One of the difficulities to an international resolution to environmental issues is the difference in individual nations view and policies toward environmental protection。 In order for international cooperation to occur and succeed， the nations of the world must submit themselved to international standards and supervision by an international mission elected by the participating nations of the world。 All members must agree to abide by the standards established。

The environmental issues facing each country are not unrelated to the well being of the rest of the world。 The impact is long term and international in scope。 Without international cooperation and agreement to address such environmental issues as glacial melting at the South Pole， depletion of the ozone layer， water pollution， air polution， etc。， the environmental conditions of the world will deteriorate to the detriment of every nation， not just those that ignore or lack the resources and technology to resolve their individual environmental problems。

The usage of Internet becomes one of the most controversial topics in the society. As a student, I believe Internet is beneficial to me more than the way it harms me. There are many advantages for using Internet.

First, I can best use my time to find information online instead of going to different libraries. Also, the information can be dated back in decades ago. It is very helpful to use those information as reference and historical proof. In the library, it is hard to find so much "old" information. Another advantage to use Internet is that I can stay home and have a lecture online. It is much more convenience to me because I can stay warm to have class in the winter time instead of spending two hours on the bus and physically attend class. In addition, Internet provides me a better way to communicate with my friends and professors. I can get response from my professor in a few minutes instead of waiting outside of his door for hours. Some of my friends are living in a foreign countries, I can simply just drop him an email whenever I can and get a message from him very quick. It is much better than waiting for letters. Also, the email will not lose while the letter might be losing in the process of delivery.

However, there are also disadvantage of using Internet. For example, I might spend too much time on the Internet to concentrate on my study. Also, there is a chance that I am cheated because of the Internet purchasing. Last, Internet has lots of information, both helpful and harmful. There might be too much tempatation that I will access some of the harmful information I can on the Internet.Even though the usage of Internet has both positive and negative effect to me, I still consider Internet is a symbol of technology development. As we all know, a better result of study can be brought by a better study environment. As a result, it is necessary for us to build the green campus. The green campus can not only provide a good environment for our study, but also be a part of build the harmonious society.

The green campus is not only the environmental being green, but also the sprite being green, which means we should do other things like helping each other or caring each other. Therefore, we should both beautify the campus environment and create a campus culture.

As students, we enjoy the campus time while we have responsibility to build our green campus. In spiritual term, we

should respect teachers, classmates and other people work for the school. In environmental term, we should have good habits to keep campus in a clean surrounding.

有一天，小燕子要找小鱼说一件事。小燕子找啊找啊，终于找到了小鱼。小鱼正要浮出水面上呼吸，可水面上的空气也被污染了。小鱼说：“唉！你看看我们的城市全都被污染了。”小燕子说：“是啊，我们的旁边有一个厂子，每一天厂子里的烟囱就会冒出大量的烟雾，都快把太阳给遮住了，而且也造成了植物的死亡。”小鱼说：“你看看，我们的小河到处都是垃圾，都把水给污染了，所以我们才把头伸出水面来呼吸。”小燕子说：“不过天空的空气也被污染了。”小鱼和小燕子说：“保护环境，人人有责。”

以前，科技可能不是非常的好，但风景也许不错，大树植在马路、饭馆还有公园。如果在炎热的时候，你可以在树下休息，那时你就会觉得有绿树成荫感觉真觉真的很好。

可是现在的环境被污染了。就像现在一些大城市里因为科技发达了、社会发展了、交通工具多了，要排出很多废气。比如：汽车、摩托车。虽然农村科技发展不够发达，但是，有些不文明的人也会乱丢垃圾，会用斧头砍树，这样破坏大自然，就引起了极大的环境污染。

我突然想起我上学和回家走过的一条小路——勤学路，我发现勤学路也有环境污染现象，因为我看见有一次，有个人拿着一袋垃圾走在勤学路的小路上，看了看，就把垃圾扔到这里了。每天、每月、每年，垃圾量不断增长，现在勤学路旁的大地变成了真正的“垃圾场”。

所以大家都要尽心尽力去“拯救世界”——保护地球，珍惜资源!

