晚上回到宿舍，大家的聊天中，已经没有叫苦叫累的了，经过这几天的磨练，大家都差不多已经适应了军训的生活了，不再觉得太辛苦了，相信，在不久的将来，我们一定是国家的栋梁，国家的希望!

I went out to have dinner with father today. I should make toast during the

dinner but there was no juice availabe. So I had a bottle of beer. My face

turned red but I was not drunk. I dont think beer tastes bad but I wont like

have it too much because I am only a student.

United States. Thanksgiving Day is the most truly American of the national

Holidays in the United States and is most closely connected with the earliest

history of the country.

军训，军训，顾名思义就是军事化的训练，严格、整齐、统一的标准。今天是军训的第一天，最先开始必然是站军姿，站军姿中的规矩十分多，要收腹、挺胸、手呈半拳状、双脚呈60度分开，身体稍微向前倾。这个过程最为艰辛痛苦。

按着流程训练了没多久，天公不作美，稀稀拉拉地下起了连绵的细雨。慢慢地，雨越下越大。教官们组织着去楼里避雨，休息了足足一个小时之后雨终于停了，我们又开始了艰苦的训练。十点左右开始了训练成果的表演，我们排获得了表扬，自己的努力得到了肯定，大家的训练更加热情。

下午练习了齐步走正步走之后接着学习了军体拳，刚开始练大家都还很不熟悉，但随着我们的努力，一定会有所进步。

在与自己意志的较量中，我们结束了今天的军训，虽然大家感觉都很累，但是大家知道了什么是坚强，什么是军人铁的纪律，期待着明天我们排会有更好的表现。

今天是军训的第一天，全班同学都很高兴，我也不例外。一大早就兴冲冲地“蹦”进了学校，高高兴兴地向老师喊了一声：“老师好!”到班里，很多同学都带着激动的心情谈着。身旁大大小小的背包不计其数，小袋大袋也很多。我把背包放下，就到走廊去玩了。要军训五天，能不高兴吗?

很快，我们做完操，教官就到了，给我们讲了一些事情，一些注意事项，就出发了。

时间不长，半个多小时就到了麻勘。进入军营，我们就看到了主楼。那里的主楼很长，就是我们睡觉的地方。我们把背包放好后，就快步走到了上操场。一位教官说了几句话后，我们就开始了我们的军训生涯了!

女教官就是女教官，还是唯一的女教官，生来就那么凶，一张嘴就是一堆话。一到下操场，就叫我们站军姿。烈日下，我们冒着紫外线的侵害，顶着滴滴汗珠，扛着重要任务站着。忽然，一声命令是我们感受到了温暖!“坐下!”我顿时感受到，女教官其实也不错!正当我准备擦汗时，又一声响起了：“军姿坐下，不许动!”当时全班同学都做了一个惊讶的表现。天啊!通知上那么多东西是玩的，怎么是受苦的?

因为来的时候已经很晚了，所以我们坐姿训练了一会儿就吃午饭了。吃午饭还得有个讲究，教官吹第一声哨，摆好椅子;教官吹第二声哨，坐下;第三声就是吃饭了。吃饭不能发出声音，发出了就站起来。虽说这样，但是还有发出声音的。

吃饱后还有午睡，午睡过后是下训(下午训练)，冲完凉后是晚训(晚上训练)。晚训过后是睡觉。刚睡的时候，我还在想，为什么怎么累呢?不过我很快搜索出了结果，教官曾经说过：“你第一天晕，第二天就不晕了。”不过第二天晕不晕，就不知道了。

site on the intern.et. One day, mom was not at home.

I turned on the computer and began to learn how to chat on n.et. The first

one I met there was a boy called tom. He greeted me politely. When he knew that

I was only a 9-year-old girl, and almost knew nothing about chatting on n.et, he

started showing me how to use the chatting tools, how to download, and how to

send e-mails. I learnt a lot from him.

顶着烈日，我们乘车来到国防学校，面对无数陌生的面孔，满怀欣喜和兴奋参加军训，并在这里结识了七位同龄的朋友，或许他们以后会成为高中三年的同学，我期待着……

几天了的训练让我感受了军人的艰苦的生活，不过这种生活让我感受到了充实。虽不知后面几天的军人生活会如何，但坚信一定会精彩。十人在一起的房间里，都互相不曾认识，却在无形的相处中慢慢培养了友情和兄弟情，正如教官所说，一个连的人就要非常团结，互相帮助，这里的条件不是想象中的那么好，许多的生活用品我们背着一大包一小包，有时还需要借用。不过，在这样的生活环境中锻炼了作为高中生应该有的毅力和吃苦耐劳的精神，拥有了用自己双手劳动的能力，脱离了父母全包办的状态，这使我感到自豪。

严厉的教官，动作的严格都时刻提醒，我不断要求自我纠正不良的站立姿势，约束自己爱说话，爱走动的习惯。我深知高中生活学习良好的习惯决定了未来所要走的路，这大概就是军训的真谛吧!尽管会流汗会腰酸背痛，但只有亲身经历过才会知道军人为什么是普通人中的榜样，为什么像钢铁一样坚强，是疆土和国家的保卫者。

继续吧!把我的汗水洒满操场，把时间花费在这神圣的地方，把精力消耗在每一次飞扬的尘灰中。这是强者生存的地方，所以我无怨无悔，看看寝室里那些和我一样的学生留下激情的话语，感动的不舍，就会发现很值得，再苦再累也值得!

