东起海滨大都市上海，西到西北重镇银川，我们沿着丝绸之路，再一路向西行。内蒙的通湖草原、古郡敦煌、“天下第一雄关”嘉峪关、西北军事重地兰州，短短几日，横穿一市两省两自治区，其间六千余里。游沙湖，穿沙漠，爬雪山，渡黄河……累，并快乐着。
