还记起刚来到这个学校军训的时候，自己还是个刚从初中出来的小孩子，什么都不懂，慢慢发现这里有好多自己小学，初中的同学。见了面，都在陌生中带着熟悉的微笑，又擦肩而过，没有了任何的印象。在艰苦暴晒中走完了军训的生活!高一，这天真烂漫的快乐时代，让无数的少男少女们为它疯狂前行。是的，我当然也是属于这个样子的，这一点是无可非议的。除了食堂————教室—————宿舍这三点一线地跑，其间不再穿插任何一点多余的东西了。

高一的作业量从数学角度说就是8科的累加，从物理角度分析是每一科在科目数上的累积，从语文角度看就是应接不暇。当然并没有“望大地苍茫”的感慨，因为神游于题海中，公式的演变无穷，中外文化的博大精深，同时知识巅峰之高衬托出自己的渺小，攀越它的决心鞭策我不断进步。

高中课堂给我一种新鲜感，同学再不是被灌注知识的机器。我懂得了安排生活，我学会了自己作出正确判断和抉择。高一使我脱去稚气，披上成熟。

高一让我明白，人生像是在编织一只水筐，水筐编的愈是精密，以后挑的水就越多。反之亦然。即使最终编成了一只筐也是白搭的。因此编好筐与打好水关系甚大。编好筐是非常之重要的。因为上帝给予了我们同样的精力和希望，成功者之所以能成功，贵在有坚持不懈，咬定青山不放松的精神。

高一，有喜有悲，有泪有笑，让我难以忘怀，也许这才是生活!

Yesterday, I felt very tired. When I was in class, I felt sleepy and could

not listen to the teacher carefully. And I did not want to eat anything at home.

I went to bed early. This morning, I felt dizzy and my head was hot. My mom said

I had a fever. She took me to see a doctor. He gave me some medicines and told

me to have a good rest at home. It was not too serious. I hope I can be good

soon.

这是我们来军训的第二个日子，再经历了前一天的训练之后，我们发现军训远远比我们想像的更加艰辛，不过也使我们这些在家人羽翼保护下的“小小贵族们”渐渐成长，渐渐独立。

我们大家对自己的适应能力感到惊讶——已经开始有点儿习惯没有大人，一切自己动手的日子;已经习惯这些严格的规矩和命令;已经习惯这张硬梆梆的木板床……我相信，所有人一定会一天比一天出色，表现得更精彩。我们将把的一面展现给教官、老师和家长们，用实际行动告诉他们：“我们是最棒的!我们可以!我们能行!”

在这军训的日子里，我们也开始真正的了解、认识军训的操练生活。这里的教官并非外面说的那么冷酷无情，他们会笑，会和我们一起玩，会给我们适当的休息、调整时间，军训也因此变得不那么枯燥、乏味。同学们在一起训练时，会互相帮助、互相照顾，大家彼此之间有了更深的了解，多了些默契。慢慢的，我们开始认知到军训的意义，再累再苦也会坚持!

我坚信，大家一定能成功的、顺利的、出色的圆满完成军训，给5天的国防教育活动画上一个美好的“句号”。

Generation gap refers to the misunderstanding between the old and young.

The term came into fashion after the 1980s. However, in recent years, the

How does generation gap come into being? The first reason is that the two

generations have grown up in different ages, thus they have different attitudes

toward life. Secondly, due to having little in common with each other, they are

Last summer vacation,my family and I went to Qingdao by train.There was always sunshine and fresh air,which made us so comfortable.We went to the seaside,the sea was as blue as the sky,and bathing in the sunshine on the beach, was really an enjoyable thing.I also picked up a lot of colorful shells with my little sister.

There we bought many interesting souvenirs,I was planing to send them to my friends.We ate many tings there,such as fish,prawn,and so on.They are very delicious.Then we lived in a clean and tidy hotel,and the price was not so expensive.I like Qingdao very much,and if I got a chance,I hope to come here again,it is such a beautiful and interesting place.

