今天的训练科目是站军姿，立正，跨列，稍息等等，站军姿时必须保持纹丝不动，立正稍息动作必须干净利落，一个摆臂的动作常常要练习几十遍甚至几百遍，对于暑假在家宅了三个月的我们来说，头顶的烈日真是有点让人吃不消，但是同学们选择咬牙坚持，实在撑不住就到休息处喝点食堂叔叔阿姨准备的绿豆汤、金银花茶，稍作休息马上又回到班级队伍中参加训练。班主任老师个个都是陪练员，顶着太阳，站在离我们最近的地方，给我们加油鼓劲，手中的相机不停记录着我们最英姿飒爽的风采。

军训的第一天就这样过去了，晚上躺在床上，脑海中不断回忆着军训的片段，耳边回响的是同学们响亮的口号，眼前浮现的是他们坚毅的目光，晶莹的汗水。我想，这就是青春最好的见证。

自从放假以后，我每天都在家里，连门都不出，今天终于要出门了，天气也特别的好，同时今天就是同学相聚的日子。

清晨，吃完了早点就急急忙忙的出门了，朝着目的地我们的母校出发。一路上，思绪万千，想象着同学们的变化以及见面以后会出现什么样的情景等等。时间不知不觉得过去了，终于到了我想念了很久很久的母校。

进校园，仿佛听见了朗朗的读书声，历历在目的景象，顿时心底涌上了一种亲切感，同时也发现母校变了很多。首先，教学楼披上了新装，粉刷一新，还有操场，阅览室……走在校园的林荫道上，仔细回想以前的读书生活，还真的别有一番滋味。这时只见小道上稀稀疏疏走着几个补课的学生，他们行色匆匆，现在时间对于他们来说太祸不旋踵瞎了眼。沿着林荫小道，我来到聚会地点——_年级一班，这时已经有很多的同学，我加快了脚步，向她们走去，他们大声的叫着我的名字，这时自然有一些问候了，而且每个人都变了很多，很多，接下来陆陆续续地都来了，在这一片问候声中，我们向老师家走去。

Spring is coming. It is the season for planting trees. On Sunday, our

teacher led us to the suburb to plant trees. We brought some spades, pails and

saplings with us. On arriving there, everybody went into action in no time. We

dug square pits first. Then two persons were needed to plant a tree. One held

the sapling carefully and the other put the soil in. I wish the saplings would

grow up quickly.

I live very happily today! In the morning， it is very fine! Then I climb

the mountain with family， the air on the mountain is very fresh， the flowers

plants and trees on the mountain all seem extremely beautiful。 Coming back home

in the evening， family and I sat and watched TV together， we are returning and

eating the fruit while chatting， the whole family is happy and harmonious!

军训只是站站军姿，练练踏步。不过，这也不是件简单轻松的活儿。光是站军姿，里面就大有文章：脚跟并拢，脚尖分开60度，双腿挺直，两臂自然下垂，大拇指贴在食指第二节，中指紧贴裤缝线;头要正，颈要直，口要闭;两眼瞪大，目视前方，重心放在前脚掌上。如果所有动作都做标准，站十分钟军姿，就会汗流浃背了。

正步这一项是最难的、最重要的、也是最累的，脚要踢得很高，刚开始学的时候，教官要我们把脚抬起来，然后站着不许动，要把脚抬高，单只脚又站不稳，一开始总是摇摇晃晃的，后来练多几遍，渐渐适应了，就站稳了。光是练踢脚，就练了一上午，双腿都快要麻了。

通过这次军训才知道自己的体质有多差，幸好，最后我挺过去了。这次军训磨练了我们的意志，加强了同学们之间的合作性，也加固了大家的友谊。

除夕之夜，餐桌上必不可少的一道菜是饺子。我们以前在商店买饺子，但今天我要亲自体验包饺子的乐趣。

一大早，我妈去菜市场买饺子皮，猪肉，青菜。我一回到家，家里就开始忙碌起来。我妈用炒肉机把我买的猪肉青菜砸了，而我是我妈的小助理。很快，青菜煮好了，我妈在锅里炒，我们家就开始包饺子了。

爸爸先示范了一下，把饺子皮平放在手上，用筷子在饺子皮中央放一点肉，然后慢慢一层一层地把饺子皮包起来，像折扇一样。让我惊讶的是，爸爸的动作那么熟练，好像饺子皮就像他的心肝宝贝一样，很听他的话。

Today, I opened my free forum and I was very happy because I could do a lot

Christmas Day is very popular around the world, when that day comes, we can

see the Christmas products sell everywhere, though Christmas Day is not

originating from China, in our country, more and more people spend that day. A

foreigner pointed out that Christmas meant to be grateful for them, while for

Today was sunny and i was in a good mood.Tired of studying and a bustle of

when I arrived at the park ,the first thing came into my sight were the

thick green trees，therefore，the air was fresh,in addition， i could clearly see a

path skirting along the pond。laying on the lawn which was decorated by a various

Today, my grandma came to visit us, because she missed me so much. She

brought us a lot of fresh vegetables and fruit as usual.My grandma lives in a

small villiage, she likes the life in the county and refuses to move to the

city,so we live separately. She plant many vegetables and fruits, and She bring

the fresh to us now and then. Indeed, it tastes very different from the

Yesterday was Tree Planting Day. The teachers asked us to plant trees at
