说起科技大家应该不陌生，生活中处处都有科技的影子，大到一个核弹，小到一块手表，科技对人类有许多好处，但万物皆有正反两面，科技对我们也有坏处，这里我着重讲的是科技中的一颗明星——电脑。

电脑是以后每家每户必不可少的物品，生活中的任何难题在《百度》里琳琅满目，假期闲暇之时，还可以在QQ上和别人说说，玩玩游戏之类的，还有好多人是靠电脑来生活的呢，如那些开发电脑游戏的人。

但电脑是极伤害眼睛的，电脑上的强光会刺激视网膜，使眼睛一直接处于紧张状态，时间长了就会形成近视，我和我们班大多数近视的人都是因为玩电脑过度导致的。

还有一些人由于玩游戏时间长节，迷上了它，上课想，下课与同学们谈，就连睡觉的机会也不放过，竟做那些关于游戏的梦，导至学习成绩直线下降。

但玩电脑只要有节制，中要时间适度还是可以的，其实科技的利大于弊，是我还是希望大家使用它。
