How happy I am. Yesterday I finished all the work very quick, so I have a lot of time to do myself. Sometimes finish work early is a good thing, we can have more interests to do the next work. Today I came back from a place named “he chuan”, it’s a good place. There has some nice view like chang jiang river. I came there in two days ago. Our aunt is here. We had a good time in there. “起床了，起床了，再不起来就来不及了。”不知道是谁每天就像在催命一样，手机闹钟不醒，宿舍的“夺命军号环催”一遍两遍也叫不醒。所以每天基本是慌慌张张的起床，甚至有时候还赖床。我就要开始叠被子，这叠被子也是有讲究的，不仅要整齐，而且像豆腐一样，这是要经过训练。然后我才能洗漱，每天最令我讨厌的就是打扫卫生，这打扫卫生可不是一般的扫地拖地这么简单。我每天扫地是最辛苦的。而且扣分是少不了地面的。我早晨扫完地，舍友拖一遍到两遍，然后我要用扫帚再扫一遍，最后我要趴在地上用抹布把地上抹干净连一根头发丝都不能放过。我抱怨这哪是来上学的啊，简直就是清洁工，这项工作至少要十分钟，真是吃力不讨好。

上课铃一响，全班必须到班，五分钟内到迟到，五分钟后处旷课，这项规定很严明，所以基本上敢有人五分钟后到班，在课堂上，我认真听讲，不开小差，也不讲话，老师布置的作的作业及时完成，做到课前预习，课后复习巩固，在第二节不上课间广播操，全校师生在广场上做操或是领导宣布重要事情，除非天气原因，否则每天的课间操是必须的，然后上两节课，12点放学吃饭。

中午放学，一个个跟饿死鬼似的奔食堂，去得早要排队，去得迟，没我想吃得菜，我讨厌等待。所以吃饭我相对去得比较迟，食堂有什么就吃什么。吃完就聊聊天，时间也过得特快。

1点40开始上课，基本上每天都上四节课，除了星期三上三节课，第四节课自由活动。我会和班上的同学在一起打乒乓球，或许我不是他们的对手，但我也学会了不少技巧。通常5点15下课，去食堂吃饭啦，或回宿舍打水啦。在10分钟后，上晚自习。三节自习把作业写写，书看看，然后9点05下晚自习回宿舍睡觉。

每天都是重复前一天的生活，日复一日，也就司空见惯了，这三点一线的生活，从宿舍到食堂再到教室，或从教室到食堂再到宿舍……心思都放在学习不会没事做，也不会人精彩的事发生。生活里只剩下了学习，也只有学习。

既然选择了这样的生活，既然生活只有黑白，那么我也要把它活得精彩，过得充分，我的校园生活应该是多彩多姿的。一幅完美的画，不在乎它的色彩，而是它对轮廓。

已经三年了，其实有些想念以前的英语老师。她对我们很好，我们也都喜欢她，每隔一周老师就会给我们放英文电影，看电影的同时还能学学口语和发音。

老师上课的时候也很认真，语法讲的也很详细，以前的英语笔记我现在也保存着，厚厚的一本，也可以算是我的宝典了吧，老师每讲一课单词，都会拓展，每周周三和周五是固定的考单词的日子，老师会叫两名同学在黑板上写，每桌写一次，如果座位上的同学抬头看了黑板就不用继续考了，就直接补考，老师的补考就是晚自习的时候在走廊里听写。

虽然她要求的严了一些，但是那段时间我的英语成绩确实很好，只要跟住老师，英语成绩就不会差，后来老师因为教的好，被别的学校挖走了。

is important for us to promote a low-carbon lifestyle.

Low-carbon lifestyle covers many aspect of our life like transportation,

traveling, home-heating, and so on. In order to promote a low-carbon life, some

plans must be carried out as follows. Firstly, don’t waste any electricity and

water. Remember to turn off the lights and water taps unless we use them.

Secondly, we had better take the subways or bus to work, so as to reduce the

emissions of carbon dioxide. Thirdly, we should use cloth bags for shopping

instead of plastic bags, and use recyclable bowls and chopsticks instead of

可是幸福过多有好处吗?显然，答案是，没有。过多的宠爱和幸福会毁掉我们的一生。如过度幸福会造成我们的叛逆，因为我们过度幸福，所以年纪轻轻就叛逆，不听父母的话。天天向父母伸手要钱。打架、荒废学业，还有小时候过度幸福，会造成挑食，对长辈没有礼貌。前段时间，我在网上看到，一名六年级的学生，在公交车上对一名老人拳打脚踢，又打又骂。原因竟然是，这位老人有严重的风湿病，不能长时间站立，迫不得已才向这位同学说：“小朋友，我腿脚不好，能不能给我让个座”。那个同学说：“你腿脚不好关我什么事?”不一会，两人便争论起来，学生说不过老人，便对老人大打出手。我国是礼邦之国，每一个人都应该养成尊老的习惯。这就是过度幸福的结果。

first, soothing music will let you calm down. You will find that you will play

enter music ocean. You can experience a baptism of your heart. It does not

matter that when you listen to soothing music and you want to cry, you should

just follow yourself feeling to have a thorough release. Music will give you

when you solve some very difficult situations and gain success eventually, you

will have a great mood. At this time, exciting music will witness your success.

