1、加强理论学习，更新教学理念，全面推进素质教育。全体英语教师都要抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践。改进评价内容和评价方法，即努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

4、打造“常态课堂、高效课堂”。教研组各教师认真学习常态课堂的基本要求，并每人按计划上一次公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点，以合作学习的时效性为重点，从而来实现高效课堂。

5、加快信息技术学习进程，从而推动学科教学与信息技术的整合。组织所有教师运用现代教学理念设计多媒体教学辅助课件，组织多媒体教学观摩活动等，达到能将多媒体高效运用于英语教学中。

6、加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《大纲》、《中考说明》，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读能力的训练，另外所有英语教师要协助九年级教师搞好中考复习和模拟考试，力争中考第一仗顺利。

7、组织本教研组教师撰写论文。英语组要确定教研专题，全体英语教师通过理论学习和校本培训，不断反思、探索，并联系实际积极撰写英语教育教学论文。

总之，在校领导的带领下我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。

Halloween is on the last day of October, it is very popular in the western country. On that day, people will dress in the horrible style, especially for the kids, they will knock from door to door. If people dont give them the candy, the children will play tricks on them. But in China, more and more young people like to follow this trend, they will play the roles and find some fun. As for me, Id like to join some activities on the Halloween. My friends always have some funny costumes, so I will borrow one from them. Nowadays, smart phone has been part of our life. We can see people lowing

down their heads and playing smart phones all the time. When people are walking

on the street, the traffic regulations are no longer their first concern. It is

so dangerous for them to keep their attention on the phone. Dutch officers

Our classroom is very beautiful. There is a blackboard on the front well. There is a teachers desk in front of the blackboard. There are two boxes of chalk and an eraser on the desk. There are many nice maps on the wall. There are some beautiful flowers on the sill. Our classroom is very nice and clean. There are two tall trees behind our classroom.We ofter play games wiht teacher under trees. As a student, I expect the winter holiday very much, because I don’t have

to go to school every day. So I can sleep and get up late. But this winter

holiday, I am not very happy. I didn’t do well in the final exam. It makes my

parents disappointed. I feel sorry to them. Besides, I got ill the whole winter

holiday. I caught a cold at first and then had a fever. I had to see a doctor

every day. My parents worried much about me. Because of the illness, I didn’t

have a good time during the New Year. Now, I am a little better. I hope I could

be well soon, because the new term is beginning. I don’t want to go to school

with illness.

Nowadays, as the development of high technology, people like to use

computer, they use computer to read the news, to play the game and so on. Now

more and more computer functions have been developed, people like to do business

on the computer, it saves people a lot of time and it is very convenient.

Shopping online is most people’s choice today, but it has disadvantages. First,

the products will be not in good quality, people can’t touch the products, they

only can see the pictures, so they can’t figure out the real products’ quality.

Second, when people pay the money online, they will have the chance to leak out

许浩然是我的同学，上学期老师一直表扬他，因他进步很大。上学期期终考试时，老师还奖励给他一个本子，鼓励他学习再加把劲儿。可没想到，自打这学期开学以来，他的表现令我很失望。

首先是课堂纪律。上课时，我经常看到许浩然不是这儿动动就那里动动。有一次，上数学课时，就因为这个事情，老师还让他罚站呢。用通俗话讲，他就是“像蛐蛐一样”。大家都知道，蛐蛐好动，而许浩然也是这样。还有他上课时会和同桌说话，有时还被老师点名字。不知道他是何时染上了这毛病的，导致他的学习成绩也有点下降了。

再有，就是不遵守路队纪律。走路队时讲话，有时还把我俩之间隔着的同学往前推，推到我身上来。每次只要护送的老师一离开，他就起内讧，说要散队，然后就有其他同学也跟着起讧要散队。整个队都因为他的左一句右一句散队而瓦解了。另外走路队时他还有一个毛病：我是站在路队的第一个带队走，可是他有时却故意超过我，这使我无法忍受。

We often say that the earth is our homeland and human society comes from

nature. Therefore, I think our society is a part of nature. People should live

harmoniously with nature. All the materials we need to live with come from

nature, but we should also repay the nature, rather than blindly solicit. For

example, we should plant more trees and take actions to protect the environment.

