When I go to high school, our school has the rule to ask students to live

我们的教官约三十四、五岁左右，中等身材，不胖不瘦，黑里透红的皮肤是他平时户外运动的见证。短短的乌黑的头发，加上那高挺的鼻子，显得特别有精神。在训练的过程中，他有时非常得严肃，不管任何同学犯了错误，一定会受到他的严厉的批评或者惩罚;但休息的时候又特别和蔼可亲，这时的他不仅会和我们谈话、开玩笑，还会和我们一起做游戏。

在这次军训中，我从教官身上学到了认真和坚强。记得是星期三的上午，我们正在进行转弯训练，由于我开小差，当教官说向后转的时候，我却向右转了。正好被我们的教官发现了，他罚我做蛙跳，我极不情愿的跳了个来回，累得气喘吁吁，像打了败仗一样。当时我的心里是有些生气，甚至有点恨。但是看到教官训练时的认真仔细，想想教官一次又一次的不厌其烦的帮助我们纠正一些错误的动作及姿势，我心中的恨早就烟消云散了。

站军姿是这些活动中最难的动作了。因为我们平时好动、好玩习惯了，让我们站立几十分钟，就好像突然把我们的手脚捆起来一样，特别难受。不仅如此，我们的腿麻了、酸了，甚至发抖了，但是看看教官眼里的严肃，又不得不继续坚持下去。苦了，累了，但是，通过站军姿，我收获到了坚强，教官，由衷的感谢您!

五天的军训生活如箭一般飞逝而过，但是教官教给我的动作要领却将影响我的一生。感谢您!我们尊敬的教官。

Today was realiy boring.I went nowhere,I just stayed at home because the

三天里，同学们从陌生渐渐转为熟悉，我们相互鼓励、促进着。依照着教官的指令，在微风吹拂中，我们站姿笔直，昂首挺胸，在阳光的照耀下，我们步伐整齐、秩序井然。岁虽比起正规军动作的一致、美观，我们相距甚远，但我们也尽了最大努力做到最好。汗水润湿了头发，湿透了迷彩衫，脚后跟酸痛难忍。我们秉承着军人特有的“特别能吃苦，特别能战斗”的精神，毫不在意地将额头上的汗珠一抹，踮踮双脚，继续训练。然后军训的过程却不是死板的。年轻的教官待人温和，休息的空闲中，训练场上充满了我们的欢声笑语。通过这三天的训练，我深深地领会到了团结的坚持与重要，无论做任何事，都必须一步一个脚印，即使道路无比泥泞、坎坷，我们都得用我们的双脚，去探索、去迈进、去开拓。我想，这次军训会使我终身受益，无论是身体上还是精神上。

时光在我的指尖悄悄溜走，转眼间军训已经七天了，这七天，承载着太多的泪水与汗水、欢乐与痛苦，这七天，必将会给我们的人生抹下浓墨重彩的一笔，使其焕发着生机与光彩。

Tomorrow is New Year’s Day, my family have had a completely cleaning for

不是我不怕痛了，而是我学会了忍受，为什么这么说呢因为在培训的时候我一疼我就大叫刚开始师姐觉得没什么但是到后来师姐就忍不住了，经常给我讲很多道理，其实道理我都懂就是做不来，而我记得她说的最多的一句话就是要对自己有要求啊。现在我终于明白了这句话的含义，当我在为我心中的目标奋斗的时候就算我想大喊大叫我都可以自己忍住，这就是师姐常说对自己又要求的意思。

现在的我要求还没有达到但是我也正在努力向自己的要求靠近。
