Mid-autumn day is a special festival in China, which is one of the traditional Chinese festivals. It falls on the 15th day of Augustlunar month every year. Our Chinese will celebrate it on that day. I think there are not too many people can reject the temptation of it. I like this festival very much. I have two reasons.

First of all, Mid-autumn has the deep meaning of reunion. In China, people regard Mid-autumn day as very important, so no matter where they are, they will come back to their family if there is a chance. They don’t like celebrate this festival outside, which will make them feel lonely. Thus, they will go home by all means. Luckily, the government also pays great attention to this traditional festival. There are laws tomake sure people have holidays on that special day. In the other word, mid-autumn festival gives a chance for family get together.

Secondly, every family will prepare a big meal on that day. All the food is delicious. It is good to have a big meal. I think nobody will not interested in delicious food. The mooncake is a necessary decoration forMid-autumn day. It tastes good, too. It is the tradition for a long time. How pleased to enjoy the glorious full moon with mooncake!

This is why I love Mid-autumn festival so much.

实习日志一

为了提高自己的英语水平， 把知识和实践结合，在朋友的介绍下，我来到了龙海学友教育补习机构，开始了我的执教之路。该学校是经教育行政主管机关批准成立的专业中学学培训机构，我的实习地点是福建漳州龙海市，这里是风景秀美的旅游区，这里有我的汗水和欢乐。我的实践内容是教培训班的学生英语课程。由于教学经验很浅，对于教学活动的程序和要求都不熟悉了，我对于教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，深入研究教法，虚心向学校里有经验的老师学习，获得了不少的关于中学英语教学现状的信息和对于英语教学的知识技巧。学校总负责人也为我安排了一位专门的指导教师——赵老师。在王老师的耐心指导下，我学会了如何写备课笔记，如何活跃课堂气氛，如何用简单的英语句子和同学们进行课堂交流等等。特别是她和另几名教师教我的小游戏，使我在课堂上很好地调动了学生的积极性，令我受益匪浅！

实习日志二

今天新来了俩个同事，都是漳州师院的。她们都比我一个大二，一个大三，但是她们看起来挺干练的，一问才知道她们从大一起就在周末兼职了，因为家里经济压力比较大的原因她们从大一起就自己解决生活费了，一个女生告诉我大一的时候她每个周末会骑两个小时的自行车到一个小学生家里当家教，上课的时间也是两小时来来回回的感觉一天都在忙碌虽然钱不多一个小时20元但是很充实。她面带微笑的给我描述那些但是还是想我想到了很多，想想在大学的时候有多少学生在学校攀比挥霍，他们可曾想过穷人家的孩子为了区区40元要如何去努力呢。包括今天新来的两个同事，住在一起的老师一共9个，有教数学，化学，物理和英语的。虽然中学的时候我的物理还是不错的，但是我还是选择了自己的专业英语。学友负责人是个挺帅的男老师，他姓卓他自己是教化学的是化学组的组长。他给每个老师分配了一下各自的教学任务额课件。我是英语教研组的组长助理也许是因为我是大四的学生吧就把这个职位分配给我了，不知道能不能做得很好但是我会尽力的，既然来了就要做好。她还给老师没人发了两套工作服和工作牌挺职业的感觉。整理好自己的东西我就进了房间，还好有空调不热，美美地睡一觉明天好好工作。相信自己能行的。

实习日志三

今天早上我们一早起来就唱了学友教育的主题歌《我相信》感觉充满了斗志，接着我们看了一集《赢在中国》感受颇深，这是在学校的时候从来没有去关注过的东西。下午我们沿街发学友教育的传单，要每个店面一家一家的发过去每人发300张，发的过程中你要去给每家店主介绍学友教育，还要收集20条建议，发传单不难一家一家的介绍过去才是最难的。因为以前很少主动和陌生人说话现在一说还要说那么多，刚开始进到店里的时候还好店主没有对我表示反感，耐心地听我介绍了学友教育可能是因为他也有小孩在中学读书吧。聊着聊着的时候店主还给我倒了杯水。进入下一家店的时候是一家服装店，里面很都客人我给店主和客人都发了传单，但是店主好像不欢迎我的样子，说她们不需要这些，我突然意识到可能是我影响了人家的生意了换位思考要是我是店主我也不希望我在做生意的时候被别人影响的。接着我就学聪明了看到店里没人的时候我才进去。和店主们谈了很多他们也给了我们很多很好的建议，比如暑假期间能不能解决孩子食宿问题啊，小班教学人数能不能再少点这样老师就能顾及班上每一个同学了等等。我都记录好了回去可以总结下反馈给负责人。300份总算发完了，好像完成了个巨大的工程。晚上老总请我们吃了海鲜大餐还不错哦。

