很多老师认为初三毕业班很难管理，别说要管出新的特色，要管得像普通班一样都不可能。而实际上对毕业班的管理只要善于做好学生工作——尤其是后进生和问题学生的思想工作,就会变“不可能”为“可能”。管理毕业班关键要做好以下几点：

一、了解学生心理需要，让学生都能有表达的空间和机会。

由于初三学生心理的特点介于成人和半成人之间，还有很大的可塑性，所以有专家把学生的这个年龄称为“多事之秋”，足见初三阶段学生管理的难度。不过很多事实告诉我们，大多数学生出现违纪及其它不良的行为习惯，是因为学生心里的“表现意识”作祟。对于后进生，很多老师平时重视得少，他们就会以为老师对他们失去信心和希望，就会认为老师偏心、不公平，因而存有较强的逆反心理，出现了“表现过度”的情况。并且，这部分的学生容易形成“小团体”，厌学、弃学的念头也容易滋生;在班级中往往出现性情暴躁、心理不平衡、情绪化、嫉妒、怨恨等不良的心理倾向。从而给老师的教学和学生的学习活动带来一定的负面影响。教师面对这种情况要用正常的心态面对，不要操之过急。

作为教育者，更应该把握学生的心理特点，适时适地的对学生作引导，要能够了解学生的心理需求，知道他们想什么，他们想做什么。

在日常的班级管理和教学过程中要善于营创学生交流表达的空间，并要让每一个学生都有表现的机会。

二、教师要有“师爱”，多鼓励学生，多宽容学生。

“师爱”是教师最大的美德，也是评价教师的最重要的一条标准。我们对班级中的后进生，要能够宽容他们的缺点，对他们不要一犯点小错误就狠狠批评，大加指责;不应苛责或放弃，相反，要对他们倍加关注。还要善于找他们身上的闪光点，并多加鼓励。

有时我们对后进生作思想工作，会摆着教训人的姿态和一副盛气凌人的架子，这样，会为与学生思想的沟通和交流造成障碍。如果我们能循循善诱，做到心与心的沟通，就能使学生心态平和，也能使其心理趋向健康。

三、“校——师——家”形成合力，齐抓共管。

对后进学生，尤其需要家长、教师、学校的通力合作，但要注意合作的方式。很多老师遇见学生的纠纷问题便把它推给学校领导;或者，学生一有鸡毛蒜皮的小事就让学生请家长。当然，并非不可以请家长，只是要注意学生的情况——要视其犯错的情节和认识的态度。与家长接洽不要斥责家长或当着家长的面训骂学生的不是。这样，合作的效果才佳，对学生的感化才会有效。

四、抓好德育工作，对学生作好理想教育，培养其正确的人生观和价值观。

毕业班学生中有很大一部分学生因成绩差，对自己的生活和学习失望，对自己的未来信心不足。我们要对学生的思想多作引导，利课内、课外的时间对学生作理想教育，使其懂得追求美好的人生，把不自觉的学习行为变成自觉的拼搏奋斗。

五、重抓毕业班的安全工作，要有安全的相关制度。

由于毕业班学生的特殊性，有些学生认为“不久就可离校了，搞点破坏没关系”、“混得了一个毕业证就行”，有了这种坏思想，这些学生在习惯上不克制，言行不检点;更因前面所提的学生心理不平衡因素，少数学生容易出现逃学旷课、破坏校产、打架斗殴、拉帮结派等有违安全规则的行为。针对学生易出现的安全方面的状况，学校、班级均要有合理且严格的安全制度，所有上课的教师都要把自己当作责任的主体，大家合力共管，才能把毕业班的安全工作做得更好。

可见，管理毕业班关键在于做好学生的工作，做学生的工作需要教师的积极配合，也需要教师运用“爱”的力量，更需要教师改变自己的不当作法。若能这样，毕业班管理的优化则可实现。

初三英语作文：Travels on Holidaysin China

Nowadays, more and more people like to travel in their holidays. The other day I read a report about the ways people spend their holidays. It is reported that in recent yiars several new holiday habits have been developed. Among them, the most interesting one is the growth of the so-called holiday camps.

From the report we can see that in 1990,40 percent of people stayed at home for holidays. But now the proportion has reduced to 9 percent. More people go out for fun. The proportion of camping and traveling abroad was increasing steadily, from 10 percent in 1990 to 38 percent in 2002, and 12 percent in 1990 to 26 percent in 2002 respectively. People enjoy the fresh air, clean Water and green hills when they go camping in the suburbs. In 1990,38 percent people enjoyed going to the seaside while in 2002 only 27 percent prefer to go there. What great changes!

Why did those changes appear? I think there are several reasons. First, it’ s because people can afford traveling. Second, people prefer to pursue a high-quality and colorful life. Third, their attitudes to relaxation have changed. Less people want to save much money by leading a simple life. In short, people’s living standard today has been rising greatly.

最后一次看银杏叶落下，落叶纷飞，带着一片一片的希望落在地上。

一次，和同学们上完体育课慢慢的上楼回教室。走廊上，不经意向外面看。看到了对面的银杏叶有些枯黄。心里泛起了些悲凉。最后一次的落叶到来的。那是属于我们的最后一次落叶。

叶，飘落。一片又一片，轻轻的飞着，到最后落在地上，印证了一句“落叶归根”。或许当我们长大成人后，也会再次来到学校，看着第一次的落叶，或许，我们也会落叶归根吧。

落叶，还在飘着，属于他们的最后一次。

熟悉教室

回顾教室四周，这的确是一个让我又爱又恨的地方。第一次的成功，第一次的失败，第一次的甜蜜，第一次的悲伤。都在这同一个熟悉的地方发生。

这学期发生的所有事情，或许是我们在这个地方的最后一次了。

那一天，我突然觉悟了。补课，那又怎样，那是我和同窗三年的同学们在一起的最后时间了，即使补课，那也是幸福的。

在这个教室中，自己定下的目标一次又一次达到，一次又一次的欢呼。那我们的最后一次目标，可以达到吗?或许最后一次，会在这有着灵气一般的教室里达到。至少我们都希望如此。

教室，仍然用着，属于他们的最后一次。

老师恩情

有一次，上数学课，听着听着，我想到了一些事情。转过头对同桌说：“其实老师好可怜的。”他不解的转过头来看我。“每一次都要和自己的学生分开，他们待学生如同自己的孩子一样，一生中要有多少次骨肉分离的痛。”他点点头。若有所思的低头看着书。那节课，我们都沉默了。看着老师的背影，再过不久，也许就是我们最后一次听课了。

课，依旧在上，属于他们的最后一次。

三年的第一次，三年的最后一次。初三虽然苦，但只要有一颗珍惜的心，发现那其实并不是苦，那是上天为了让我们五十九位同学能够刻骨铭心。让我们深深记住，在最后的几个月里，我们是互相帮助互相鼓励走过来的。最后，我只能说，我痛并快乐着。
