On July 23rd my parents took me to Beijing. We stayed at YuTingqiao hotel. On the first day, we went to the Great Wall. The Great Wall is very long and old. It has millions of bricks. Each brick is very big and heavy. Lots of people from different countries like climbing the Great Wall. We felt very tired when we climbed to the top of the Great Wall.

We also went to the Palace Museum. The Palace Museum has 9999 palaces. It has a very long history. I bought a lot of souvenirs of the Palace Museum. What nice palaces these are! I visited the Palace Museum and felt excited. If you want to know more about the Palace Museum, you can go to Beijing and have a look.

The following days, we went to the Summer Palace, , North Lake and Xiang Hill. I know more about the history of China. I also like modern Beijing. The 2008 Olympic Games will be held in Beijing. www.oh100.com

Later, I went back with my parents by plane. I really enjoyed the trip to Beijing.

每年的暑假，爸爸妈妈都会放下手中的工作，带我去旅游，让我感受大自然的气息，多长长见识，但我觉得最难忘的和最快乐的是去年暑假期间，爸爸妈妈带我去大连游玩。

The annual summer vacation, mom and dad will put down the work, take me to travel, let me feel the breath of nature, how long to see, but I think the most memorable and happy is the last summer holiday, my parents took me to visit dalian.

我一到大连就跑到了海边，看见了金灿灿的沙滩，还有一群一群在海里游泳的人们。我们三个人赤着脚在沙滩上捡贝壳，我和妈妈捡得贝壳又大又漂亮，接着我拿出一把小铲子，妈妈拿来一个小水桶，我们一起堆沙子，小沙子在太阳的照射下，像一颗颗金色的宝石，美极了!爸爸走过来拉着我的手，一步一步的走向大海，海浪一个一个的涌过来，打在了我的腿，我既兴奋又有些紧张，但我看到大海里有许多和我一般大的孩子在游泳时，我就不紧张了，很快适应了海水，带上游泳圈自由自在地在大海里游玩，开心极了。

I went to the seaside to Dalian, see the golden beach, there are a group of a group of people swimming in the sea. England is the best place Ive ever been. Everything is so beautiful. I spent about one and a half days on the plane. When I arrived at Heathrow Airport in London, it was evening and the GREat trip was starting. there were many places I v is ited in London, like Big Ben, Westminster, the Tower of London……those are very famous. Most of the time in the afternoon, my parents and I sat and walked in the park. Have you seen“Notting Hill”before? the story in the movie happens in London. the Brit is h museum, Musee de Louver and the Metropolitan Museum of art are the three largest museums in the world. Ive v is ited two of them. then we left London for Cambridge, Windsor Castle, York and Stonehenge. they were excellent . Every small town has a h is tory of one or two thousand years. there was an art festival called“Tutto”in Edinburgh, and there were many street players who their lives to the shows. then we went to northern Scotland. It was dangerous! then we went back to London, and sat in the park, and the fat geese were so cute. That journey was the nicest memory of my life. I wont forget it.