实习日志四

卓老师给我们说前几天的培训重点还是放在备课上，备课一定得充分，只要能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。上课内容要丰富，现实，教态要自然，讲课要生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。学友有一对一的学生还有小班的学生，所以在备课的时候我格外关注细节，作为老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。我们都知道英语是一门外语，对初学者而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学也无法学下去。教案也是教学前的重头戏，以前从来没有备过，为了做出实用的教案，我专门在网上查找了相关的资料。为了第一节课的教案，我接连奋斗了两个晚上，总算捣鼓出一篇像样的教案。虽算不上精品，但至少在上讲台前要有充足的准备。教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，曾有一位前辈对我说：“备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。

实习日志五

这几天还一样都是培训期今天上午卓老师还没有让我们上课，他让我们在三楼的教室里继续备课，但是从今天开始就要互相试讲了，卓老师告诉我们备课的最终目标是要脱离课件，我虽然备课是挺充分的但是要脱离课件我觉得好难啊因为内容实在是太多了。下午再进行正规的上课指导。在教室里刚开始的时候会有点小紧张虽然我们是老师之间互相的练习，但是毕竟以前没有过这方面的经历，所以有点摸不着头脑。不知道如何去把握课堂的节奏。师院的老师还是很专业的从她们的站姿和板书的内容就可以看出了，轮到我上去了，开始的时候声音还会颤抖连我自己都感觉到了，但是每个老师都用鼓励的眼神望着我我就不那么害怕了，想想现在算什么啊还是磨枪的时候呢。后来我就很自如的讲了自己刚才准备的东西，到现在我还记得自己第一次试讲的内容是定语从句。我还是没有脱离课件，我觉得是要多试几次把自己要讲的东西思路理得非常顺的时候才能脱离吧。在我一遍又一遍的试讲之后我感觉好多了，好像更自信了。现在才明白了practice makes perfect的含义呵呵。但是我感觉大学里学的东西好像和现在的内容联系也不是很大还是要花好多时间去备课的。还要自己去补充很多的知识，这样才是对学生负责的。我现在才明白老师的压力其实很大的，你要保证你会回答学生的每一个问题还要保证都能回答对，其实老师不是圣人也有不会的时候。我在想上课的时候要是学生问我的问题我不会怎么办呢？唉下午要去请教高人了。

实习日志六

今天卓老师让我去听听学友元老级英语教师赵紫刚老师上的英语课，听说他上课上得很好，作为实习老师的听课与以往的听课应当不同的。可叹自己做了16年的学生，听了各色各样的老师讲课，或严谨或幽默，或深入浅出，或步步深入，习惯了听课只是记笔记，学知识，从来没有留心去观察老师上课的方法，但是这堂得听课，我的重点就是去观察一个老师是如何组织她的教学活动的。赵老师讲课声音很宏亮，我坐在最后面还可以听得非常清楚。第一次听课听的便是新单元的对话与短文理解。那些对话与短文我倒是可以讲清楚是什么意思，但是对于其中体现的语法，新单词的运用等我却并不能一一指出。尤其是那些什么形式宾语，定语，状语之类的术语，自己最是难以说清。再加上大学里学的英语多是欣赏阅读，很少涉及到句子结构语法分析。大二时讲的语法课是全英文的厚厚的一本，当堂课还知道讲的什么。课后全不知什么了，发现自己的英语知识只是零散的东一块西一片，没有形成整体的结构框架，不知道怎样串起来，也不知道哪里是重点。看见赵老师给同学们一条一条例举的详略得当又重点突出，觉得自己在教学太欠缺了，得好好学习一下了。但是我还没有直接问他因为我感觉自己能解决的问题自己先解决比较好。

07月07日 星期四 天气：晴

今天晚上，我去上菁华浩扬英语课时，徐老师让我们分成两组举行了一场对抗赛。首先她让我们给自己的队伍起一个好听的名字，于是在叽叽喳喳的叫嚷中我们选中了“雏鹰队”这个名字，而对手却选择了“猛虎队”来做他们的队名。

