每每临窗凝眸，我的目光常常被树林染得翠绿，被鸟鸣擦得清亮。

Nowadays peoples life develops quite rapidly. Many things have changed

over the last century. Old buildings are relaced by skyscrapers. Telephone,

air-conditioner, TV, digital camera, computer and the Internet have taken their

place in our life. We have stepped into Information Age. We are always enjoying

the newest digital products. With all these hi-tech products, people are leading

a more and more colorful life. They are enjoying life more than ever in their

spare time. They can watch movies, surf the Internet, take a holiday and so on.

How different the present life is from the previous one when people couldnt

even feed themselves. Whats more, it differs a lot as well in transportation.

Various modern means of transpot have taken the place of human feet and horses.

People can take aeroplanes, subways, even maglevs and so on. They offer people

much convenience. That is to say, people neednt feel worried for wasting a

great deal of time travelling any more. However, while people are enjoying the

changes caused by hi-tech, something still remains the same. For example, those

traditional customs and festivals, especially the custom that people gather to

have dinner as well as ethical culture forms like Peking Opera, ancient

architecture and traditional food. Peking Opera is spreading throughout. As to

ancient architecture like Siheyuan and Hutong, people are still preserving them

well as the symbol of the whole nationalitys historical culture. As for

traditional food, people are still used to eating it. Even though the world has

been extremely highly developed and there are many foreign cultures are pouring

into China, traditional food is still the mainstream. So, I think, although

those hi-tech products bring along unprecedented creature comfort, traditional

cultures will stay unchanged and they will develop further. And on the original

basis, it must creat miracles one after another, because it belongs to the souls

of our Chinese nationality.

During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. I wake up 11

oclock Am everyday, after a washing, I have a good lunch with my parents. Next

I play computer games till the time to have supper. After have dinner. I go on

playing till 2 oclock Am, and then go to sleep with tired. This is one dull day

of my winter vacation.

But I havent bored all the time. Sometimes I read the books, sometime I

listen to the music or the radio in the bed, because it was very cold outside

and snowy all the day. And I also meat some of my good friends during the

vacation, we have a very long talk about the life of each other in the past year

and play table tennis tegether. And I watched the spring festival party of the

CCTV in the last seconds of the 2004 year! I think this is the thing most people

of china doing at that time.

Thats all, all my dull, coldly and snowy winter vacation.

Seeing mywhole education history, I have many teachers. But my favorite teacher is onlyone. He is Mr Lu. He is my middle Chinese teacher and head teacher. He is aboutfifty years old. Maybe he works too hard, so his back is a little bent.

He alwayswears a black glasses. He looks amiable but serious in study.

He always thinks us before everything. His class isvery interesting and full of different kinds of encouraging stories. He is verystrict to us in study. But whoever has difficulties, he would help us withouthesitation.

vegetables and fruit every day and I drink yogurt twice a week .Although I like

junk food very much I try to eat it once a week because it is bad for my health.

And I also eat less meat. Then I hold on to playing sports every day. I jog 2

kilometers and jump 2 hours. Next I go to bed early and get up early. I keep

sleeping for about 8 hours. Having a great eating habits and doing exercise can

Now the earth is in bad condition. For example, in some places, the air and water pollution is so serious that it causes many deaths. At the same time, many animals and plants are in danger because of the destruction of their habitats.

Girls at a training course offered by the "Care for Girls" program in

Qingjian county, Shaanxi province, talked about their pursuit of dreams despite

当社会生产出过多的物质财富，多少人迷失在繁华中央，将物欲的满足作为人生的首要追求;当财富的积累成为衡量成功的唯一标准，多少人抛却真诚与善良，将“利益至上”作为人生信条。于是，人们纷纷丢掉了“赤子之心”，穿上厚厚的伪装，带着世故与圆滑，以难以揣摩的复杂眼光估量世界，活在自己心的迷宫中难以解脱。

简单生活本是我们与生俱来的能力，若世俗夺去了我们的随性自然，将压抑与压力强加在我们身上，我们不如丢掉欲望的包袱，卸下防备与伪装，勇敢地追求一如生命本真的那份简单与纯真。

如何收获这样一份简单?我认为关键在于抱有一颗“赤子之心”，在于对周遭事物的“无所求”。我们对朋友“无所求”，便不用忙着建立庞杂的人际关系费心劳神，便能自在坦然地享受友情而非小心翼翼揣摩对方的心思;我们对功利“无所求”，便不必终日潜心算计患得患失，便能随心惬意地享受生命而非时刻提防被居心叵测的他人伤害。正如杨绛所说：“一个人不想攀高就不怕跌倒，也不怕倾轧排挤，可以保其天真成其自然，潜心一致完成自己所能做的。”也许，这样一份简约的生活追求让我们少了些许物质享受，但我们却收获了心灵品味的满足和简单热爱的自由。

苏轼的那句“人间有味是清欢”令人羡慕慨叹，其实，即便处在浮躁复杂的现代社会，我们仍能找到这份“清淡的欢愉”，而这欢愉来自于对平静疏淡简朴生活的一种热爱。正是因为有了对简单生活的追求，俞敏洪身家上亿仍能穿着廉价衣衫依然自得;正是因为有了对学术的简单热爱，钱钟书不问政事竟将前来拜访的总理也客气地拒之门外。他们是真正的幸福，因为他们守住了自己的小天地，洗涤了自己的心灵，做到了如尼采所说的“比事物本身还要简单地看待事物”从而拥有了享有“清欢”的乐趣。