In addition, we have to control population. Due to excessive population growth,

human beings require much more natural resources than before, which lead to

excessive pressure on nature. In order to long-term development, the population

growth must be controlled. We all come from nature which is our homeland, so we

When we are free during the holiday ,we can go to some beautiful places to

feeling in all we see,there we can eat all kinds of delicious food,visit many

places of interest or something else.

On the other hand ,traveling will help us learn lots of local cultures

,people’s lives there ,sometimes you can make some new friends,it also can make

your life colorful.to us students mwe can relax ourselves from the busy studying

life,we can use these experiences in our studying.

places you travel,the mare you will learn.

It is reported that thick fog and haze surround many parts of China. People

have to wear masks when they go out.As air pollution is getting increasingly

worse,it has become the main concern of people.

Air pollution can have serious consequences for human’s health and also

severely affects natural ecosystems. Millions of people die of illnesses related

to air pollution every year.Due to particles from exhaust emissions,green house

effects result in warmer weather,acid rains corrode the earth,and frequent haze

causes traffic problems.

Confronted with such situation,positive measures should be adopted. The

government should keep its regulatory role for properly supervision. Related

rules should be made out for reducing emissions of new vehicles and limiting

high-emission vehicles.Factories should meet standards for curbing emissions of

pollutants in surrounding cities.Meanwhile, provinces and municipalities in each

target region should set up a mechanism for the joint prevention and control of

air pollution.

我有一个同学，他特别爱看漫画书，是个书迷。你们大家来猜猜他是谁，他就坐在我的旁边，他的名字叫做蔡源定。

我也是无意中知道他喜欢看书。我告诉他：“我家里有好多漫画书哦，你想不想看？”蔡源定说：“那你明天来学校，记得给我带一本哦。”我说：“好的。”

第二天，我来到学校。刚坐下，蔡源定就来问我：“你漫画书带了吗？”

我说：“带了。”我要是没有带，他不是要天天来纠缠我了？我把书借给了他，可是我叫他必须要答应我一个条件，那就是上课不准拿出来看哦。

我有些自己都没有看完，真的，有点不舍不得给他看，但是我们是这么好的朋友，我还是借给他看吧，反正他看完了我自己还可以看。

我带了两本，他一本看没看完，就把我的另外一本偷偷地拿过去。他没有告诉我，搞得我找了半天，哎呀，算了吧，毕竟是我的好朋友。

我对他说：“我不跟你计较了，但是你下次要看，一定要记得和我打招呼哦。省得我找来找去，找半天还以为掉了，那毕竟是我亲爱的漫画书哦。”

他不好意地点了点头。这就是我的同学，一个书迷。

When girls get together, they like gossip. They always talk about the topic of beauty. They will discuss who is the most beautiful girl in school or they will compare the girls and see who is more charming. As the young people, they usually judge people from appearance. The definition of beauty of course is the one who is thinner and has the pretty face. When they ask me which one is more attractive, then I will look at them for a while, because I want to perceive their personality. My view on beauty is not only from appearance as I think most girls have the pretty faces, but also from the inside, only the quality that differentiates them. The pretty faces will fade away anyway, only the quality that helps people to keep charming. So we need to cultivate the good quality.

As we know, many people favor the idea that the college life is free and

comfortable, but I’d like to say it’s not true. As a matter of fact, my life in

university is so busy that I wonder if my energy is enough. As to my college

life, I divide it into four parts, including study, student activities, library

and the others.

Firstly, I want to talk about the study. In my opinion, study is the

priority in college. When I received the letter of admission in summer, I knew

clearly that what I should do. So I make up my mind to study hard and pursue

learning as much as possible. I’m greatly convinced that knowledge can change my

life. Therefore, I often go to the quiet study room where many people study

there. By working so hard, I get good grades in the exams.

Secondly, student activities play an important role in our college life. To

be honest, the student Union is a good place where one can develop social

skills, get his abilities trained. I take part in many student activities. For

example, I’ m a volunteer, teaching the kids to learn to dance and write. I

think it’s meaningful for everyone to give a hand to others. I can also do some

jobs in the Student Union, including receiving and sending fast mail, selling

papers and magazines. I think they’re unforgettable and worthwhile experiences

for me.

Thirdly, I also visit the library constantly. It’s said that “shelves of

books, oceans of knowledge”, so I read books that I’m interested in. In this

way, I can share stories with my new friends and it also changes my horizons

.When I’m sad, lost or in trouble, staying the library makes me quiet and

comfortable. After all, every life has bad moments as well as good ones, and the

library for me is a support in bad moments. So it’s wise choice for me to stay

in the library.

