我认为在3月15日至20日应该设立一个保护动物节，因为我在新闻上看到有许多人滥意捕杀动物，使得好多动物死于非命，所以我想设立这个节日。

我作为一名青少年，会组织同学们一起，穿上模仿动物的服装，走上街头，贴上保护动物人人有责的标语，让更多的人来一起保护动物。

动物是人类的朋友，有了保护动物节，不但可以挽救许多濒危动物，使得它们的物种得以延续，而且生物链也不会受破坏，所以我们要鼓励更多的人参与保护动物。

今天，妈妈从外边回来时，一进门就对我说：“你猜，我给你带来了什么?”我说：“鸡翅?”妈妈摇摇头说：“不对，再猜。”我说：“书!”妈妈很兴奋：“你怎么知道?”我笑了笑，伸手接过妈妈递过来的书——《魔法手指》，是罗尔德。达尔的书。我一直都很喜欢罗尔德。达尔的收。太有趣了，怎么是魔法手指呢?手指怎么会有魔法呢?于是，我拿迫不及待地拿起书看了起来。

不一会儿，我就把这本收看了完了。这本书太有意思了，太神奇了。文中的小女孩有一种与生俱有的本领，在怒不可遏时，她的手指就会施出魔法来。她的邻居革利鸽夫妇一家爱好打猎。有一次，当小女孩看到她们又去打野鸭子时，她生气了，她怒不可遏，她的手指又施出魔法了，把革利鸽夫妇一家变成会飞的野鸭子，把野鸭子变成了人。这样，革利鸽夫妇一家就只有到树上搭窝、睡觉，饿了就吃树上的苹果，而野鸭子却占有了他们的家。野鸭子拿着枪要打革利鸽夫妇一家，革利鸽夫妇一家吓坏了，当野鸭子准备开枪时，革利鸽夫妇一家说：“我们以后再也不打猎了。”之后，魔法消失了，革利鸽夫妇一家又变回了人样，从此以后，他们改名叫“爱鸽先生”、“爱鸽夫人”，再也不打猎了。这个故事真是太有趣了，这个魔法太有趣了，它可以让打猎者和被猎者彻底掉了个儿。达尔的奇思妙想让人坊起来真是忍俊不禁。

读了这个故事，我明白了：我们不能伤害动物，相反地，我们要很好地保护好对人类有益的动物，因为动物是人类的朋友。只有这样，我们的地球才会越来越可爱，我们的家园才会越来越美丽，我们才能生活得越来越幸福!

小乌龟是我从市场上购买的，那个卖乌龟的阿姨告诉我，这种小乌龟永远长不大。听了阿姨的话，我对这只可爱的小乌龟更加的好奇了。

小乌龟有一个硬邦邦的壳儿，这可是它的“保护伞”哟！它的壳儿是翠绿色的，上面排满了六边形的团，下面也是由六边形的团组成的，只不过是乳白色的；小乌龟的头一旦有东西碰到了，酒会快速和两队足一起收回壳儿里，显得它特别小心谨慎。这只小乌龟很特被，头上有个菱形的小红点，特像个“小剑客”。小乌龟的眼睛水灵灵的、大大的，下面长着一张“樱桃小嘴”；再说说小乌龟的四肢。它虽然爬得很慢，但动作却很迅速，四肢很灵活；小乌龟有一根小瞧的尾巴，细得像根毛线。这根小尾巴平时伸出来时一摆一摆的可爱极了！

第一天把小乌龟买回来是它在小鱼缸里一动也不动的，我还以为它死了呢！过了一段时间，在我和外婆的精心照料下，小乌龟终于肯把头伸出来了，但有脚步声，它又把头和四肢都收回了它那硬邦邦的“保护伞”里。又过了一段时间；小乌龟终于和我像好朋友一样，非常开心。

小乌龟喜欢住在有水的地方（水不能太深）、喜欢吃颗粒较小的龟食、喜欢在平地上玩耍……

动物是人类的朋友，让我们亲近动物、关爱动物、保护动物，让我们从身边做起、从小事做起，让动物和人类成为真正的好朋友！

But foreign headlines always where where what happened, for help, for the common people for the real benefits. This is the difference between China and Japan. This is the difference between China and Japan. 日本是用木材量最大的国家，但是却从不砍伐自己国家的树木，都是进口的国外的木材，日本是全世界森林面积占国土比例最大的国家。将有高污染的工程全放到国外生产。读到这里，恐怕大家免不了要骂日本人心机重，但是这不正好证明了日本是最重视国家环境保护的吗?