I went to summer camp on vacation. On the first day, we went to a beautiful

beach. It was a sunny and hot day, so we went swimming. The water was warm and

we had great fun. Then the next day, we went to the mountains. There were many

trees and I really enjoyed them. On the last day, we had a great party. We sang

and danced happily. We didn’t want to leave(离开) the friends and the teachers. I

hope I can go to summer camp again next year.

2.28星期二晴

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

3.3星期五小雨

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问我有理由迟到吗?最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。、

I have rested for XX days. In these days, I felt very bored. I didn’t know to do what. Although I had a lot of things to do, I felt unnetfortable. I was ill because of the cold weather. I was tired, sleepy and had no strength. My parents are worried about my health. in fact, it didn’t matter. I was always in the room with air-conditioner and opened it in a low temperature. So when I went out, the high temperature disagreed to me. Finally, I was ill.

Today, when I awaked up, I found the air-conditioner didn’t work. I used the control, but it still didn’t work. I knew the air-conditioner was in trouble. I went downstairs. My father told me two air-conditioner and two netputer had been broken. Because my father used electric making machine to make electric, so the voltage was not stable. It led to the trouble. Oh! Whenever the government will let the factory use electric? If it lasts longer, I will be crazy!!

It doesn’t matter that the air-conditioner has been broken. But my notebook-netputer also was broken. I really don’t know what to do. So I went to play basketball. I didn’t know any one in that place. And I was the first time to go there to play basketball. At first, there was no person playing basketball. So I played basketball alone. A few minutes later, some students came to play. So we played together. Of course, we had a match. And It lasts two hours. After the match, I felt I would be dead. I was too tired.

No netputer, I will not know to do what. I have no solution to the problem. So I sent my notebook-netputer to the Asus netputer netpany. I must have my netputer repaired. And the other one, it was thoroughly broken. It can’t be repaired again.The netputer netpany told me that my notebook netputer needed one week to repair. The electric led to all trouble. And many electrical appliances are broken. I don’t know when our country can solve the problem.

I have lost two netputers, but I had another one. I bought it about five years ago. It can be called curio. Though it was old. But it can still work. Although it works slowly, I was pleased. I can go on internet again. Chatting with my friends is a good relaxing. In the internet, one of my old friends invited me to tomorrow’s party. He told me that some friends would go, too. So I promised to go. A-ha! I can see my old friends. I was very happy and hopeful.

One Sunday my mother had me take my little young brother to the a trip to

the country. She bade me take good care of him.

Lingling asked her friends to come to her home. She wanted to make

something nice for them to eat. She just learned how to make a scrambled egg.

She tried to make it for them. She broke eggs in a bowl and put some salt in it.

Then she placed a frying pan on the stove, and put a little cooking oil in the

pan. While she was waiting for the oil to become hot, she stirred the egg in the

bowl. As soon as the oil became hot, she poured the egg into the pan, As one

不知不觉10分钟过去了，20分钟过去了，一个钟头过去了······。天哪，我怎么才背了一个单元的单词?为什么我不是外国人啊!。一番感叹后，又忘了几个单词，照这速度，我的"周末计划"肯定要泡汤了。没办法，谁让我的英语不咋地呢!用一甸话来概括我当时的心情，真可谓。哥背的不是单词，是烦恼。。后天就是周末了，看来这个周末我只能在枯燥的背单词声中结束了，一想到这些，就觉得自己好可怜。真烦啊!

您好!爸爸。我已经长大了，在这十几年的成长过程中，您对我的爱我历历在目，我心中充满了对您的“感动”!

