Our university has the first level equipments and the most experienced teachers,also has the best students(laugh).I consider it to be a honor that Ive got a chance to study here and I sincerely hope that we could live wonderful lives in our campus!

一次星期天，做完了作业，趁着老爸老妈都不在家，百无聊奈的我打电话叫了几位平时要好的同学来家玩，其中也包括他。不久他们都来了，看电视、看小说、聊天，大家玩得都挺开心，但一直待在家里，对我们几个男孩来说是很浪费精力的，我就提议到附近的超市里玩玩，顺便买点吃的喝的，大家都欣然接受，我们一行人就风风火火的出发了。

来到超市，大家开始进行“地毯式搜索”，对自己喜欢的食品饮料进行一番“轰炸”，不久大家几乎都挑了自己中意的东西，心满意足，准备结账，唯独他什么东西也没买，我心想：“家里穷也不至于这么抠吧？连一点吃的都舍不得买？呆会又要蹭我们吃的。”我不得不为他的“小气”感慨，大家似乎也这么想，但他不以为然。

一切进展得都十分顺利，就在大家拿了东西准备付钱走人时，意外发生了：我从商品架旁边往外走时，胳膊运动幅度太大，不小心碰到了一旁货架上的一个玻璃杯，“咔嚓”仿佛心碎的声音传来，地上只剩下一堆玻璃渣。我们都惊呆了，售货员在听到响声后赶了过来，吃惊地问：“谁干的，这个水晶杯可是值九十八元的，需要赔钱！”(投稿 )

大家都低着头沉默不语，我更是紧张地直冒汗，身上只带了三十元，不买吃的也不够赔的呀！我多么希望有个救星出现啊！但一分钟、两分钟，刚刚买零食“大方”的朋友现在都闭口不语，一片寂静，售货员轻轻叹了口气。

就在这尴尬的时刻，之前啥零食都没买的他突然站了出来，平静地说：“阿姨，这杯子是我不小心打碎的，我陪。”随即拿出了一张一百元的钱，递给了那阿姨，大家都很吃惊，我更是满脸羞愧、无地自容。

平时爸妈及老师的教诲，让我终于鼓足勇气，站到了他的前面，对那阿姨说：“阿姨，杯子是我打碎的，可我身上钱不够，麻烦阿姨借电话给我，我让我妈送钱过来好吗？”阿姨点了点头，将手机递给了我。

就在我准备打电话的时候，他又对我说：“先用我的钱陪了吧，算我借你的不行吗？”我还能再说什么呢？阿姨看着我们，投来了赞许的眼光。回家后我才知道，他的钱是他爸今天刚给他，准备让他买书的。

是呀，我们是朋友！是他让我明白了什么才是真正的朋友，虽然现在我们不在一个学校，但他的友谊我不会忘记。朋友！有了你们的友谊，我的生活才更加精彩。

今年暑假雨下得很少，整个夏天都在炽热当中。比夏天还热的，也许只有我的心了。

刚一放假，我还是有几分兴奋的，心情那是相当的激动，好像罪犯越狱成功一样，可是没过几天，心情却又沉闷了，闷的比天气还闷。

高中同学五十多个人，却始终找不出几个可以一起出去玩的，有的和爸妈旅游去了，有的联系不上，有的刚从学校放出来便到补习班去了……这次第，怎能不闷。真的想不明白，家长是怎么想的，对孩子那么严，补这补那儿，同情那些有严厉家长的孩子们，暑假和学校生活没什么区别，也许他们的快乐早就埋藏在书堆中了……

游戏我也玩累了，大约四点多吧，一人徒步登山去了，尽管已经四点，太阳的余晖还是那么猛，还是那么刺眼。

走在山间水泥路上，到处夹杂着暑气和青草干枯的味道，这与生俱来就是回忆的味道，很容易就能让人陷入回忆当中，也许有是因为暑期是毕业的季节吧，成千上万的学生应该在追忆初中或高中吧。那边新开张的农家乐广播里还唱着《那些年》……此时此景，能不让人闷吗？

山顶上，只觉日薄西山，偶尔还有悲鸟飞过，池塘中的蜻蜓似乎也飞累了，这景，好悲凉。再过十年，我们就没时间享受这悲景了，再过五十年，六十年我们就变成了悲景。时光太伤人了，时光太快了！一年前我们初三毕业，一年后我们读完了高中一，时光真的太快了！岁月不饶人啊，时光啊，请您慢点吧！

