“唉。”我忍不住叹气，周四就要考试了，此时的我却又失眠了，说不上来这时的我是什么心情，紧张?还是焦虑?更多的是烦躁吧?我躺在床上，不知道在想些什么，烦躁的抓了抓头。

Last Saturday--April 28th, my classmates and I went to the park near my

school. Can you guess what we did there?Not for amusement but to take part in a

I have rested for 10 days. In these days, I felt very bored. I didn’t know

People often ask and are asked that what is the most important thing in

life. Some people answer that family is the most important and others say love,

work or money. In my opinion, health is the most important in life. However, how

to keep healthy?

Firstly, being positive. A positive attitude towards life must be good to

health. It also brings you power to overcome disease. Secondly, taking exercise

regularly. Taking exercise regularly or even every day helps you build a strong

body which is the base of health. Exercise can improve the ability of the body

to fight disease. Thirdly, making friends, because friendship is an important

part to influence your health. Many studies show that people with a wide range

of social contacts get sick less than those who dont. I always feel better when

I am with friends than when I am alone. Finally, eating properly, having good

rest and building normal daily routine are aslo important to health.

今天清晨在我的耳边隐隐约约响起了滴滴答答滴滴答答的声音，我转头一看“哇。下小雨啦。”我一边穿衣服一边说：“妈妈，我要下去玩雨。”妈妈亲切地说：“下雨天你不冷吗?去多穿点。再穿件雨衣，就可以下去了。”我连连点头，跑向衣橱拿了件大红棉袄，又跑向卫生间拿了雨衣就飞快地向楼下跑去。

Nowadays, electronic music is very popular around the world. First electronic music got popular from Lady Gaga, her creative dressing styles caught people’s attention and then people started to notice her music. They fell in love with her electronic music. Unlike rock and roll music, electronic music is more favorable by me. It makes me excited and I am totally lost in the wonderful music. Once my friends and I went to a music festival. There were so many people standing there and listening to the music. Especially when the DJ came out and everybody got excited. A new experience

Yesterday I did commonweal in library to earn my public service

scores(which is similar to the compulsory credits).I arrived library at 8’clock

in the morning,a librarian let me to wipe the mirror in every toilet from one to

six floor.Then I started to wipe the mirrors.It was been two hours after I

finished all work.I was very tired,but looking at the shiny and clean mirrors I

had wiped, I felt very happy.To be honest,I had never done the things like it at

home,so it was a new experience to me,and it make me realize the hard work of my

parent.

be happy because I got high scores in the exam, but today I am happy because I

很快，一个上午就过去了。我们的团队也整理好了行囊准备返航。大家都很开心，一路上有说有笑，回想着那一张张可爱的求知的笑脸。

作为青年志愿者协会的一员，我感到非常荣幸。每次当我带着小红帽去帮助别人时，心里总是盛着神圣。脱去帽子时，那个神圣的感觉仍萦绕在我的心间，促使我去做更多有意义的事情。我会坚持做一名好志愿者的!

I have father,he is a doctor.He is tall and fat, he has small eyes, big

nose and short hear, he is cool.Every weekens, he and me always go to the park..

We play games, fly a kite and so on,we are happy. My father loves me, and I love

him too. My father goes to wark by bike. I am go to school by bike, too. We are

very happy every day. This is my father, I like my father very much!