爸爸您还记得吗?在我一年级时，您就让我上了英语辅导班，学的是牛津英语。但是路途很远，从国泰街一直到泰华街，再走一段路，才能到盖德学校。那时候家里只有自行车，您带着我骑到学校，不免非常累。而且一周上两次课，只骑着自行车。但是您为了不耽误我的学习，每次不管有多累，多辛苦，不管春夏秋冬，都会坚持送我去上辅导班。无意间，已经到了三年级，牛津英语学完了，该学3L了，可是，问题出现了，学费很昂贵，光上一次课就40元，我知道，父母挣的钱很不容易，就在我犹豫不定时，您坚决的说：“上!”就这样我又学起了3L，一直都坚持不断到现在。下大雨，下大雪，从来没有一次间断过。这就是您的坚持，使我得到了很多收获。

在父亲节前一天，我准备了一张贺卡，那是一张充满着我对父亲爱的贺卡。

在父亲节那一天，我把贺卡送给您时，您慈祥的眼睛里充满了泪水，但又转过身，轻轻擦去了。您脸上又充满了欣慰的微笑，抚摩着我的头，说我长大了。

一、实习的目的与要求

安排教学实习的基本目的，在于通过理论与实际的结合、学校与社会的沟通，进一步提高学生的思想觉悟，尤其是观察、分析和解决问题的实际工作能力，以便把学生培养成为能够主动适应社会主义现代化建设需要的高素质的复合型人才。具体表现在三个方面：

1 、运用和检验教学成果。运用教学成果，就是把课堂上学到的系统化的理论知识，尝试性地应用于实际工作，并从理论的高度对教育教学工作的现代化提出一些有针对性的建议和设想。检验教学成果，就是看一看课堂教学与实际工作到底有多大距离，并通过综合分析，找出教学中存在的不足，以便为完善教学计划，改革教学内容与方法提供实践依据。

2 、了解和熟悉学校的运行。对师范类专业的本科生来说，实际能力的培养至关重要，而这种实际能力的培养单靠课堂教学是远远不够的，必须从课堂走向实践。

3 、预演和准备就业工作。通过实习，让自己找出自身状况与社会实际需要的差距，并在以后的学习期间及时补充相关知识，为求职与正式工作做好充分的知识、能力准备，从而缩短从校园走向社会的心理转型期。

二、基本情况

我们十月十一日来到湖南XXX县第二中学，到十一月十八日实习结束。我被分到高一XXX班进行实习。

实习的基本内容包括两部分：课堂教学和班主任工作，基本情况如下：

1、课堂教学：完成教案数为六份，试讲次数为六次，上课节数为六节；批改作业五次；监考十场；自习辅导十二课时。

2、班主任工作：组织一次主题为“网络的利与弊”的班会；组织本班学生与实习老师之间的篮球赛两次；找学生单独谈心、了解情况十一人次。

这次实习令我感受颇多。一方面，我深感知识学问浩如烟海，使得我不得不昼夜苦读；另一方面我也深深地体会到，要想成为一名优秀的教师，不仅要学识渊博，其它各方面如语言、表达方式、心理状态以及动作神态等也都是要有讲究的。每上完一节课后我最大的感受就是：当好一名老师真不容易啊！

试教工作开始以后，我每天的工作就是听优秀化学教师的课——写教案——试教——修改——试教，这样反复练习，完善。直到把一节课要讲的内容练到烂熟于心为止。即使这样，在我第一次深入课堂时，我还是遇到了许多师范学校里没学过、事先也没有料到过的难题。毕竟试教的时候和正式去教室上课的时候的心态是很不一样的

教学生知识如果我们仅仅只懂得书本上的知识的话，那是远远不够的。俗话说的好“要给学生一碗水,自己就要有一桶水”。上好一堂课不仅要求我们能够旁征博引，而且平时学生也会提一些书上没有涉及到的知识，这时候你不仅要自己对这些知识点有所了解，而且更为重要的是你要能够以学生容易理解的平实的语言将它表达出来。这一点我深有体会，比如有一次我分析基础训练的时候，有一个题目是说“往饱和的碳酸钠溶液里通入二氧化碳气体时会有什么现象发生？”此题只要知道了碳酸氢钠的溶解度比碳酸钠的小，就能得出“可见到有白色晶体析出”的结论。由于事先我觉得此题很简单，也就没有深入地思考。出乎我意料的是，无论我怎么讲，同学们也无法理解为什么碳酸氢钠的溶解度比碳酸钠的小就会有晶体析出。后来只好向他们的原任课老师请教此处该如何表达。

