很多天以前我们就得到消息，省外一家外文出版社今天要到本系招2名英文编辑。一打听，要求还挺高，不但学习成绩进入全系前二十名，还要在英文刊物上发表过文章。仔细掂量了一下自己的实力，我的成绩是全系第十五，这个条件我符合;至于在英文刊物上发表文章，这个条件就有点难了，整个专业也许没几个吧。去还是不去呢?思虑再三，还是去试试。

招聘会在语音室进行。前来应聘的人数不是很多，也就十多人吧。大概是学习成绩这个条件让很多人望而生畏。面试开始了，应聘者依次拿着自己的简历和面试老师面对面坐着交谈。时间大概是3分钟。在我前面的几名同学，和面试老师的交谈了不到一分钟，就灰溜溜地走了，连简历也没有留下。很显然，他们都被淘汰了。

谢天谢地，终于迎来第一场针对本专业的招聘会。宿舍的几位姐妹都起床忙于梳妆打扮。我早早地起来，又把自己的简历看了一遍，按求职意向分门别类整理了一下自己的思路。挤进会场后，我先绕场一周了解大致情况，然后有针对性地把我的简历投了出去。

Yesterday our grade held a sports meeting.We have six classes in our grade. All the classes did very well.

Last night Tom watched a TV play until after twelve.He got up late this morning.He had no time to have his breakfast and hurried to school.

When he got school, the first class had begun.He felt so sleepy that he got to sleep after a while.The teacher asked him to answer a question, but he couldn＇t.