忙碌的星期天

Last week , I had a busy Sunday.

I got up at six oclock at first ,Then ,I must washed my face and brushed

my teeth in ten minutes,Following,I need for breakfast .My breakfast was very

delicious ,so I ate them fast.After this,I went out and went played basketball

with my best friend ,Tom ,in the school playground .We knew many tempering is

good to health, so we can train each week together .In the noon,I went home and

cooked my lunch by myself ,then ate it .In the afternoon ,I stayed at home .I

read books and did my homework three hours .I n the evening ,it is mountain in

the sun ,I began to washed my dirty clothes .At the oclock ,I went to bed and

had a rest.

How a busy day it is !

This morning,i woke up with a start: my clock was alarming. unwillingly

opened my eyes, i found it was 6:30 already.nevertheless, the room was very

gloomy, for it was raining outside. what a cold day! how comfortable it would be

if i could stay in bed for the whole day, reading a favourite book in the sound

of rain. but, i did have to go to work.

Though it was a rush hour, on the way, there were fewer people than usual.

many people arduously held an umbrella which was always blown down by a blast of

wind.fortunately , i was dressed in a raincoat. several yards away, a policeman

was guiding the traffic in the rain. i was filled with deep esteem for his

seriousness.i kept thinking of todays plan for a short while and,then,i was in

my office. a busy day is beginning …

暑假趣事早上，我4点起床，刷牙洗脸5分钟完毕，4:30我家摩托车开始发动，到肯德基门口前“新概念英语班”举办的夏令营营地，我到那儿时，车上已坐满了人。

我们在车上有说有笑，结果说完了，连小半的路还没行完，只有看电影，三部电影看完了才到旅游景点。

到了天目湖漂流，校长说在竹筏上“打仗”——也就是打水仗。来到湖上，水碧绿碧绿，近看，水清澈，一个胳膊伸下去了还能看见手。我们拿好买来的水枪来到小岛上。我弯下腰拿起水底的石头，往另一个竹筏砸去，石头砸在水里，浪花四溅，船上的人，全都弯下腰，其他也学这样。到了岸上，我们身上全都湿了，呵!活脱脱一群“落汤鸡”!

晚上，我们跳竹竿舞，主持人跳得很好，我第一遍通过，第二遍，我的脚被夹得很惨;第三遍，我踩到竹子上去了，结果像滑溜冰一样，倒了下去，屁股被竹竿一夹，我成了大家的笑料。晚上，我成了我们组的显著人物，就差有粉丝围着找我签名留念了，晚上我进浴室洗手，我看见一条毛茸茸、碧绿、肥肥的蜈蚣，吓得魂飞魄散退了出来。

第三天，我们去爬祈山，我从泉水下取出一块鹅卵石大小的石头做纪念。并且灌了一瓶真正的山中泉水，我喝一口味道不怎么样，就喳喳喳的品起来，我品出了甜味。

爬山了，我的脚开始出水泡了，只能走一路扶着石头走一路，总算到山顶了，瀑布声非常大，说话根本听不见。我们又去千岛湖。

千岛湖上的小岛郁郁葱葱，让人感觉到很放松，我们去了情人岛，我在小溪里感受水的清凉，我们在湖里发现青蛙、小虾，还有石纹鱼，在这里我又成了笑话人物，我不小心踩了一块长满青苔的石头，一滑，水花四溅，一屁股坐在水底，大家都快笑死了。我发现三条石纹鱼，一只清澈透明的小虾。下午1:30，我们坐车回到家，把泉水和石头拿出来，老爸连称说：“为什么不给我带一块石头。”

我这次旅途是最愉快的，自然之美就是不一样。

它很贪玩，可一认真起可就不是开玩笑的。有时放鞭炮时，狗狗都躲起来，唯独它，依旧那么勇猛，守在我的身边，对着鞭炮狂吠不止，真是位尽职的”小勇士“呢!

它高兴时，能比谁都温柔可亲，时时刻刻守护着你，与你形影不离，还会高兴地向你摇尾巴，有时还会和你嬉戏，我一闭上眼睛，它就知道在玩捉迷藏，马上悄无声息的藏起来，它躲在草丛里一声不吭，一动不动，好像自己是一棵树一样，样子滑稽极了!

它不高兴时，总是默默地躲在一边，不与小狗玩耍，还经常发脾气，无缘无故”汪汪“乱叫，有时却不说一句话，眼里的光彩都消失了，耳朵耷拉下来，似乎犯了什么错的事情，看样子真让人心疼。

这就是古怪的它，一只与众不同的狗。一只懂得感情，有心情的狗。它是那么生气勃勃，天真可爱!