竞赛开始了，老师在我们两个队各挑了一个人，让他们到黑板前写单词，“斗”了几个回合后，我们组领先了两分，对方恼羞成怒，拼命想把比分给扳回来。可是在读单词环节中他们又输惨了，结果现在我们已经领先四分了。到最后一个抢答的环节了，老师说：“这个项目是考验你们的反应能力的，猛虎队还有扳回比分的机会，要加油呀！”猛虎队员们一个个跃跃欲试，摩拳擦掌，看起来要和我们拼一个你死我活，鱼死网破了。你看在比赛中他们都反应神速，你争我抢的回答问题，可我们的队员也不是好惹得，个个争的面红耳赤，最后徐老师统计比分，我们“雏鹰队”以26：17这样悬殊的差距赢得了比赛。徐老师说：“下次你们猛虎队要加油啊！”

下课了，我们的队员还嘲笑地说：“你们地上跑的还是不如我们天上飞的吧，哈哈哈！”

I wanted to buy some delicious food.there were many kinds of food. I wanted

April 28th Saturday Fine

It was Saturday， just before May Day. My classmates and I went to the park nearby， we didnt go there for amusement but took part in voluntary labor.

We got there at 9：00. We were pided into three groups and then began working. The students in Group One planted trees and watered flowers. The task for Group Two was collecting the litter left about by tourists and cleaning the benches. The group I was in got to the Childrens Play ground and wiped all the equipment clean. We worked very hard. At 11：00， when all the work was finished up， all my classmates met again. Although everyone was in a sweat， yet we felt happy because we had done good job.

今天是星期六，是在五一劳动节之前。我和我的同学去附近的公园，我们不是去那里娱乐，而是去参加义务劳动。

我们在9:00到达那里。我们分为三组，然后开始工作。第一组学生种植树木和花草浇水。而第二组的任务是捡起游客留下的垃圾和清洁长凳。我在的组去了儿童游乐场给所有的设备清洁。我们工作很努力。在11:00，所有的工作都完成了，我的同学们再次集合。虽然每个人都满身是汗，但我们感到高兴，因为我们做了很好的工作。

最近这几天老是刮风，而且是刮大风，有的时候风大的能把人给刮倒了，我都不明白这些风是从哪来的，从西伯利亚还是太平洋来的?像我们这种在农村里的孩子，刮风是非常不方便的，如果你要在外面烧水，你都点不起火来，你就会特别烦恼，烦恼的有时候想把这风给撕烂撕掉，但是吧，你抓不到的，你就会非常恼火，我有时候拿火会把打火机给摔了，其实做这种事情不能急燥。

有人说这风是邪风，有人说这风是怪风，但是有一天我才发现这风原来是十分好语的好风，有一天特别的安静，没有风，一点风也没有，我到外面出去看大红的太阳，把周围的空气都给晒热了，其实非常高，我才明白他原来是散发热量的，没有了风，我们就少了一层保护膜，太阳的光设计会直接射在我们的身体上，让我们非常的至于出汗。所以说风有时坏，有时好尊重它才是最好的选择。

Almost everyone wants to live a long life, but longevity is not for all

people. It is reported that most long life people are in villages, far away from

big cities. In village, life is closer to nature. The sky there is clear and

pretty; the air is fresh; the water is clean; and the food they eat are natural,

without any chemicals. Besides, those villages are abundant in green trees,

beautiful flowers, fresh fruit, and wild animals, which can evoke peoples

passions for life. Moreover, the living pace in those villages is rather slow.

People suffer less stress than cities’. Thus, they have more freedom to enjoy

what they like. No wonder that most villagers are strong and healthy. If I

become old someday, I would like to move to village to enjoy a more comfortable

and pleasant life.

我又迟到了 I Am Late Again

I opened my eyes in the morning and looked at the clock. "Oh, dear! Its

half past seven already. Ill be late again," I thought. Without breakfast, I

hurried to school. But it began to rain hard.

