In current society, people have known the importance of keeping healthy and good life habit. In the past, people ate three meals at home, and they ate more vegetables and less meat and fish. They were very strong and seldom went to see doctors.

我们应当感谢老师。每当我们因受到挫折而迷茫，是老师循循善诱，如同蜡烛般燃烧自己，照亮我们未来的路途；每当我们因面对困难而失去勇气，是老师鼓励我们，如同石阶般让我踏着，走向通向成功的路！罗其明老师课上不厌其烦的教导；黄春祎老师运动会上声嘶力竭的助威，姜红雨老师带领我们成为她的骄傲，还有陆翠玉老师、张丽老师以及所有教导过我们的老师们，在这里，我想对你们真诚的道声谢谢，因为没有你们，就没有今天的我们！

我们应当感谢朋友。“朋友一生一起走，那些日子不再有，一句话，一辈子，一生情，一杯酒。这首耳熟能详的《朋友》唱不尽我们之间的友谊。还有谁能这样真挚地在成功时为彼此祝贺？还有谁能这样努力的在运动会时为彼此呐喊？只有你们，我的朋友们！

如今，我们这些小雏鹰们即将离开母校的怀抱，挥动沉着有力的超级棒，飞翔更为广阔的蓝天。我想，我们没有太多时间沉浸在回忆中，因为这不能使我们前进；我们也不能只充满对未来的幻想，语文这需要用我们的努力来实现。我们只有把握当下，当下的力量催人奋进，我们只活在当下，珍藏这份没有皱褶的美好回忆，画着一颗感恩的心，走向生命更灿烂的明天！

再见了，我的母校，再见了，我的老师朋友们，相信会有重逢的那一刻！

初一第一学期刚开学，教室前门就进来一位中等个子，披散着一头又直又长头发的女教师。上下一打量，25岁左右，个子1米55左右。她一进门就用英文介绍了一下自己！我立刻就意识到她就是我们的英语老师！她在介绍过程中说了这么一句我很荣幸能和你们成为师生，不过我对你们在学习英语这一方面提一个要求：我希望你们能认真听好每一节英语课，做好该做的笔记，能做到课前预习课后复习。这句话着实把我们全班都镇住了。第一印象：严格！还没正式上课就已经如此严格要求我们听课，那以后上课不就谁也不敢往下想

不久后发现，她不仅是我们班的英语老师，她也是隔壁七班的班主任！我有点害怕了，不知做班主任的她会不会更凶、更严格？

可是时间久了却发现，实际上并不是我们以为的那样。我们都觉得她是那么的亲切、容易交流

她上课时，会弄得全班同学都哈哈大笑，因为她会时不时用上几句现代用语。虽然这些都是我们经常说，但是从一个英语老师嘴里说出来，难免会有些别扭。我们之间的距离感一下子就消失了，反而，亲切感一下子就增进了！比如她反复强调的某些东西时，都强调了至少10遍了就会成了她的口头禅！这还没什么，到后来演变成100遍、N遍；最后递进到N+1遍。她在我心目中的我的第一好印象——亲切、滑稽、是个好老师，便彻底被抹杀掉了。

平时课堂上，她经常让我们听写、考试、玩游戏等等不像班主任那样，一进来准没好事——不停在传授一些人生大道理给我们。语文老师抱着书不是听写，就是背书。她每次都会说一些连班主任都不太懂的人生哲理的、感人的文章给我们听，有时还会说笑话，即使是不好笑，她自己也会乐成一团。

有一天下午的英语课，打了上课铃之后班里仍是像炸了锅一样热闹：吵架的、打架的、嬉笑的、K歌的，应有尽有，无所不有。我正奇怪英语老师为什么还没来？突然间发觉班上顿时鸦雀无声，我好奇的望望门口，发现英语老师就站立在教室门口。一同来的，还有班主任。班主任宣布了放学后全班站到6点，再吵就站到7点的圣旨后生气地朝办公室走去。我们在下面后悔已经来不及了，因为我们班主任从来都是说话算数的。同时也深感不服，我根本没吵到，凭什么要我陪他们留到6点，我越想越不服气，最后还是决定暂时不追究她，先认真上课再说。

我刚回过神来，忽然发现英语老师已经站在我的身边。我立刻打起十二分精神！过了一会儿，她说：其实今天的事我也有责任。我来晚了。可是大家真的很乱，我一路走过来，别的班都很安静地上课、自习，最吵最乱就是你们班了那好吧，我也要为这件事负点责任，我也陪你们站，大家谁都别坐了，好吗？她严肃的表情上找不到任何的虚伪迹象，我们都为之感动，就差流泪了。结果那个晚上，她真的一边管七班的纪律一边陪我们罚站，不停地在我们班和七班两个班之间走来走去，因为我们班和七班的教室刚好捏在一起！那天晚上她一直都没坐下过。我们看见她如此辛苦的陪着我们，谁也没好意思偷懒，就凭她的那番话和行为，我愿意站十个晚上来奉还。