走下山，走在山脚上，有补习班回来的人，那人看似面熟，也许是小学同学吧，经过四年的沧桑我已经认不出了，他已经面目全非了，面对他我无法喊出那个陌生又熟悉的名字了。来来往往的人群，好冷淡，没有一声招呼，没有一声嬉笑，就像押往刑场的罪犯。他们好麻木，好自私，各自为着自己的利益，为着自己的成绩，他们不择手段……场面好安静，安静的好吓人……

在太阳的热度中，在接踵而至的人群中，我没有感到一丝温存，心里永远那么凉。

When we are little, we are eager to grow up, so that we can break free of

parental discipline even leave them far. Since we were a little child, we have

to be governed by teachers in school and endure parent’s ramble at home. These

are our growing pains. Besides, study, friendship, sometimes campus romance may

trouble us. However, as we grow up, we gradually find that things mentioned

above are not pains at all. There are much more serious things brother us. For

example, we may be less sensitive to the simple happiness and loss them

My name is _______. Im ____ years old, and I study in ________ Middle School of Harbin. My school is very big and beautiful. Im very happy in the school.

I usually get up at 6:15 in the morning. Then I do morning exercises in the playground. At 6:40, I have my breakfast. You can see many students and teachers in the dining room. After breakfast, I often read English with my classmates.

We have six classes every day. The first class begins at 7:50 am. I like all the classes for my teachers can make the classes lively and interesting. My favorite subject is English, so I join English Corner every week. I can speak English with many other students there. Its very interesting and exciting. As a student, I expect the winter holiday very much, because I don’t have

to go to school every day. So I can sleep and get up late. But this winter

holiday, I am not very happy. I didn’t do well in the final exam. It makes my

parents disappointed. I feel sorry to them. Besides, I got ill the whole winter

holiday. I caught a cold at first and then had a fever. I had to see a doctor

every day. My parents worried much about me. Because of the illness, I didn’t

have a good time during the New Year. Now, I am a little better. I hope I could

be well soon, because the new term is beginning. I don’t want to go to school

with illness.

Clothes are so significant in our daily life that we cant live without

them, because they are useful in many ways. For example, clothes could keep us

warm in winter and protect our skin from the heavy sunshine in summer. Whats

more, Clothes make a man just as a saddle makes a horse. Everyday we wear

different kinds of clothes to make ourselves more attractive. Suppose if we wore

the same clothes all the time, our life would be so boring.

As far as Im concerned, I know some kinds of clothes, such as formal

clothes, casual clothes, evening wears and uniforms. In different situations, we

wear different clothes. For example, we wear formal clothes to go to meetings;

we wear casual clothes at home; we wear evening wears to attend evening parties,

and we wear uniforms at school or at work.

Nevertheless, I prefer casual clothes, because they are comfortable. And

they are also very cheap. When I wear casual clothes, I can do a lot of sports.

It’s so cool. By the way, red is my favorite color, since Ive got a white skin.

If Im in red, Ill look kind and friendly. So I always buy red clothes when

shopping.

After I go to school, teachers always tell me to study hard, so that I can

be the excellent student. But now I have grown up, I have my own idea. The

reason for me to study hard is to return my parents’ love. When they are old, I

can make a lot of money and let them have a better life.

Today is the 21stcentury, as the highly developed of technology, we

facilitate our life with all kinds of newly invented products, such as computer,

digital camera and so on. The technology products indeed brings us convenience,

the old way of doing things has been challenging. Before, people like to write

letters to say hi to others or send letters to give people information, while

today, people can use smart phone or computer to call others quickly, that saves

a lot of time. Does the way of writing letters will be kicked out and disappear?

Well, on my opinion, though people like to use the new technology, letter still

has its charm. Writing letters means someone is in sincere attitude, the one who

receives the letter will be touched deeply. Sometimes message is hard to use

phone to explain, then letters will be used. In a word, writing letter will be

not out of day.

I’m going to have a busy weekend! On Saturday, I’m going visit my friends

by car. Because I haven’t seen them for a long time. Then, I’m going to the

bookstore on foot. I’m going to read lots of books there. On Sunday morning, I’m

going to go for a walk. Then, in the afternoon, I’m going to go shopping with my

mother. Then, in the evening, we are going to watch TV together. That will be

I have a great time during the winter holiday, because I enjoy myself as

well as focus on my study. As it’s known to all, the Spring Festival is the most

important in winter holiday that would occupy much time to celebrate it.