How to protect theenvironment has become one of the biggest problems in the world .

It’s our duty toprotect our environment .No matter where we live ,we should do something tokeep our neighborhood clean and tidy .We can collect waste paper or otherwaste things for recycling.We should plant more trees and we should preventthose factories from pouring waste water into rivers,lakes and fields.We shouldn’t leave rubbish everywhere andspit in public places .We mustn’t pick the flowers or step on the grass inpublic.If everyone tries his best to protect the environment ,the world willbecome much more beautiful and our life will be better and better .

Once man did not have to think about the protection of his environment.There were few people on the earth, and natural resources seemed to be unlimited.

Today things are different.The world has become too crowded.We are using up our natural resources,and polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals.If we continue to do this, human life on earth will not survive.

We realize that if too many fish are taken from the sea, there will soon be none left.Yet,with modern fishing methods, more and more fish are caught.We know that if too many trees are cut down, forests will disappear.Yet, we continue to use powerful machines to cut down more and more trees.We see that if rivers are polluted with waste products, we will die.Yet, waste products are still put into rivers.

随着经济的飞速发展，人们的生活不断改善的同时，环境污染也已经成为现代社会面临的重大问题之一。近一个星期来，我们有组织地对周边的环境污染情况做调查，报告如下：

一，河水污染。 近几年来工业生产发展迅速，人们只顾着怎样节省原材料的消耗，而对于在生产中出现的一些有害的物质并没有引起重视，废水没有经过处理就直接排放到河道中，造成河流污染情况严重。我们在调查中就看到好几家工厂，把深绿色的、浓黑色的污水直接排入河流，排污口处的水面上漂浮着大量白色泡沫。居住在河边的人们随手将剩菜剩饭、家庭垃圾都装进塑料袋往河里倒，我们的母亲河，现在已经遍体鳞伤，成了一条垃圾河。

二，空气污染。我镇的工厂在生产过程中产生的废气都是没有经过处理就直接排向蓝天，企业燃用汽油、柴油，产生的废气及烟尘也弥散在空中。同时随着我镇经济的发展和外来人口增多，人们燃烧使用的煤，液化气等，能源消耗量增加，产生的废气也成比例增长。汽车、摩托车等机动车数量迅速增加，尾气排污量加大。这些废气中含有大量二氧化硫、二氧化碳和烟尘。大气污染的情况已经比较严重，严重影响到人们的身体健康。

三， 垃圾污染。

随着人们生活水平的提高，人们使用的一次性物品明显增多。一次性袋子，一次性杯子，一次性碗筷，以及被用旧的废弃的生活用品，每天都有大量的垃圾需要处理。人们在使用后，只是随手往街头巷角一扔。我们走在大街上，只要稍稍留意，就会发现随处都有丢垃圾的地方。有些垃圾发出一股刺鼻的臭味，使你不得不注目观看。这一些垃圾不能及时处理，不仅影响了市容市貌，而且直接危害到人们的身体健康。不难想象，如果突然来一阵狂风，刮起满地的垃圾，会是一副怎样的图景？ 当然，还有噪音污染、土壤污染等情况也影响着我们的生活。我衷心希望有关领导充分关注污染问题，采取有利措施，还我们一个明净的家园。

Private cars have become an important aspect of people’s life in many parts of our country,especially in large cities such as Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou.While they bring much convenience to people,they are also widely criticized.

There are some arguments for owning private cars.In the first place,cars allow people to move around freely,whichgreatly improves our living standard.We easily drive cars for traveling.In second place,When we have something urgent to do,cars are quick than other vehicles in some extent.Last but not least,the car industry can boost economy by creating many job opportunities.

However,there are also many arguments against cars.First of all,they pollute the environment by emitting harmful gases.What’s more,cars cause a large number of traffic accidents,which bring great misery to their family.

As far as I am concerned,we should limit the number of private cars by providing better mass transportation and better service for the people.Everyone should sacrifice his or her own interest for the mass society.