就在昨天，刚刚公布了开学时间，就这样，山东正式退出了决赛圈，本以为能和河北肩并肩呢，一起到白头呢，现在也是幻想了。唉，怎么不再坚持一下呢，现在山东正式退出，由黑龙江选手补上了，准备与河北一决高下。到底谁才是最后的冠军呢?请各位拭目以待。有了消息告诉我一下，我先退出上学去了。本以为我们山东才是最后的王者，可为什么，幻想与现实怎么差别这么大呢?

在应该是我人生中最长的一次寒假了，以后怕是没有了，一切已成空，到头来终是一场梦啊!我以后的生活中，一定会常常回忆着一个超长假期的。

今天妈妈送我去上英语课，才送到一半，妈妈就说：“走吧！”然后我就跑步、跑步，哼哧哼哧跑上了喽。

凯文第一，我第二，朱丽第三，正好我还折了纸飞机，这个样子蛮像普通飞机的。我对他们说：“我们一起玩飞机吧！”凯文就和我玩了起来，不过，我注意到凯文好像不大有力气，所以我就又放了起来。

我和他们吭哧吭哧又玩了起来，凯文和我玩‘斗鸡’我们打、打、打，我输了一次，然后后面都是赢，然后又输了一次，还有沙城堡，我到了一次，又输了一次，然后又到了一次，然后又输了一次……。好好玩，我们玩得吭哧吭哧，好累呀。

看来玩这种东西也是很累的，但是我是不会放弃滴，我可是练过跆拳道的哦，所以，我又玩，吭哧吭哧……我撞、我撞、我撞、撞、撞，他们两个输了，他们还假哭了一场。我又说要玩，他们两个吭哧吭哧的说：“我——吭哧吭哧——不——吭哧吭哧——来——吭哧吭哧——了——吭哧吭哧……”正好我也热得不行，我让老师把空调开大一点，老师就开得大了一点。

今天的英语课上来Tt这个T呢，是最、最、最简单的，好简单好简单，实在难不倒我，你知道有多简单吗？实在是太简单了，因为我已经都会了，我熟得都变成烤鸡了。

下课的时候，我本以为外面是很热很热，结果没想到比教室里还要冷。

I had a great time throughout my may day holiday.

On monday, i went bbq with my classmates who threw a celebration party at our middle school principles flat. our parents were invited to the party. everybody was excited about the holiday. i ate a lot of delicious food at that time.

On tuesday, i went visiting my uncles family with my parents. we went to celebrate our good time at a fancy restaurant in shanghai. later that day, we sang karaoke in my uncles house. we stayed for the night.

On wednesday, i went shopping with my cousins. we bought some brand name t-shirts and pants. in the afternoon, my cousins gave me a fun ride on the city highway. they also taught me how to drive their fancy car, so i tried to do some turning and parking. it was not easy first. but i learnt quick.

on thursday, we returned home with many gifts from our trip. i tried to get some rest. at night, i chatted with my classmates on the phone, and i watched cctv before going to bed.

From friday on, i started to finish up my homework assignments on my personal laptop. some of my assignments were quite boring. after i finished the homework, i emailed them to my teachers. that was the end of it. i started to prepare things for school on this coming monday.

I like to surf the internet， fix puters， use smart phones and take photoes.

And I found my hobbies were popular with people around me. If my co-workers have

trouble with puter or smart phone， they will ask me to help. When I go out for a

trip， I will take many photoes for others. Today I helped my friends nephew

install QQ messenger on his iphone4 and access to the internet through

Wi-fi.

I like to study， not to play Majiang.

The first day of the Lunar New Year is "the welcoming of the gods of the heavens and earth."Many people abstain from meat on the first day of the new year because it is believed that this will ensure long and happy lives for them.

On the second day, the Chinese pray to their ancestors as well as to all the gods. They are extra kind to dogs and feed them well as it is believed that the second day is the birthday of all dogs.

The third and fourth days are for the sons-in-laws to pay respect to their parents-in-law.

The fifth day is called Po Woo. On that day people stay home to welcome the God of Wealth. No one visits families and friends on the fifth day because it will bring both parties bad luck.

On the sixth to the 10th day, the Chinese visit their relatives and friends freely. They also visit the temples to pray for good fortune and health.

The seventh day of the New Year is the day for farmers to display their produce. These farmers make a drink from seven types of vegetables to celebrate the occasion. The seventh day is also considered the birthday of human beings. Noodles are eaten to promote longevity and raw fish for success.

On the eighth day the Fujian people have another family reunion dinner, and at midnight they pray to Tian Gong, the God of Heaven.

The ninth day is to make offerings to the Jade Emperor.

The 10th through the 12th are days that friends and relatives should be invited for dinner. After so much rich food, on the 13th day you should have simple rice congee and mustard greens (choi sum) to cleanse the system.

The 14th day should be for preparations to celebrate the Lantern Festival which is to be held on the 15th night.

Xiaomei and I went out this morning. We went to the city centre. We went

window shopping, and then we had lunch at the restaurant. We didnt buy anything

as we didnt have much money, but we still had a wonderful time.
