Everybody wishes (hopes) to get money so that he can maintain his

livelihood。 In other words， money is so useful that it is impossible for mankind

to live without it。 For this reason， we have an interesting proverb。 It says

其次，板书设计不够科学合理，重难点体现得不够分明、有层次。

再者，课堂用语不够简洁明了。没能针对四年级小学生们现有的英语水平进行相应的交流。

最后，就是发音问题，由于紧张出现了一定的发音问题，这也是基本功不够扎实的体现。

这些问题，只是一些小细节的问题。至于更为深刻一点的问题，比如：课堂设计、师生沟通等等这些理论化的问题，我也没能思考出什么学术性结果，便不想赘述了。这些问题的解决，还需要我更多实践性的结果。

总之，先由浅入深，今后要先对这些细节性小问题多加注意并改善才是。

自从放假以后，我每天都在家里，连门都不出，今天终于要出门了，天气也特别的好，同时今天就是同学相聚的日子。

清晨，吃完了早点就急急忙忙的出门了，朝着目的地我们的母校出发。一路上，思绪万千，想象着同学们的变化以及见面以后会出现什么样的情景等等。时间不知不觉得过去了，终于到了我想念了很久很久的母校。

终于体会到了“台上一分钟，台下十年功”这句话的深刻意义了。以前曾经在电视上看过武警官兵们进行检阅仪式。在朝阳下，他们迈着整齐的步伐走过镜头，坐在电视机前的我们无一不惊叹这威武的身姿，这雄壮的气魄，这整齐的步伐，却未曾想过他们当初训练之苦!

踏入高中，第一次迎来了军训，虽早有耳闻军训之苦，却从未感受过，带着好奇，带着新鲜，我们在教官的带领下来到操场。在我们一点点嬉闹中开始了高一新生军训动员大会。

在教官严肃的面容下，我们终于感受到军训并没有想象的那么轻松，那么好玩。果然!一系列立正，稍息等动作的训练下，我们感到脚底发麻，两肩酸痛，有汗流下却不能用手去擦，几个男同学就是因为没有先喊报告就擅自动而被教官罚喊十遍报告。我们平时都是家中的宝，都没有吃过这样的苦，个个都怨声连连却不又敢说出口。但苦中也有甜，这也许才会使生活多姿多彩吧!

在训练多方位转体期间有休息娱乐环节，教官教我们拉歌，我们训练不管怎么样，但拉歌全班却有很好的默契。与十三班对拉歌时，在教官的领导下，我们洪亮的声音，忽高呼低的掌声将十三班同学击败。我们也第一次集体和教官大笑，玩得不亦乐乎。

虽然我们有些闹腾，但一天下来，同学们也进入了状态，懂得了一些军人的纪律，动作也整齐了许多，与教官的配合也有所提高，相信这些苦也不算什么，以后我们要面对的苦难还有很多，相信同学们能坚持这4天的军训，在9月5日的检阅中取得取得不错的成绩。