保护环境，从我做起!!!这句口号我们喊了多少遍了，可是我们有落实过吗?这个口号最初还是我们喊出来的，但是我们从来都没有真正的行动起来，这个口号被日本当做了基本国策，落实的没有一点漏洞。这不仅使日本的环境变好起来了，还是日本成为了大气污染最少的国家。

这么看来日本好似真的很无耻，卑鄙!但是这却是我们最该学的地方。看看我们中央新闻，头版头条总是哪个哪个领导在哪开会，会上说了些什么，但是那很多都只是耳旁风，有哪个能正真落实好的，全都是嘴上说说，过了就忘了。但是外国头版头条总是哪里哪里发生了什么，都是求帮助的，真正为老百姓谋的了福利 。这就是中日之间的差别。每年我们将木材低价卖给外国，然后又要花几十万几百万把水土治理好。这就是中日的差别。这些年来黄河决堤的频率越来越频繁，这不都是我们不注意黄河保护而种下的恶果吗?

我今天说这些并不是我崇洋媚外，我真的很爱我们的国家。真的希望我们的国家能越变越好。我上面描述的都是我们看到的鲜活的例子，都是真正的，大家有目共睹的。这些年来我们在科技发展上取得了很不错的硕果，但是在环境保护上我们却与世界上拉开了至少五十年的距离，难道我们还不该好好反思一下吗?我说这些是想让大家注视一下我们国家的环境保护问题，让我们把“环境保护，从我做起”落实到点上，让我们的国家变得更美，更漂亮。

我是个中学生，没有多么好的文采，没有多么华丽的词语，这能写到这了。但是我真的希望我们的国家变得更好，成为我们所有中国人的骄傲!!!

保护环境，刻不容缓!让我们行动起来，为了祖国的明天而一起努力。

Nowadays, the environmental protection is becoming one of the most important issues in the world. Being one of the members of our society, what shall we do to protect the environment

First, stop using plastic bags, boxes and bottles. Stores should be required to use the bags, boxes and bottles which are made from paper. Secondly, more and more trees and flowers should be planted to keep our surrounding clean. People must be required to plant plants around their houses and work places.

Finally, we must control the pollution by law, according to which, polluted water and air exhausted from factories should be forbidden.

These are some of the measures that we can take to protect our environment and they are not hard tasks for us. Remember, the earth is the only planet we could live at present.

很多人说要珍惜、保护、尊重生命，但是人人都有做到吗？自认为不自杀、不发生意外，不生病就叫做完全做到，大错特错了!除了自己，还有别人，除了人，还有动物，都应该要被保护、珍惜、尊重。我们如何做，才可以做到呢？弃养狗的问题很严重，所以我们不养狗，就是最正确的事情。

狗就是人的朋友，怎么对待好朋友，就该怎么对待它们，而不是当作驱赶坏人的好工具，或是一只很可爱的会动娃娃。狗虽然不会讲人话，但它会中心不二的在你身边，想到弃养它们的人，是不是很可恶？你在养之前，确定等待他长大之后，还是会继续养，不看外表？你确定有能力吗？还是只是为了看门而已？养它们之前，请三思!养了之后，它也许和它的家人分开了，就只有你唯一一个家人，所以必须也把它当家人，如果你变成狗， 就一定明白，这多么无助，多希望有人爱。

当你弃养狗，接下来的事情，我相信每个人都无法接受，它又失去家人了!它将被送至收养中心，没人喜欢的话，就要安乐死，如果你失去家人，没多久又莫名被关起来坐牢，几天之后，没人想接你回家，你就要面临死亡，发生这种事情，你又不能决定，死的很奇怪吧!对，这是弃养狗的人，做的事情，换做是你，你会无法形 容这种感觉，别人说不公平，其实我们都很幸福，爸妈不会不要我们，它们才觉得不公平吧？为什么是别人选自己，而不是自己选别人，为什么说不养就可能死？狗对人们就是不平等。

我们不该做这些弃养的事情，是谁都不愿意被抛弃，要养宠物，就要好好爱它，不只狗，任何动物都一样，爱它就不要丢弃它，人人有责，大家一起保护生命，才是护生的真正意思!