Therefore, I finished my homework first, so that it won’t bother my enjoyment

during the festival. I finished my home work in one week. And I went shopping

with my parents. We bought a lot of things, especially snacks and fruits. Then,

it was the Spring Festival. We had a big dinner on the New Year’s Eve. My

was so delicious that I ate so full. In the next several days, my parents and I

1---彩虹般的友谊

"叮零零",沉寂的课室中忽然响起了下课铃.同学们似乎还在沉醉于刚才老试的知识点中没有苏醒过来,课室继续一片沉寂.随后出现一阵笑声,班上在一瞬间沸腾起来.大家一起嬉戏着.没错,这班动静皆宜的学生就是我的新同学.

啪啪---"雨点轻轻的敲打着窗户.我呆呆的望着越下越大的雨,心想;糟了没带雨伞了.待放学铃响后雨似乎没有停下来的意思,还越下越大.无奈中的我看着一个一个离去的同学,心中不知不觉荡漾一种愁感.

Recently, a Chinese student who studied abroad delivered a speech at the

graduate ceremony. Her speech soon became the hot issue, because she criticized

Chinese air pollution, which was a great threat to her health. Though her speech

had exaggerated the problem, it is true that China has faced many pollution

problems. The haze in Beijing is famous around the world, which is the

punishment for human to ruin the environment. It needs time to fix the problem,

but there is no need to deny our country. Even for the developed countries, they

have once faced such problem before. We can do something in the daily life to

protect it, such as do not throw away the rubbish.

水能载舟，亦能覆舟。高中的住宿生活也是这样，有好处有方便但也有它的不足。

经过了两个月的暑假，在家中的我早已厌烦母亲的啰嗦。应对即将到来的高中生活我的心早已蠢蠢欲动。我像是翅膀长硬了的鸟儿，等不及要冲开母亲的怀抱。想象着自我的高中生活应当是怎样的放荡不羁。

在住进了由妈妈打理好的宿舍后，总是感觉缺了些什么，但又说不出来。带着兴奋、紧张又有些不安的心境住下第一晚，也许是没有完全适应过来。那一夜，无眠。

早晨，柔和的阳光洒在操场上，绿草上的露珠在阳光的照耀下显得闪闪发光。又是一个好天气，但对于彻夜未眠的我来说，却完全提不起精神。掀开压在身上的被子，拖着疲倦的身子爬了起来。揉着睡眼朦胧的双眼，迎接第一天的学校生活。

在昏昏欲睡中，那漫长的一天在一张张面孔互相熟悉中渡过了。太阳也从东边到了西边，夜色笼罩着大地，回到宿舍，我看到的是向我张开着臂膀的床。哦，如此舒适。此时的室友却像是有忙不完的事，迟迟不肯上床睡觉。忽然一个声音“洗衣粉应当放多少啊?”啊!上帝，我还有衣服没有洗!我依依不舍地又从床上爬起，我和床就像两片必胜客披萨被拉开一般，即使小别也会丝丝相连。

我将脏衣服放进盆中，加水。但洗衣粉应当放多少?我加了一大勺，泡泡立刻占据了整个洗衣盆。我又尝试着用水冲洗了多次，那泡泡却总是去不掉。等我一次又一次将衣服洗了又洗最终干净了后，灯也黑了，可我才洗完一件衣服。

没办法明天再干吧，我借着月光将衣服挂在房间外的铁丝上。打开妈妈叠整齐的被子，却发现我还没洗澡。哦，天哪!我的生活真是乱套了，平常这些事都是妈妈做的。

夜晚，躺在床上的我，不由自主的想起妈妈，想起家里的生活。学校里时间都安排的很紧，一点都不像在家那般随心所欲。睡前我用妈妈专门给我买的老人机和妈妈打电话。又听见了那柔和的声音，多么熟悉。妈妈问我：“在学校里过的怎样样?”此刻这再平常可是的问候却让我如此感动。泪水在眼眶打转，却依然强装镇定说“我挺好的，过几天就适应了。”爸爸倒是不像妈妈那样担心，因为爸爸明白这是一个男孩成长必须所经历的。

往后，当我遇到困难时，又一次次的想起父母给我的笑容与鼓励，让我坚毅的望着前路迎接困难走下去。而那过去了的将会成为亲切的怀念。

All the people want to stay in good health. Health is better than wealth.