“我不求深刻，只求简单。”三毛如是说。用简单的目光看世界，便能发现时光角落的淡淡美好;用简单的心对待生活，便能拥有内心深处的自在宁静。不如即刻启程，返璞归真，在自己的心路上且歌且行。

从开学到今天，扳指算算，已经差不多过去三个星期了，也就是说我成为高中生已经三个星期了。在这三周中，我逐渐适应了高中的新生活，感觉非常舒畅与愉快。

“民以食为先”，学生自然以学习为先了。那就先说说学习吧!没错，高中的学习压力与初中相比的话，那实在是重了不少，不仅课增多了，作业量也多了。在这样的情况下，我调整了自己每天作息制度，改进了一些学习方法，每天回家即刻写作业，力争提高效率，就这样挺过了最艰难的前三周适应期。在这三周中，我曾因不适应课堂的节奏掉队过，也曾因繁多的作业熬夜过，还曾因不好问的老毛病不改遭受批评过，但是现在我对课内外学习的一切要求都有了了解。我知道想要学好关键是学习中讲究方法，提高效率，这样才能保证你能走在前面。还有一点很深的体会就是在学习上的懒是永远不能存在的，这种懒是一种蚕食自身的恶习。

在礼仪方面我也学到了不少。高中的礼仪规范更严格了。有时甚至就因为你没有给站岗的值日老师打招呼，就得受到批评被扣分，还要立即用行动改正——重新进校门。这样严格的校规不仅增强了我的规范意识，还培养了自己负责的那一份责任心。

进入高中最让人激动的事莫过于结识许多新同学，其实在与同学相处这方面我做得问心无愧。因为开学以来，我已经认识了全班同学，而且与大家相处得不错。下课了，我们一起玩，一起说话，有时候也一起讨论一下学习中的问题。我喜欢新集体中的那份和谐与融洽，记得在体育课上，同学积极地学习广播体操，自由活动时，那些不会做的同学主动请教会做的同学，会做的同学也乐于指教。这景象在我眼中就是最美的风景画啊。

对于老师，我更是没什么刺可挑了，不管是主科老师还是副科老师，都一样尽心尽职尽责，从来不迟到早退，对于每一个同学都非常关心，每个老师都严格遵受纪律给我们做出了榜样，这也让我更加敬佩和喜爱我们的老师。在这样的环境下学习还有什么可以抱怨的呢?在这样的老师身边学习还有什么理由不听从教诲呢?

从最初的好奇、忐忑到现在的兴奋、惊喜，我适应了高中生活，我喜欢上了高中生活，我也暗暗给自己定了学习目标，希望我在实验中学扬帆起航!

海德格尔说：“人应当诗意地栖居。”当飞鸟翱翔于天际，当鲜花盛开于大地，当人们脸上绽放出微笑，诗意便开始在生活中流淌。人应当诗意地生活。

诗意地生活，源自人们内心的和谐。季羡林曾说过：“真正的和谐是人内心的和谐。”试想，一个内心浑浊不堪的人如何能够让生活充满诗意呢?一个人的生活态度往往是其内心的真实反映。故如水般澄澈的林妹妹幽居在潇湘馆，在那一丛青翠的绿竹下迎风洒泪，对月抒怀，吟出一句句清巧奇谲的诗。而浑身散发着酒肉臭的薛蟠却只懂得猜拳行令，信口开河胡诌些“一个蚊子哼哼哼”的荤段子。内心和谐，充溢着对万物的爱的人才可以诗意地生活。特蕾莎修女给每一个穷人带去关爱，爱让她的生活充满诗意；皮埃尔神父为无家可归者送去温暖，关怀让他的生活充满诗意；袁隆平院士为饥饿中的人们送去希望，爱让他的生活充满诗意。当人们内心和谐，带着对万物的爱去生活，人们才可以学会如何诗意地生活。

诗意地生活，需要人们从阅读中汲取养料。让阅读成为生活的一部分，生活才可以变得诗意。当人们从儒、道、墨、法的典籍中探究为人之道，当人们从司马迁的竹简中开启历史的明镜，当人们从唐宋八大家的作品里顿悟文章之法，智慧便开始滋润人们干涸的灵魂，给灵魂注入诗意。当人们从陶渊明的菊花中思索隐逸之士的情怀，当人们从史铁生的地坛中感念生与死的变迁，当人们从卢梭的瓦尔登湖畔拾获人生的宁静，思维便开始给心灵插上翅膀，让心灵翱翔于诗意的天空。从阅读中收获智慧，从阅读中学会思考，人们才能懂得诗意地生活。

诗意地生活，人们需要让自然抚慰自己浮躁的心灵。现代人的生活充斥着为了生计和未来的奔波，充斥着嘈杂的汽笛声与喧闹声，充斥着人与人之间的冷漠与戒备。人们需要在清风的吹拂下，在小鸟啁啾中找回生活的诗意。莽莽苍苍的森林给诗意栖居的莎士比亚带来了浓郁忧伤的情怀，潺潺流动的多瑙河给施特劳斯家族带来了优美的音韵，古老沧桑的凤凰古城给诗意栖居的沈从文带来了历史的质朴与深刻。自然的灵动与纯净，让人们更加诗意地生活。

当人们内心和谐，带着爱心去生活，当人们从阅读中获取智慧与思绪，当人们到自然中寻找抚慰，人们才可以如刘禹锡在《陋室铭》中所写，诗意地生活。
