communication between each other, but some people ignore the rules and they

treat their rude behaviors as something cool. Today, people advocate the

现在想想，我已经工作了将近十年，而这十年中，因为专业不精，所以我进步不大，但是我似乎总想呈现给别人“我在努力”的样子，但是最后没有一件事情坚持下来，因为我总喜欢找别人给我指导，可是不同的人有不同的想法。

我是笨鸟型，喜欢从最简单的事情由浅入深，比如我的专业，师傅说“每个人心里都应该有一台发动机”，这样，以后再碰到任何别的型号，都可以用对比的方法做到了然于胸，我就想着从画发动机模型开始，这时候有人又说了，不用这么麻烦，多去工厂看拆装就可以了，所以我放弃了当初的想法，去工厂看了一次次的拆装，可是看的过程用虽然很认真，并且有记录、有拍照、有注解，但是回来以后没有总结和复习，照片也丢了，这件事就这么搁浅了，我还会暗示自己，“瞧，我努力了，只是老天爷都不帮我”，然后，就木有然后了…

看完这本书，我就在想，别人为了梦想，可以付出到这种地步，为什么我不行呢?说一千道一万，我是因为不喜欢现在从事的这个专业，可是又有几个人是真心喜欢自己的工作呢?我又知道自己的梦想是什么吗?难道真的只是吃喝玩乐?说出来连自己都没底气吧!再过去的几年，我也出去玩了好多次，我总是享受旅行前的乐趣，享受一切尽在掌握的踏实，可在玩的过程用，我似乎也没有真正的放松，就像放假了还带一堆书回来想读，不能浪费时间云云，可到假期结束还是一本都没有看…

早饭过后，我们又开始了为时4.5小时的练习。这一上午不仅头顶上有太阳的曝晒，而且天气也是十分的闷热，刚刚站了10分钟的军姿就已经要体力透支。而后，我们又练习了齐步走，一个摆手的动作、抬脚的动作都要练习几十次以上。汗水慢慢地顺着头顶流淌下来，大家都精疲力竭了，可是训练并没有终止。直到一声号令“12连休息10分钟”。瞬间，大家的眼睛都放出了光彩，即便是仅有10分钟，大家也都很知足。休息时，我们已经累得说不出话了。

午休后，我们一直练习齐步走。开始时，我们不是排面不齐就是立定时脚不用力。终于，功夫不负有心人，经过了一下午的刻苦训练，大家能做到摆臂整齐、排面整齐、落地整齐了。

这一天，很苦。但大家的辛苦换来了效果。