通过这次的经验，我深感不能以自己的思维来揣度学生的思维，自己认为很简单的问题，对于刚刚涉及这一知识的学生来说很可能就会是一个无法理解的地方，这时候，我们以何种方式将此知识点向他们表达清楚就显得犹为重要了。于是，在以后的备课过程中，我就不在象以前一样只要自己弄清楚了就了事，而是更加侧重于如何将知识的来龙去脉向学生表达清楚。我的这一举措果然收到了良好的效果，学生听完课后普遍都说我讲得较清楚。这让我感到很欣慰。

在当实习班主任的过程中，我从他们原班主任那里学到了很多关于班级管理方面的经验，确实让我受益不少。比如如何与学生谈心，如何帮助后进生转化成为先进生等等。虽然这些经验都是非常宝贵的，但是我也没有完全照搬，第一是我觉得我的身份毕竟与他们原班主任不同。第二是我觉得我与学生年纪相仿，不象原班主任一样与他们或多或少地存在一些代沟，这是我的优势所在，应当加以利用。所以，在与学生的长期交往中，我渐渐形成了一套既有自己风格，又吸收了原有宝贵经验的行事方法，而且还收到了较好的效果。比如说我和我们班上一位同学谈心的时候，她告诉我她读初中时成绩很好，几乎每次考试都是班上的第一名，数学成绩犹为突出，用她自己的话说就是“那时侯学数学简直就是一种乐趣”，但是现在情况就完全不同了，不仅整体成绩直线下降，就连自己的强项数学也到了岌岌可危的地步。当我问及其中的原因时，她告诉我，由于中考的失误，进入高中以后她就失去了信心，再加上高中的课程本身就比初中的要难，使她的成绩更加后退了，以至于现在对读书失去了信心，想一心从事自己的爱好去学声乐算了。而这些她都没有和原班主任说过，原因是班主任“太凶了”。我听了之后并没有直接反对她的观点，而是从客观条件、学习条件以及以后的前途等方面和她分析了她的这种想法，使她明白了学习和爱好之间谁轻谁重，并引导她自觉得把心思放到了学习上来。

Today, I went out with my best friend. When we arrived at the park, it

rained. We had to run in the rain because we couldnt find a place to hide. But

we still feel happy because we could comfort each other. The rain stopped later

and I accompanied her go home. We played in her home for a while and she invited

me for dinner. I refused because I feel it will bring trouble to his family. I

am happy today because the new term is coming. I really want to see my

classmates again

今天和最好的朋友一起出去玩。我们来到公园后，却下起了好大的雨。我们无处可躲。在雨中奔跑着。可是我们却很高兴。因为有彼此的安慰。过了一会，雨停了。我陪着她回家。然后在她家玩了一会，他留我在那里吃饭。可我拒绝了，因为有些不好意思。今天我很快乐，马上就开学了，真想快点见到同学们。

The happiest memory in my childhood was making snowman with my friends. As

I was a little boy, I always went out with my friends to make snowmen and play

with snow when it snowed heavily. We divided ourselves into several groups, two

or three people in each group. Then, we began to make our own snowman. We used

buttons to be snowmans eyes and carrots for its nose. After making our snowman,

we compared ours with others’ to decide whose snowman is the best. Sometimes, we

wrapped our scarfs around snowmen or put our caps on their head, so as to make

our snowman more beautiful. The last time I making a snowman was when I was in

university. But it snowed rarely these years. Thus, making snowman has become

the long-lost fun for me. How I hope it would be snowy this winter!

春节大扫除

Tomorrow is New Years Day, my family have had a completely cleaning for

two days. Then my father and I decorated our flat and my mother cooked delicious

food for our meal. After supper we watched TV program. How happy we were!

明天是春节，我家里以近在两天前做了彻底的大扫除。然后我和爸爸一起装饰家里，妈妈则在烧好吃的东西。晚饭以后，我们一起看电视节目，我们多高兴呀!
