今天是军训的第四天，我们又度过了难忘的一天。

下午，我们五个连队进行了一次集体考核。其他连队看上去依旧是那么雄赳赳、气昂昂，但他们的排面确实有点乱。轮到我们的时候，我和我的小伙伴们早就迫不及待了，都认真地精神饱满地走完了全程。最后，评比的时候，我们连居然得到了领导的表扬，不禁涌起了无限的自豪感。

下午我们还进行了一次拔河比赛，各个连队都使出了吃奶的劲，我也参加了这项活动，但始终因技不如人，败下阵来。最后我们连队拿了第三名，不禁有些失落。从这次活动中我体会到团队合作的重要性。考虑问题要全面客观，综合对手的实力，掌握和洞悉对手的优缺点，然后合理布局，充分安排，先发制人，一击制敌。小小的拔河中也有着大道理。

晚上，我们看了一部记录性的电影《钱学森》，对这一位伟大的科学家缅怀和学习。这一批老一辈的科学家现在大都已退休，又的已经过世了。但他们的精神，永远留在我们心中。他们是中华民族的顶梁柱，是建国初期和社会主义事业探索时期的灵魂工程师，是无产阶级共产主义世界推翻资产阶级帝国主义世界的王牌战斗员。没有剑和有剑在手不用完全是两个不同的概念，这句话一点也没错。世界格局复杂多变，面对老牌资本主义国家的核讹诈和军事威胁，人民群众受到了空前威胁，中华民族遇到史无前例的灾难，还是这一辈科学家挺身而出，毅然回国，为建设自己的祖国而努力奋斗。

面对这一批科学家，我们还有什么理由不好好学习?我们要向他们学习，报效祖国，为实现中国梦，为中华民族的伟大复兴而努力奋斗!

伴随着紧张的号声，同学们不约而同地从楼梯口跑下来，匆匆忙忙地奔向操场，一切是那么的井井有条。

经历了一天半的军训，对纪律的意识更强了，是一种敬佩，一种憧憬。

七天，足以锻炼自己。虽然腰很酸，腿很疼，但是这点苦对于那些军人来说是微不足道的。

上午的炎热最终打垮了自己的身体，休息会又继续，换种角度讲，这种苦并非是折磨，反而是一种考验，人生的必修课。

操场上，一排排身影映入眼帘，齐刷刷的迷彩服看起来是那么的帅气，不曾想过，自己也会幸运一次，当一次军人!不禁自豪起来。

一天半前，曾埋怨军训的辛苦，曾不厌恶迷彩服的呆板，曾……

但是，现在的自己，仿佛认清了事实，看透了军训的意义，了解到：有些苦，还是要受的，即使受不了，也要坚持，毕竟，对自己是有利而无害的。

谁能预料以后的艰辛?谁又能坚持这次军训?也许以后更艰辛，但是，路，走出来的并非是坎坷，而是经历!

军训时，豆大般的汗珠静静滚落，汗，是咸的，凝结着我们的艰辛，不过那些教官呢?他们不辞辛苦地扯着嗓子，教会我们一些军人的风范，却不曾求回报什么。

他们同我们一样辛苦，和我们同在烈日炎炎下迈着那同样稳健的步伐。

也许自己不是做的最好的，但自己起码要做的更好!

3.3 星期五 小雨

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀！快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗？”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

january 28 2010 it was the third day of our winter holiday. today， there are many business in my mother‘s company. so my mother told me to help my uncle who is the manager of my mother’s company. i sat in my mother‘s office and help her answer the telephone. while i was free， i was writing my homework. although i also have a lot of time to do my homework， i still do it. because in my mother’s office， i had nothing to do. if i did nothing， i was wasting my time and my life. i can‘t do the foolish thing. we should take good use of our time.

今天，夏日炎炎，太阳好像要用全部的光和热融化这个世界，整个场地好像一个蒸笼。

我们在这样的环境下纹丝不动站军姿，不厌其烦练枯燥而烦琐的动作，汗水像决堤的洪流，顺势直下，用“挥汗如雨”、“豆大汗珠”是无法形容的。全身上下只有好累、好热、好疼的感觉，汗珠在脸颊流淌好难受却无能为力，腿脚酸疼好想休息却力不从心，军训让人痛苦，立正、稍息、跨立整得我们这些温室中的花朵苦不堪言。随着时间的流逝，我们渐渐地融合在一起，团结一致形成一个凝聚力极强的集体。

军训的日子又苦又累，但斗志高昂的我们从不妥协地勇闯。一声又一声的`“报告”提醒着我们已长大成人，要负起自己应负的责任，做事要光明磊落，做人要活得洒脱，事事有家人护着的日子是我们都回不去的从前。自强不息，我们才能走好自己的路。我们的教官对我非常好，他教会了我们坚强，勇敢。我们都很感谢他。

军训对于一个真正成长的人来说，学习上的苦和生活中的苦是必不不可少的，既然学习上的苦我们都挺过来了，那么对于生活上的苦，我们都要说，我能!

