终于，一个漫长的暑假已经过完了，我已步入了中学，成为了一个真正的初三学生。

在进入教室的第一天，我看见了我的班主任，不知道为什么，当我见到老师第一面时，总感觉有一种说不出的亲切感，总感觉见到自己的家人一样。

接着是上课时间了，因为是第一天，没有作业，因此很轻松。一眨眼时间，又到了晚自修，虽说见到老师感觉像见到自己的家人一样，可是到夜幕降临的时候，还是有点想家，想爸爸妈妈。不过比起小学时候已经感觉好多了，在小学时，我都不肯住校，即使住了校，我也会哭起来。现在我就算会想爸爸妈妈，也会告诉自己：“我是初中生，我不能在依赖父母，父母是不可能永陪在我身边的，他们总有一天是会离开的，如果从小依赖父母，长大后，什么也不会干，还怎么生活啊?小时候，父母是我的顶梁柱，我现在长大了，就要万事依靠自己。”而我认为在学校最不好的是晚上洗澡问题，因为晚上的时间不够，就得几个人一起洗，我觉得很不习惯，而且还要动作快，可是我们几个人才刚进去，外面就有人问好了吗，我真郁闷啊!平时在家时，总可以一个人洗澡，爱洗多久洗多久，可在学校就不可以了。但是晚上睡觉又挺舒服的，可是因为不太习惯，早上很早就醒了，却不能起床。

星期三，是第一节室外体育课，当来到操场时，我在担心，要是跑步怎么办，因为我最近呼吸不太好，在平时呼吸就很困难了，要是再加上跑步，那我还不得窒息。可当老师说只学习体操时，我就放心了。

而今天星期四，也没发生什么。

一个星期即将结束，又可以回家好好休息了，好好洗个澡，真是太开心了。这一星期也过得挺好的。

今天是高三上学期期中考试的第一天。上午语文，下午英语。看新闻说考试时边喝水边考，有助于激发大脑皮层中的记忆力与判断力，于是我很乖的喝了一天的水。别说呢，还真有点用呢。在从前，每每下午的那场考试，不是语文就是英语，我总是会有点想打瞌睡的感觉。今天一直喝着水，精神倒还是挺好的。只是啊，下午的英语考试真是太难了，很多单词都不认识。总感觉时间很紧迫。迁哥同学对我说，“哎呀，这次的英语，一半的阅读我都不会，太难了，太难了!”我被他逗笑了，对她说，“难啊，阅读第一大题我就看不明白!” 这次徐老师还真是下狠手了，第一次月考人人都考一百分以上，这一次，及格的人还不知道能不能有过半呢。默默祈祷吧。

回家的路上，依旧下着绵绵秋雨。这几日的天气，天暗的越来越快了，也越来越冷了，马上就要立冬了，不知不觉，高三上学期的时光，就要过完一半了。

后天我们学校举行运动会，学校每个班，都排练好了舞蹈或者韵律操。今天上午同学们在教室里试着跳舞穿的新衣服，我就想着，这样的场景，以后可能再也不会有了。大家都在不知不觉的成长着，那些我们看不见的东西，正在悄悄的改变着。也有遗憾，遗憾有些事情，不能和从前的五班一起实现。或许那句话说的很对，有些失去的东西，往往是让人感觉最为珍贵和怀念的。

我喜欢看小颖跳舞的样子。缈缈说，小颖跳舞，有种灵动的美感。那种灵动的美，参杂了许些拉丁舞的感觉在里面，让人看了有种毫不做作的自然清新感，真的很喜欢，因为我也很喜欢跳舞的感觉，虽然我不会跳舞，但是跳舞时肢体所流动的那种感觉，一直很让我很着迷。

最近喜欢上了唱歌，一个人在家时，总会录下自己的声音，然后按下“播放”键自己欣赏。听得多了也就越来越熟悉自己的声音了。现在的我终于可以自信的唱歌给你们听了。知道吗?小时候的我，总是把唱歌当做一件很害羞的事情，即便是自己一个人时，也不太愿意唱歌给自己听，总感觉，很奇怪呢。现在呢，一点都不会了，自己的声音，也可以变得很好听。

My native town is X. We have settled down here since my grandfather was a

child. In other words, my family has lived here for more than one hundred

years.