Finally, I often do other things in my spare time. In order to alleviate

parents’ burden, I often do some part-time jobs and write some articles to earn

money. It helps me to be independent and improve my social skills.

In short, my life in university is busy but valuable. You can see that

study brings me knowledge, student activities improve myself, library changes my

horizons, the others things make me independent. They get all my abilities

trained. And I see that the chance will come only if you have a prepared mind,

so I’m sure that I can achieve my dreams in college life.

"Yeah, right. It isn’t that easy." I protested.

"Yes it is, " Michael said. "Life is all about choices. When you cut away

all the junk, every situation is a choice. You choose how you react to

situations. You choose how people will affect your mood. You choose to be in a

good mood or bad mood. The bottom line is: It’s your choice how you live life. "

I reflected on what Michael said.

Soon thereafter, I left the big enterprise that I had worked in for years

to start my own business. We lost touch, but I often though about him when I

made a choice about life instead of reacting to it. Several years later, I heard

Michael was involved in a serious accident, falling off 60 feet from a

communications tower.

After l8 hours of surgery, and weeks of intensive care, Michael was

released from the hospital with rods placed in his back. I saw Michael about six

months after the accident. When I asked him how he was, he replied, "If I were

any better, I’d be twins. Wanna see my scars?" I declined to see his wounds, but

did ask him what had gone through his mind as the accident took place.

"The first thing that went through my mind was the well being of my

soon-to-born daughter," Michael replied. "Then, as I lay on the ground,

remembered I had two choices: I could choose to live or I could choose to die. I

chose to live." "Weren’t you scared? Did you lose consciousness?" I asked.

Michael continued, "... the paramedics were great. They kept telling me I was

going to be fine. But when they wheeled me into the operation room and I saw the

expressions on the faces of the doctors and nurses, I got really scared. In

their eyes, l read ’He’s a dead man.’ I knew I needed to take action." "What did

you do?" I asked. "Well, there was a big burly nurse shouting questions at me”

said Michael. "She asked me if I was allergic to anything. ‘Yes,’ I said. The

doctors and nurses stopped working as they waited for my reply. I took a deep

breath and yelled", ‘Gravity’” Over their laughter, I told them, ’I’m choosing

to live. Operate on me as if I am alive, not dead’."

Michael lived, thanks to the skill of his doctors, but also because of his

amazing attitude. I Learned from him that every day we have a choice to live

fully. Attitude is everything.

说起丁舟童，我就忍不住脸上的笑容。不仅仅是因为她由内而外散发的“可爱”气质，还因为她那一件件令人捧腹大笑的“光荣”事迹。

一下课，我就听到了丁舟童那极富有辨识性的笑声：“哈哈哈哈!我古娜拉黑暗之神又回来啦!”班里立即一阵疯狂的大笑。而她那看起来欠揍的小眼睛转了两下，一脸贱贱的表情。一年级时，我曾天真地认为她是一个很正常的人，没想到今天一看，居然是如此的一言难尽啊!

丁舟童的外号也是多得数不清，而且大都是她自己取的，如丁白痴就是她作业单上的署名。九洲童、丁沟油、魏有羡——她的外号据有关人员统计，大都代表着四个她常说的字：我是天才。而微信名更是花样百出，如“对方正在输入中”“我是你们可爱的小沙雕”等，且从不重复。我有时在心底暗暗地说：“丁舟童的取名功底真是牛啊!”

她以表情管理大师而出名。有一次，她正在课堂上背《示儿》。作为连任数届影后的她不甘示弱，开始了精彩的表演。首先，她先装出一副痛心的样子说：“死去元知——”然后拉起后座彭惠玲的手“万事空呀!”边说还拍着彭惠玲的手，装模作样地挤了几滴眼泪，看起来无比喜感。随后，她抓住椅背猛地摇晃起来：“但悲不见—九洲同!”接着，她拼命挤眼睛，看起来像想睡觉的哈士奇：“王师北定中原日”，最后又换了一副口吻，亮着牙齿大声说：“家祭无忘告乃翁啊”。我亲眼看到这场戏剧，笑得上气不接下气。她可真是名副其实的影后呀!

她虽然很沙雕，但给我们带来了欢乐;她虽然笑起来像佩奇，但那象征性的笑也让我们快乐。她就是沙雕女王——丁某童!
