nina phenomena lag disorder. two levels of glaciers melting, polar animals lose their chance of

survival at the same time, will lead to rising sea levels, many coastal cities into the water did not result in a few years later. therefore, we must take the necessary measures to reduce the environmental impact of carbon dioxide. from for example: tree-planting activities, reduce fossil fuel use, we can from our own, to promote low-carbon living.

currently,my school is launching an activity whose theme is that actions change the world to advocate the low carbon living.

in the activity,we are required to go to school or some other place by bike or by foot as much as possible instead of by bus.and when the christmas comes,sending e-greeting cards instead of tridional cards of which are made of wood as we know.besides,we should use both sides of every piece of paper and we should save water as well as electricity.

i believe that only we do thus can we have a better living environment.