教过我的英语老师甚至是所有老师中，她的确是教得最好且最能拉近与学生之间距离的一个。翻开我们的英语作业本，你会发现，每个人的本上每天都会有一个大大的评分：A+！

你们都是我的学生，你们在我心目中都没有优差之分，我对待我的每一个学生都是一视同仁的。只要你肯学，我都会卖力地教育你们！——这就是她的教学方式。

老师，你不仅是我见过最好的英语老师，也是我们的良师益友。我相信，在我初中三年内，有您与我同行，我的英语成绩一定会更上一层楼！

我在飘移，瓢移在文字的世界，我也在找寻，找寻那句点亮我人生里的一句良言。浅读过多少本书本的精华，也咀嚼过多少文字的美丽，却依旧无法深刻的记下每一句关于人生的大道理，除了那句令我印象深刻又使我学到许多经验的话语。

那是个蓝天凤凰花开的毕业季节，蝉儿们彷彿怕我们忘记似的啼叫个不停，提醒我们这是夏天的还有阳光，刺眼的令人看了就觉得躁热，

毕业是每个人人生中必经的过程，他们也许知道这是一件事情的结束，但他们不会知道一件事情的结束必代表着另一件事情的开端。

那是人人都会做的一个小动作，亦是代表师长的祝福吧，在满满锁住同学们嬉笑怒骂活跃青春的毕业纪念册中，师长为将要踏入人生另一阶段的学生们所提的祝福，总是在毕业纪念册最显眼的位置，彷彿就是为了写下祝福才制作毕册那般显眼。

“生命说穿了没有什么难题，只是不顺自己的意。” 是的，当我拿这毕册兴高采烈的给我的老师签时，他只写了这段让我似懂非懂的话。

而当我反覆碎念着段话的同时，老师只带着关爱的眼神看着我不发一语的连为我解释的意思都没有的那样，我只知道当下我有点气愤懊恼自己不懂这话的意义，我不知道的是这句话对我的影响力会有多大。

毕业后，我并不如当初自己想像的顺遂，想要的高中一所都没考上，连不想要的都没考上是那样的窘境，就连是否要重考也不知所措，个性娇纵又好强的我，实在不懂得跟任何人说内心的不安及慌张，沉寂了一段时间的我，有天心血来潮又看见了毕册中那段似懂非懂的话语。就好像只是一瞬间的时间我就这么的懂了，生命中当然有许多事情，不会顺从自己的心意，但那并不代表示什么困难过不去的，而我竟然只因为一点点的不顺就如此心灰意冷，我又有什么资格去面对未来更多更精采的人生火花呢？

现在回忆起来，当时的我要是没有再次细细咀嚼那句话的精华，没有享受我那时遭遇的困境，没有付出血泪的努力，又怎么会得到现在我想要的生活？ 如果没有困难的礁石的人生，也许平稳但却无趣，但绝对激不起漂亮的人生火花吧，即使到了现在，每天遇见新的考验时，我总是会在心中默念这段改变我极多的文字，它不止给我走过许多困境的力量，也让我看见区区几个字就可以把人拯救的奇蹟。

或许十年后我有了自己的孩子，我会把这段话也送给他们，对他们轻轻的说: 孩子，你也许已经迫不及待在生命中乘风破浪了，但请记住很多时候必须把不顺当成是给自己的考验，因为有些大大小小的难题，你的人生才会有许多令人感动和痛苦，那都是你活着笑过泪过的证据，在你兴致高昂的要去冒险探索这个世界的一切时，请记住“生命说穿了没有什么难题，只是不顺自己的意。”这句话的意义，它让我了解到困境都只是生命中的一部分，也希望这句话能带给你们不同的意义。

[毕业感言初三作文

This morning, my father took me to school by bike. I sat at the back of the bike, eating abanana. After I ate it up, I threw the skin onto the street randomly. No sooner had I done thisthan I realized that I had done something bad to our environment. And maybe someone wouldstep on it and tumbleover. I must pick it up. Thinking of these, I asked father to stop. I jumpedoffthe bike and ran back to pick up the banana skin and threw it into a roadside dustbin. Seeingthis, father praised me and I felt very happy.

In future I will protect the surroundings more consciously and think more about others.

上学路上

今天早晨，爸爸骑车带我去上学。我坐在后车座上，吃着香蕉。吃完后，我顺手将香蕉皮扔到了街上。我马上意识到我的所作所为破坏了我们的环境，或许有人会踩在上面而跌倒，我必须把它拾起来。想到这些，我让爸爸停车。我跳下自行车，跑回去拾起香蕉皮，并扔到了路边的垃圾箱里。看到这些，爸爸表扬了我。我感到很高兴。

将来我要更自觉地保护周围的环境，更多地为他人着想。

When I was a small child, I usually thought it was a good luck to be sick in bed. You see, when you are ill, you can stay home. There is no need to finish so much homework. Your parents will take care of you. Besides there is always something good to eat. Isnt it enjoyable to eat so much nice food?

A week ago, I was really in hospital. It was painful for me to stay in bed for several days. I couldnt get up. I couldnt even move. I didnt want to eat anything though there was a lot before me. I missed my classmates and teachers so much that I was anxious to get back to meet my friends. I was also worried about my final examination.

Now I have grown up. I have changed my mind.
