a.召开班委会，讲清这次班会的目的和意义。并组织大家讨论班会具体内容与安排，以及班委会干部的具体分工与落实。

b.给家长写一封信，讲明召开这次主题班会的目的，请家长参与我们的教育活动，给自己的孩子写一封信，写这十几年来的教育与感人的故事，以及对孩子的希望。

c.孩子给家长写一封信，写自己最想对家长说的话，必须结合亲身体验在这十几年的成长中，父母所给予的爱和付出的劳动，以及对自己的培养与教育。