Some 200m years before dinosaurs made their appearance on earth and thus quite some time before Homo sapiens began celebrating nuptials at extravagant wedding banquets, sharks swam the oceans. Sharks are older than trees. They have survived at least four planetary mass extinctions.

The bill sailed through the lower house assembly, but is being held up in the state senate because of concerns it discriminates against Chinese Americans.

What people eat is, indeed, a sensitive topic and one that generates much hypocrisy. Different cultures have formed their own taboos about what is proper, and not proper, to eat. Michael Moore, the American documentary film-maker, brilliantly – if possibly inadvertently – exposed this self-delusion in Roger & Me. In a scene that was meant to highlight the poverty of Flint, Michigan, a woman selling rabbits is shown asking customers if they want “pets or meat”. If the answer is “pet”, the cuddly bunny is handed over to a delighted child. If “meat”, the hapless creature is clubbed to death with a lead pipe and skinned on the spot.

The richer societies get, the more finicky they tend to become. Many (including myself) waste half the animal they have had killed on their behalf, refusing to consume its organs, intestines, brain and so on. These parts are often eaten, and sometimes prized, in non-western societies, particularly in Asia. In their willingness to consume almost all the animal, both China and Japan score far better than most western countries.

Surely, then, one can’t object to eating shark fin? Yet one can and one should. The reasons are to do with conservation and our broader ecosystem. Some species of shark have been depleted by 70 per cent and a few, such as smooth hammerhead, bull sharks and tiger sharks, by 90 per cent or more. Sharks are the ocean’s top predators. Their absence causes havoc. Off the east coast of America, sharks used to eat bottom-feeding rays. With shark numbers massively depleted, the rays have had a field day devouring scallops, clams and oysters, rapidly reducing stocks.

His shop does not sell shark meat, and he says it could be true that the carcase is simply tossed into the sea. As well as the cruelty, there is also the incredible waste. The average shark stretches to about 10 bowls of soup.

Certainly, shark fin is traditional. As one writer points out, to ask people to stop eating it is the equivalent of suggesting Americans give up turkey for Thanksgiving. There is doubtless a case for banning other types of food, such as some types of caviar and some species of whale. But cultures are not immutable. Traditions change, especially when they are unsustainable.

In Canada, more than a few ethnic Chinese couples have made a show of not serving shark fin at their wedding. Judy Lao recently told the Vancouver Province why she didn’t have it at her reception. “We don’t really care, our friends don’t care, and shark fin has no nutritional value anyway,” she said. “So why should we serve it?” Why indeed.

These laws must be strictly enforced. Violators of these laws must be severely punished .Moreover, the public must be informed about the natural treasures we stand to lose .If we don’t take immediate action, we will be depriving future generations of our most precious heritage.

In Taiwan, because most people do not understand the importance of wildlife, the wildlife is in a poor situation. We Chinese are fond of eating anything delicious, so there are many animals killed by hunters. People enjoy eating tigers, bears, birds, and lions, so there are fewer and fewer birds flying in the sky and fewer and fewer bears running here and there in the forest. 一进家门，妈妈又开始唠叨了。她可是个很爱干净的人哪，见我抱回一只这么脏兮兮的小狗，生气地说：“哪来的脏兮兮的小狗，有没有疾病，快点把它抱出去!”“不要嘛，妈妈，求求您了，它这么可怜，身上这么多的伤疤，一定很疼的，我们就收留它吧!”一旁的小狗也能听懂我们的对话似的，低着头好像在说：“求求你们好心人，收留我吧!”。妈妈拿我没办法只好答应了。我喜出望外，把小狗抱起来直打圈，妈妈见我这么爱小动物，也笑眯眯的笑了。于是我和妈妈去楼下防疫中心给狗狗打了疫苗针。我还给小狗洗了澡，给它吃了甜甜的小点心，它开心地摇摇尾巴，好像在说：“谢谢你，我的新主人。”我还给它起了个名字叫“亮亮”，因为它洗完澡之后就变得漂亮起来了，所以叫“亮亮”。

我心想：如果全世界的人都能保护小动物，不让小动物受到伤害，那该有多好啊!