You will feel satisfied. Music lets you remember the glorious moment and cherish

sick, all you can do is to stay in bed and do nothing at all, how can you chase

after your dreams?But if you’re in good health, you can overcome the adversities

you ever encounter and make your dreams come true. Since health is so important

for everybody, how can we maintain and enhance our health? There are some useful

suggestions:

First of all, we should lead to a regular life. Early to bed and early to

rise makes a healthy man. Do not stay up late. Some people love to play cell

phones games or reading electronic-books before sleep, this can be bad for the

health. We should remember to turn off the phones before sleep. Second, don’t be

too particular about food. Try to eat more fruit and vegetables and less sugars

and soft drinks. If you want to eat a bar of chocolate, eat an apple instead. If

you want to drink milk tea or coffee, drink water instead. Don’t eat too much

meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are

many exercises for us to choose. Such as, swimming, jogging, square dancing,

playing badminton and so on. Doing exercise can increase the circulation of

blood and enhance our immune system. The one who in better immune system, the

less disease he will have.

In conclusion, if we pay close attention to our health, we can avoid

getting sick. Try to sleep earlier, eat more fruit and vegetable, drink more

water, and do exercise everyday. You will realize that it’s not that hard to

stay in good health.

如何收获这样一份简单?我认为关键在于抱有一颗“赤子之心”，在于对周遭事物的“无所求”。我们对朋友“无所求”，便不用忙着建立庞杂的人际关系费心劳神，便能自在坦然地享受友情而非小心翼翼揣摩对方的心思;我们对功利“无所求”，便不必终日潜心算计患得患失，便能随心惬意地享受生命而非时刻提防被居心叵测的他人伤害。正如杨绛所说：“一个人不想攀高就不怕跌倒，也不怕倾轧排挤，可以保其天真成其自然，潜心一致完成自己所能做的。”也许，这样一份简约的生活追求让我们少了些许物质享受，但我们却收获了心灵品味的满足和简单热爱的自由。

苏轼的那句“人间有味是清欢”令人羡慕慨叹，其实，即便处在浮躁复杂的现代社会，我们仍能找到这份“清淡的欢愉”，而这欢愉来自于对平静疏淡简朴生活的一种热爱。正是因为有了对简单生活的追求，俞敏洪身家上亿仍能穿着廉价衣衫依然自得;正是因为有了对学术的简单热爱，钱钟书不问政事竟将前来拜访的总理也客气地拒之门外。他们是真正的幸福，因为他们守住了自己的小天地，洗涤了自己的心灵，做到了如尼采所说的“比事物本身还要简单地看待事物”从而拥有了享有“清欢”的乐趣。

“我不求深刻，只求简单。”三毛如是说。用简单的目光看世界，便能发现时光角落的淡淡美好;用简单的心对待生活，便能拥有内心深处的自在宁静。不如即刻启程，返璞归真，在自己的心路上且歌且行。

“诚信是金”，我觉得诚信比金钱还重要，如果一个人没有我诚心就失去了一切。

记得那一次我和妈妈一起去吃早餐，我们吃完饭后，在回家的路上，突然我没想到我没付钱，我跟妈妈说了之后，妈妈和我十分纠结，是还还是不还。

我想：不就几块钱吗，没什么啊，妈妈想：诚心不可以丢了，他可比金钱珍贵多了，于是我们就去小摊那儿还钱，但是我们过去一看，那个卖早餐的人早就不见了。

我们问了几个人，他去别的地方了，于是我和妈妈都决定明天去还钱，明天我的妈妈又去找他了，但是他又不在，于是我们俩问了问地址，我们赶快说话，不一会儿到了那个地方。

“要点什么”熟悉的声音又响起，我们俩是来还钱的，我们说完老板毛大吃一惊，然后又哈哈大笑，说“你们骗我的吧，你们又没借我的钱，还什么钱呀?”

我和妈妈给老板说的那天的经过，老板听后十分感动，说“你们大老远跑来饿了吧，给吃，免单，两次钱都不要了，我都忘这事了，我们走后给老板留下了两次的钱，我们开心极了。

诚信让我们的生活更美好，如果我们不还钱的话，那位老板还不记得，但是我们诚信丢了，我们做一个诚信的人，就让老板很快乐，我们也很快乐，这样很好。

诚信很重要，比金钱要珍贵，我们一定要做一个诚信的人。
