高考前，有的考生焦虑，家长虽然跟着喊：“不要焦虑！”可家长自己却早已充满了焦虑。这样的家庭，带给考生的心理压力往往更大。过分呵护“快高考了，我们家孩子的袜子都是我给洗。” 过分呵护孩子，容易造成孩子生活自理能力差，社会适应力差，从而引发心理压力和心理问题。孩子到了高中，已经接近成年，这个阶段孩子应该完成个体化、独立化的发展任务。在这个基础上，才谈得上独立的思考与自由的发展，完成从青少年向成人的过渡，完成自我意识和自我统一的构建。 过分呵护孩子，除了影响他的生活自理能力，还容易让孩子形成不独立、依赖性强、脆弱的性格，带到学习中，不利于培养独立思考的能力。 我们经常看见那些平时考分很高，但综合能力和综合素质平平的考生，这些学生遇到死记硬背的知识题答得还可以，可是遇到真正考素质、考能力的活题就不会了。这虽然是学习上的反映，但和家庭教育方式有一定的关系。控制与反抗“都什么日子了，你还看电视！”啪，电视被关上了。 这是家庭中常见的一种亲子互动模式。孩子平时学习累了，到家放松放松，家长看见孩子看电视，怕影响学习，就去关掉。 其实，孩子看电视也可以放松大脑，缓冲疲劳的神经，家长不许孩子看电视，很容易引起孩子的反抗情绪，家长如果对这种反抗再施加压制，就容易激起孩子更大的反抗，局面变得不可收拾。 心理学中有一句话：“孩子是到你家做客的客人。”对待客人怎么样，对待孩子也需要怎么样。假如家长总想“控制”孩子，就容易激化矛盾，使孩子本来就压力很大的心理更加急躁。隐性压力“孩子，不要担心，你一定能考上北大！” 这样的话，可能有很多家长都说过，认为这是给考生鼓励，激励孩子好好复习。但考生的压力已经很大了，他们需要的不是更多的期望，而是更多的理解。 常有家长带着孩子来咨询，如果整个家庭比较合作的话，我会先跟孩子谈，然后再跟孩子和家长一起谈。因为孩子个人的改变固然重要，但家庭支持系统的改变，也起着重要的作用。健康的家庭，才能培养出心理健康的孩子，考生在高考中才能更胜一筹。