早晨我睁开眼睛，看看钟表，“天啊!已经七点半了。我又要迟到了，”我想。没有吃早饭，我就匆匆朝学校赶去，可是天又下起雨来。

When I got to the classroom, the maths teacher had already begun his

lesson. It was Mr wang. All of us were afraid of him. I didnt like him, or his

这个奶奶从此都没有再来散过步了，一天我看到了她的孙女，问她她的奶奶呢，她哭了出来，她说她的奶奶昨天去世了，我惊呆了，一位慈祥的奶奶就这样离开了我们，我非常伤心，老人虽然走了，但我依然相信老人在天上看着我。

Dreams and Reality

When we talk about dreams, we are so excited, we have many dreams, such as

being a famous person, traveling around the world and so on.

Dreams are what we pursue for a lifetime, with many dreams, we have

motivation to fight for our life. The opposite side of dream is reality, we have

to face reality everyday, reality is what we perceive in our life.

Reality always frustrates us to be successful. We need to balance them.

First, we need to face reality, though it is not ideal, we live in a world, we

Chinese New Years day, we at home the next day to discuss where to go. Because these days the weather is clear, sunny, cloudless, and we unanimously decided to go to picnic in the mountains. 幸好，体能训练并没有想象中的难受，我们先是跟着漂亮的女教官学唱了“团结就是力量”和“打靶归来”两首歌，然后被十五班的教官整的很惨，俯卧撑，正步练习，蹲下起立。

晚上10点后，渐渐入睡，耳边还萦绕着：“团结就是力量，团结就是力量。这力量是铁，这力量是钢，比铁还硬比钢还强……”

匆匆忙忙之间，一个暑假转眼即过，我好像总是迫不及待地做完一件事，无暇思考便又赶着去做另一件事，似乎很忙却又心不在焉。短短的四天军训，让我浮躁的心静了下来。站军姿时，双手紧贴裤缝，两脚开立60度，双肩后拢，简简单单的动作却有着这么多的细节，我在脑海里反复默记着这些动作，心也慢慢静了下来，天虽然很热，可我却能清醒地感受到风悄悄吹过脸庞。唱军歌和背三字诀时，我专心地记忆每一个名词，用心地理解每一句话的含义，眼睛专注地盯着前方，抛开一切杂念，大声地唱着歌、背着词，哪怕一个小小的失误也不能出现。此时，我在经历一次军训，可我更觉得是一次收心训练，让我从信马由缰、自由散漫的假期状态迅速回到严谨专注的新学期学习和生活中。

之前，我自认为对坚持的理解已经很透了，可是这次军训又刷新了我对它的认识。八月的天依旧很热，稍微跑跑跳跳便会汗流浃背，可是教官总是要求我们继续训练，他甚至不允许我们擦汗。大滴大滴的汗珠从头顶顺着发丝滑下，有的慢慢渗入了眼睛，眼睛只能一眨一眨地望向前方，有的淌过了脖子，在颈前汇成一大片“河流”浸透衣衫，我的手总是情不自禁地想抬起来擦汗，可我又在心中不断地告诫自己，为什么别人能做到的事你不能，坚持住，不要动。终于理智克制住了冲动，我没有去擦拭豆大般的汗珠，军训教会了我一种新的坚持!

在进行了长时间军训后休息20分钟，喝上一口水，坐在马扎上，在我看来简直就是一种幸福与享受，甚至是一种奢侈。军训让我更加坚信，付出总是艰辛的，军训如此，学习亦如此，但付出后的收获一定是让人幸福的。

经历了短暂军训后的我，不会去参加一场真正的战斗。但军训带给我的决心、信心、恒心，一定会帮助我在与学习中的困难进行较量时取得胜利。

Today is sunday. i got up very early in the morning. after breakfast i went to the bookstore. i wanted to buy a book robinson crusoe. i looked for the book for quite some time but couldn‘t find it. the shop assistant then came to help me. i was very glad that i got the book at last.

in the afternoon i called on my friend wang lin. he just came back from beijing. we talked a lot.

in the evening i watched an interesting play on tv. i enjoyed it very much. i had a winderful time.

《我的星期日》

今天是星期日，早上我起得很早。早饭后我去书店，我想买一本《鲁滨逊漂流记》。我找了很长时间也没 有发现，店员过来帮我，我很高兴终于找到了那本书。

下午我去了我的朋友王林家，他刚从北京回来，我们谈了很多。

晚上我在电视上看了一个非常有趣的电视剧，我非常喜欢它。我过得很愉快。