作为一名正处于青春期的中学生，我时常在想的我的青春应该是怎样的，是要刻骨铭心，还是要平淡无奇?

回顾我走过的青春历程，最让我记忆犹新的还那次刚上初一时参加的.运动会。谁都没有想到一个身弱小，看起来文静腼腆的女生竟然在不犹豫地报女子1500米长跑比赛。没错，我就是那个女生。那时，我想努力奋斗赢得更多人的认可，更想为自己平淡无奇的人生贴上一个惹人注目的好”标签。

比赛开始的时候，我站在雪白的起跑线上，心里也如同脚底的颜色一般干净，空空如也。枪声响起的那刻，我知道我的青春开始了，我更知道，我不能输在起跑线上。就算弄得“头破血流”，遍体鳞伤，我也让每一个人都知道，起码我奋斗过!

那次的比赛我得了整个年级组的第一。但谁也不知道的是，至今我膝盖上的那决“美丽”的伤疤就是在那次的比赛中留下的，那是我永久的记忆，是青春留下的痕迹。

那次之后，大大小小的运动会上都有我奋力奔跑的身影。带着这些我渡过了初二生活，再到了我们现在的初三，我们苦，。我们没有资格说这是人间地狱，因为我们还没有真正经历过高中生活，为了考上理想的高中，再苦再累我们也要忍着，中考考验我们的不仅仅是知识，更是考验我们有没有坚强的意志和足够的勇气坚持下来。

再过一个月，现在并肩作战的“兄弟姐妹们”就会有不同的人生，会踏上不同的道路，各自开启一段不同的征程。我们都在奋斗，都在不断成长，不论结果如何，我们都会骄傲地说一句：起码我奋斗过，青春无悔!

Mother told me that we will go to Guilin for a trip today。 I am very

excited because the views there are beautiful。 But there is still one day to go

and I feel impatient。 I think people there must be polite and so should I。

Some people say， “Money is more important than time。” Some say， “We can buy

everything with money。” For some people， money is everything。 They think they

so。 Because when money is spent， we can get it back。 However， when time has

First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

only a cup of milk oatmeal as plan,and then i started to studied my english.when

it was 10：00 am, the inner man began to crave the nourishment, i couldnt

concentrate my attention to study， and there fried all kinds of delicious food

in my brain:hamburgers、dumplings、egg fried rice and omelette…… .After ten

minutes strugling，I couldnt help that anymore! I rushed to the kitchen, in

which then i ate whatever that was eatable!After that i finally gave up to lose

weight, thinking that im not that fat to need to go on a diet. Anyway, i should

continue to enjoy delicious food which i think is most beautiful thing in the

world.

很快，我们做完操，教官就到了，给我们讲了一些事情，一些注意事项，就出发了。

时间不长，半个多小时就到了麻勘。进入军营，我们就看到了主楼。那里的主楼很长，就是我们睡觉的地方。我们把背包放好后，就快步走到了上操场。一位教官说了几句话后，我们就开始了我们的军训生涯了!

女教官就是女教官，还是唯一的女教官，生来就那么凶，一张嘴就是一堆话。一到下操场，就叫我们站军姿。烈日下，我们冒着紫外线的侵害，顶着滴滴汗珠，扛着重要任务站着。忽然，一声命令是我们感受到了温暖!“坐下!”我顿时感受到，女教官其实也不错!正当我准备擦汗时，又一声响起了：“军姿坐下，不许动!”当时全班同学都做了一个惊讶的表现。天啊!通知上那么多东西是玩的，怎么是受苦的?

因为来的时候已经很晚了，所以我们坐姿训练了一会儿就吃午饭了。吃午饭还得有个讲究，教官吹第一声哨，摆好椅子;教官吹第二声哨，坐下;第三声就是吃饭了。吃饭不能发出声音，发出了就站起来。虽说这样，但是还有发出声音的。

吃饱后还有午睡，午睡过后是下训(下午训练)，冲完凉后是晚训(晚上训练)。晚训过后是睡觉。刚睡的时候，我还在想，为什么怎么累呢?不过我很快搜索出了结果，教官曾经说过：“你第一天晕，第二天就不晕了。”不过第二天晕不晕，就不知道了。

This holiday is my best busy holiday for I am learning English, computer

word I fall in the weekend exam. Many times I want to take today off, my mother

in the first place. So the family means so much to everyone, family has great
