我校附近的前进化工厂，天天向外排放难闻的有毒气体和废水，严重影响了居民的生活，而我们更是首当其冲，身受其害。

本来，我们学校是个清静美丽的场所。-条淸明澄亮的小 河蜿蜒流过我们的校园。小河两岸，杨柳依依，洁水碧柳，别有 一番情趣。每天早晨，同学们都在小河边背诵古诗辞赋、外语 单词，课外活动时，有的在河左边的球场打球，有的在小河边 漫步谈心。明丽的河水映着红砖瓦舍的教室和两旁的绿柳，在 夕阳中好似一幅水彩画，尽善尽美，妙不可言。今人气愤的是， 原来属于我们的这一切都不复存在了。

都是因为前进化工厂的大黑烟囱整天的冒黑烟，排水管 里往外排放五颜六色的废水。原来碧绿的小柳树，现在都成了 豆芽菜似的黄柳树，明亮的小河也被染成了一块斑驳的破抹 布，情况不仅如此。毎当工厂向外排废气时，我们不得不停止 上课，赶快关紧窗户，尽管门窗关得很紧，可还是呛得人受不了。更令人受不了的是自来水苦涩难咽。自来水厂的领导说 都是因为化工厂排放的废水污染了地下水资源，他们无能为力。

我校多次找化工厂领导，要求妥善解决此事，可化工厂领 导却借口说生产任务繁重，技术力量薄弱以及经费开支太大， 迟迟不解决此亊。

国务院曾三令五申，注意保护环境，提倡环境美，可化工厂为什么就置之不理呢?国家化工部也曾明文规定.建设化工厂要注意环境保护，既要注意经济效益，又要注意环境效益. 化工厂的领导为什么就不采取措施保护环境呢?

我们进行生产是为了造福人民，而不是给人民带来祸害，化工厂领导根本就没有认识到这-点，只抓生产不管环境，给 我们以及附近的居民带来了危害。

随着科技的不断发展，汽车的不断增多，排放的废气已经造成了严重的污染，或许，几年后的子孙后代、几百年后的大家，或许会因为大气污染而死亡。现在，地球上每一年都有百分之二十的人因为饮用了受到污染的水而死亡，如果这样延续下去，地球在几万年后岂不是变得光秃秃、像月球一样了？

据科学家的统计，每一年，每一月都有百分之二十多的树木因为废气污染而枯萎。百分之八十多对我们有益的细菌死亡，大家或许会觉得很夸张，但这是事实。其次还有受到污染的废水、废气等。人类有错吗？

我多么希望大家能珍惜我们身边的每一个事物，每一只动物，每一只有益的细菌，因为，很有可能，在几万年后的今天，他们都没有了。

污染？一个惹人讨厌的词。可我怎么也想不通，为什么那么多人却偏偏喜欢污染。光是我们学校的垃圾就数不胜数。

今天的班队课，老师带我们去楼下捡垃圾。

我们来到桃李芬芳景区，映入眼帘的是各种各样的垃圾。一看那满地火红的山茶花瓣、嫩叶就让人知道一定是那些低年级小朋友把山茶花和山茶叶从枝头摘下来，玩“天女散花”的游戏。地上的纸片、纸团几乎铺满了整个地面。幸好我们班人多，人多力量大，我们三下五除二就把大部分垃圾给“搞定”了。

我们路过操场时，我不免想起一件事：今天早上做操时，我的右脚踩进了一个小坑里，导致我做操时左肩高右肩低的，十分不雅。挖这个坑的人也太缺德了，操场本来就不太美观，再加上这个“坑”……

我们又来到雪松公园。雪松下面灌木丛中的“小”道已经不小了。我还记得，一年级我刚来时，这小道只有二三十厘米宽，而现在却有一米多宽了。旁边一块裸露的土地仿佛在向我哭诉：“呜呜呜……我身旁明明有一条石板铺成的小路，可很多同学不走石板路，反而在我身上跑来跑去……结果我从一片生机勃勃的草地变成现在这个样子，呜呜呜……”