It is a small village. There are about one thousand inhabitants. Most of

them are farmers. The mode of their living is very simple. However, they have

already possessed television sets and refrigerators. They made up their minds to

live a modern life.

今天，是我实习这么多天来性质最不一样、意义最为重要的一天。因为今天我完成了人生职业生涯里第一堂课的教学，心中感慨颇多。

为了今天的这一堂课，虽说只是一个小学、一位老师，一堂简简单单的随堂课。但对我来说，却是最初的尝试，意义非同小可。所以我还是花费了很多的心血和精力，精心地准备了一番。

在准备的过程中，我体会到了教案设计的艰辛，课件制作的不易。但更重要的环节还在后面，那便是真正的课堂教学过程的组织。

对于今天的课堂，我进行了一定的自我反思。首先是课堂有时显得过于拘谨，以致于我出现了频繁的小动作。

其次，板书设计不够科学合理，重难点体现得不够分明、有层次。

再者，课堂用语不够简洁明了。没能针对四年级小学生们现有的英语水平进行相应的交流。

最后，就是发音问题，由于紧张出现了一定的发音问题，这也是基本功不够扎实的体现。

这些问题，只是一些小细节的问题。至于更为深刻一点的问题，比如：课堂设计、师生沟通等等这些理论化的问题，我也没能思考出什么学术性结果，便不想赘述了。这些问题的解决，还需要我更多实践性的结果。

总之，先由浅入深，今后要先对这些细节性小问题多加注意并改善才是。

It was cooler than yesterday. One of my father’s friends invited me to eat red bayberries. You must know it is unusual. Because we will climb the hill to eat red bayberries. There is no chance to eat red bayberries in the hill for the people who don’t live in Beijing. On the hill, you can breathe the fresh air, you can listen birds singing and you can eat red bayberries. January 22

Today I found time was a cruel thing. Whatever man is, time always goes on. It won’t stay to wait for somebody. You can’t use anything to exchange time. Time is also a fair thing. Although you have a lot of money or you enjoy high reputation, time won’t leave them more. Today I found I hadn’t enough time. Although I have 50-day holiday, but I found I had a lot of things to do. I had a lot of homework to do and I had something necessary to do.

January 23

I have rested for 10 days. In these days, I felt very bored. I didn’t know to do what. Although I had a lot of things to do, I felt uncomfortable. I was ill because of the cold weather. I was tired, sleepy and had no strength. My parents are worried about my health. in fact, it didn’t matter. I was always in the room with air-conditioner and opened it in a low temperature. 星期天姥姥给我改善生活——包饺子。饺子可是我最爱吃的了，尤其是茴香馅的。我突发奇想地对姥姥说：“姥姥，今天我想学包饺子。您教教我吧!”姥姥惊讶地说：“怎么想起学包饺子了?”我灵机一动说：“我想如果我学会了包饺子，以后等您老了，我也可以给您包呀!”姥姥感动地直点头。二话没说，就给我带上围裙，动起手来。

包饺子的面和馅已经准备好了，姥爷负责擀皮，我和姥姥负责包。我学着姥姥的样子把一张圆圆的饺子皮放在手心里，然后用小勺盛一点点馅放在皮上。开始，我不知道放多少馅，不是多了就是少了。馅放好了，就把饺子皮对折着捏好，从右边开始捏，一直捏到左边收尾。一个小小的饺子就包好了，我包的饺子不像姥姥那么好看，全是躺着的，有的露出了馅，有的还张着嘴，真是五花八门。在看姥姥包的饺子一个个精神抖擞地站在那里，排着整齐地队伍好不威风。姥姥笑着对我说：“你看，你包的饺子都是懒饺子，它们都不愿意站着，都喜欢躺着。还有的高兴的乐开了花。”我哈哈大笑起来。

