2个小时过去了，周围安静得连一根针掉下来的声音都听得见，我们一个挨着一个起床，等穿好衣服，整理好衣襟，随身携带了一瓶水。我们充满精神地走出了房间，到了基地我们开始训练，我还记得我们练转体喊口号时的那件事：当时我们排好队，精神抖擞地站好，当教官说练转体时，我心想：不就是转体吗，我们原来学校练得很多，很简单的。可后来我才知道是有一定难度的，第一次“向右转!”我听见了往右转去，可是却忘记了喊团结，丢脸啊!“有同学没喊团结，声音到哪去啦?32个人声音怎么这么轻，是中午没吃饱饭吗?”接下来可就好多了，我们整齐的脚步声，教官都看在眼里，我们还练了齐步走、跨立……到现在还记忆犹新呢!教官还对我们说：“转的时候手要贴紧，脚靠拢时要用力跺下去。”还好教官告诉我们不足的地方，这样才能让我们不断进步!

星期六，我突然想到：奶奶每天那么辛苦地为我做饭，有什么好吃的东西总是留给我吃，我应该为奶奶做点什么。做什么呢?不如明天早上给奶奶做一顿早饭吧。

I went to the home for the aged with my friends on July 30th. As soon as

the eldly people saw us, they were all happy. 1.We sang songs and danced for

them. Then we helped the worker clean the rooms and washes the clothes. They

praized us a lot and said that we were good boys. Although we felt tired, we had

a good time.

Dear Betty,

Your dad is busy working these days. I’ll be at an important meeting in the

city. Would you mind going to the supermarket and buying some food and fruit

after school this afternoon? Could you please meet your uncle and cousin at the

train station at 10 tomorrow morning? You can take a taxi. I’ll be back tomorrow

around 11. I’ll cook when I’m back.

As our students, we also have to face with much pressure, such as the study

pressure, exam pressure,relationship pressure and so on. But how can we cope

with pressure? This is the most important.

Firstly, we should face the pressure appropriately. Pressure is inevitable

in our daily life, so we cant be afraid of them and try our best to cope with

them. Secondly, tell our pressure to others. Talking is a very effective way to

ease pressure, and during the talking, we may get some suggestions and

solutions. Finally, trust ourselves. We should believe ourselves that we can

deal with any troubles by ourselves or by others help.

盼星星，盼月亮，我们期盼已久的军训终于到来了，但我们并不知道军训是多么的艰苦!

早上在军训的开学典礼结束后，军训正式开始了。

“立正!”听到了教官的叫喊，我们都不怎么在意，大家依然是有说有笑。“安静!”这回教官可真的发火了!原本吵闹的同学们全都一下子安静了下来。随后教官叫我们如何的站军姿，可我们不过是当做耳旁风——左耳朵进右耳朵出。“好，你们不配和我是吧!站军姿一个小时!”教官的命令有谁敢违抗?在教官的一对一辅导教育下，不一会儿全班同学就以标准的军姿出现在操场上。

刚开始我只是洒洒水没问题，但是十分钟后我的表情不由得晴转多云——脚越来越酸!我在心中不由的感慨万分：我真是愚蠢，是军训就一定会让我们有一个军人的样子怎么会想我刚开始想的那么简单呢?现在看来只有天在帮我们了——天上云朵飞飘没有什么阳光。正当我暗自庆幸没有阳光时，竟连天也不帮我们了!太阳在天空中撒下万屡金丝，直照在我们的脸上!我的心几乎绝望!

太阳当空照，一滴滴的汗珠顺着我那通红的脸庞流下，在阳光下闪烁着灿烂的光芒，我的双脚因长时间的站立酸痛难忍，但我不得不咬紧牙关在阳光下继续“站岗”。这时因体力不支晕倒了。大地被阳光烤的似乎要融化了，我们的汗衫基本被汗水浸湿了，但我的心中充满的并不是抱怨，而是对此的感慨：这点艰苦又算得了什么?军人们的训练不知比我们现在困难多少倍，这点小风小雨都经历不住，我们算什么中华少年?我们如何在未来报效祖国?想到这，我的双脚似乎没有以前那么酸了，阳光似乎也没有先前那么晒了我的腰又直了起来。

“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来”，我坚信，一切付出的努力终有发光的那天!