学校是个大花园，是培育我们的摇篮！我们要让“大花园”更加美好，不要让它受到破坏！

您好！我是一位擂鼓岭梅园小区的小居民。

近来，因楼下的烧烤店、酒店随意污染环境、排放有害气体，搅的我们不得安宁。楼下一家中等规模的酒店，私自开设后门，还在我们进楼的平台占道洗菜、切菜。酒店还在走廊上搭了一个水池，肮脏不堪，遍地是油、落下来的一些辣椒什么的。

酒店的顾客大声喧闹，猜拳、笑叫声不绝于耳，不时地还扔下来一些垃圾、骨头。烟囱成了摆设，屡屡浓烟飘散在小区内。对面还有几家烧烤店，每当晚上，生意火爆，但我们擂鼓岭梅园的居民就遭殃了。

刺鼻的烧烤浓烟呛得人们咳嗽、流泪，过往的行人也纷纷捂着鼻子赶快避开。不仅如此，酒店的洗菜工也不讲卫生，乱扔垃圾，是我们的道路肮脏不堪。酒店还随意泼洒污水，灌木因经常被污水侵蚀，露出了枯黄。整个小区污水横流，垃圾遍地，满目苍夷。

这样的情况已经大大降低了小区居民们的生活质量，威胁到人们的身体健康。小区的居民们也曾经向您的局并请求处理，但石沉大海，毫无结果。再次，我想向您提出几点建议：

1、对酒店和烧烤店进行一些必要的惩罚措施，给他们点警告与教训；

2、将烟囱修复，每次排放浓烟先过滤一遍让他们懂得保护环境的重要性与紧迫性；

3、禁止酒店随意向小区泼洒污水，将污水处理后正确排放；

4、关闭酒店后门，在厨房里洗菜、切菜，不能占道洗菜，让酒店服务员在餐桌上放警示牌，提示顾客不要乱扔垃圾、大声喧哗；

5、设立酒店专用垃圾桶，将垃圾扔进桶里，不要随地乱扔。

此外，我还发现擂鼓岭许多小区也有类似的情况，无数的居民也在忍受着臭气熏天、肮脏不堪的折磨，生活苦不堪言。

希望环保局局长能在百忙之中抽空看看我的建议书，并根据我的建议对酒店、烧烤店进行妥善处理，换我们一个安静、干净、美丽的家园！

知道家乡受到了很大的污染。造成家乡污染的东西有这么多，比如：汽车的尾气、工厂里的废水、废气、草坪上的垃圾等等。

污染物对环境和生物有很大的危害，它会使空气变得浑浊，对人类的肺部也有害。生活垃圾处理不好还会产生细菌，还会影响到人类的健康。污水会影响到人类喝的水，这样的话，这些水就会直接进入到人类的身体里。

所以，我建议大家做到以下几点，一.不用一次性木筷。二.不污染水源。三.不乱扔垃圾。四.不随地吐痰。五.多植树造林。六.不践踏草坪。七.废旧电池和垃圾要处理好。八.不要用动植物的东西。

我们要保护好周围的环境，不要再让家乡受到污染。

8月，栖霞区检察院检察官在现场勘查时发现，虽然堆积如山的医疗废物散发着刺鼻的异味，但“具体哪一包有毒有害，或精细到哪一个针头或哪个输液袋有毒有害”却十分困难，如果仅仅是认定针头有毒有害，数量不足3吨，根本不够立案标准，且要精细到每一个部件检测鉴定几无可能。

检察官提出了进行“整体认定”，“污染物是一个物理整体概念，即使嫌疑人将其分割成针头、输液袋、输液管等小部件。医疗用具本身就是一个整体器具，其废物也是一个整体”。最后，警方采用了检察官的证据认定办法，张某的行为已涉嫌环境污染罪。侦查终结后，犯罪嫌疑人张某被检察机关批捕。

In modern society, we tend to become more and more aware of our living environment or physical environment, because we are not clean as before. So many people now choose their house as to its environment but not its location and expenses to afford it.