后来，我又独创了“花式”饺子。就是饺子皮不对折，而是象包包子似的把皮一把抓起来捏好，哈哈!可以想象我的饺子是什么样的了吧。我包饺子的兴趣越来越高，又创出了“三角式”，“元宝式”好几种有趣的包法。

当一家人吃着我包的这些创新的饺子的时候，我心里别提多激动了。没想到，包饺子这么有趣。

in the first place. So the family means so much to everyone, family has great

influence on them. When the family gets on well, people can focus their mind to

work, they don’t need to worry about other issues. It is reported that the

reflects the importance of the family. While people who live in a unharmonious

海边游玩

8月4日那天下午，冒着炎炎的烈日，我和朋友鲁嘉静全家乘私家车去六横岛露营。经过将近四小时的行车、摆渡，我们终于到了目的地。呵呵，我看见了辽阔的沙滩和一望无际的大海。沙是那么的软，一踩上去就让我们跳啊叫啊;海是那么的蓝，真想扑进它的怀抱……

吃完晚饭，我们在海边等退潮，看太阳慢慢地从海那边落了下去……

夜幕降临了，大概八点钟，我们开始了赶海——抓蟹。打着手电筒，睁着眼睛，在沙滩上找来找去。可是不像我想象中那样，有满地的蟹让我抓，来来回回没有见到几只，倒是很意外地看到活的海蛰。全身透明的，还有触角。我们想抓又不敢抓，渔民过来钩走了它，还说如果被它的触角碰到手臂要发痒的。对了，我们还看见了好几只寄居蟹，它们躲在海螺里，很好玩。我们也抓到了一只和尚蟹。晚上，我们就在自己带去的帐篷里，听着海浪声睡着了……

第二天起来。吃过早饭，我们就去游泳。哇!大海真是辽阔，天也真大啊，它们都是蓝蓝的，我都分不清楚哪里是海，哪里是天了。我跑下沙滩去感受海。一阵又一阵的海浪把我的裤子打得湿湿的。终于，我忍不住了，跑回去换了泳衣。鲁嘉静爸爸建议说到隔座礁石的海那边去游，那里的水更干净些。我别提有多高兴了，恨不得插上翅膀飞过去。

车子上我已经坐不住了，过了大约10分钟，就到了海那边。我连蹦带跳地冲向大海，把鲁嘉静他们全家远远地抛在了后面。啊，我看到海了，几乎是扑下去的。我把游泳圈套在头上，躺在海面上。一阵海浪打来，我一下子被冲到了岸上，我又游回海里，又一个浪打来，我又浮了起来。就这样，我在大海的怀抱里玩耍着，陶醉着……

下午，我们又回到海里，这回是打水仗了。我们眼睛、嘴巴里进了不少水，浑身湿淋淋的。有的阿姨只得逃到岸上拿白毛巾作白旗子投降。哈哈哈哈，海滩上到处是笑声，叫声。

傍晚，我们将结束快乐的两日游，我们兴奋的心还静不下来，真想再待在那里。

做饭今天，我要给妈妈做一顿饭，让妈妈尝一尝我的手艺。平时都是妈妈做饭给我吃，我一直没有报答妈妈。今天终于给我逮着了一个机会。趁妈妈上网的时间，我一定要做好晚餐，时间比较紧，我要抓紧时间。我急忙打开了冰箱门，查看有什么好东西。

In my opinion, the movie “ the pursuit of happyness “ is a meaningful film,

the hero of the movie is an active man. Though his life was very hard, his wife

left because of the situation of their family.His work was also unfortunate. He

never gave up and still work hard.Then he took care of his little son. He is

going after happiness all the time, so his life is running . Time is very

importmant to him, he must finish his task on time , or he wouldnt live a

steady life , he has to pay the rent and taxes and so on, but he insist on

taking every chance to make his life live better and he believe in himself.

Finally, he succeed , his part of life in the movie is moving and real.

I also like the song in the movie very much, it says “ the mountains have

high places and low places ……”