It is true that health is the first step to success. Imagine this, if you’re

sick, all you can do is to stay in bed and do nothing at all, how can you chase

after your dreams?But if you’re in good health, you can overcome the adversities

you ever encounter and make your dreams come true. Since health is so important

for everybody, how can we maintain and enhance our health? There are some useful

suggestions:

First of all, we should lead to a regular life. Early to bed and early to

rise makes a healthy man. Do not stay up late. Some people love to play cell

phones games or reading electronic-books before sleep, this can be bad for the

health. We should remember to turn off the phones before sleep. Second, don’t be

too particular about food. Try to eat more fruit and vegetables and less sugars

and soft drinks. If you want to eat a bar of chocolate, eat an apple instead. If

you want to drink milk tea or coffee, drink water instead. Don’t eat too much

meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are

many exercises for us to choose. Such as, swimming, jogging, square dancing,

playing badminton and so on. Doing exercise can increase the circulation of

blood and enhance our immune system. The one who in better immune system, the

less disease he will have.

In conclusion, if we pay close attention to our health, we can avoid

getting sick. Try to sleep earlier, eat more fruit and vegetable, drink more

water, and do exercise everyday. You will realize that it’s not that hard to

stay in good health.

I was born on March 18。 My family is neither very rich nor very poor。 My parents are peasants。 They work hard to support the family。 They encourage me to study well。 My childhood was happy。

I like learning。 I like music and sports， too。 I can run very fast and am the fastest runner in my class。 I am good at English， Physics and Math。

我和高中的某一位同学在一起吃饭，偶而也有联系，我原来没有对她讲过太多关于高中的生活，因为我不愿意回忆高中的生活，那对我是一种不大不小的折磨，但是今天在一起吃饭，由于我是请客的，是主人，所以我要照顾到在座的每位人，不能冷场。于是我总是找些话题和每个人闲扯一番，刚好我旁边坐着的是我高中同学兼我老公朋友的妻子，我想我们的共同话题只有过去了，也就是那久远的发黄的高中生活。我本以为随便说上几句，也就完事了，但是我属于那种要么没什么激情，要么激情一旦燃烧起来，就难以熄灭的性格。结果聊上隐了，我把我高中的感受像弹珠似的发射出来，她唯有可怜的睁着略显惊异的双眼，听着我那平淡而又压抑的高中故事。

在乡里的初中，我学习挺好的，当时是老师认为满有把握考入重点高中的学生之一，但是由于我打心眼里讨厌学习，最后冲刺的两个月，我基本上是处于逃学、不听课的状态。所以我高中差了五分未被录取，当我知道这个消息的时候，我不知道何去何从、也没有方向，完全丧失了逃学时候的英勇、反判的劲头，整个暑假我都被夹裹在训斥声中，基本上劳改了一个暑假，接受了各种各样的体力劳动的惩罚，站在酷暑的田地里，大人问：“还想不想上学。”我心里想着赶快逃离这种苦役，我违心的、毫无底气的说：“想。”

结果我上一中的时候，别人已经上了一个星期了，当时我和十几个同学被安排在最后两排，当时的感觉是名不正、言不顺的，就像在单位里临时工的感觉，总是觉得低人一等。还有原来在乡里，大家都穿得土里土气的，也没觉着自己和人家有什么两样，可是到了城里，那女孩美得跟花似的，自己连个绿叶都算不上，本来就易于敏感的我，更是缄默不言了，自卑时刻咬噬着自己的心，那就甭提学习了，考上重点的本来都是好学生，我在这一群佼佼者中成为了垫底者。我就这样挣扎着度过了高一和高二。

在这期间还有一件事需要提一下，那就是退学。由于客观与主观的原因，我每天都想着退学，反正我在学校也跟不上课，家里人还辛苦的种地挣钱供我读书，上学已经没什么希望了，还不如回家帮家里挣钱，这不是一举两得的事吗?尤其是听到老师每次都苦口婆心的说：“一定要好好学习，你们能坐在这里安静的上课、学习，都是你们父母用赚的血汗钱供你们读书。”不听这句话还好，一听这句话尤如万箭穿心，更加坚定了我退学的念头。于是我骑着我的大轮自行车，载着我的箱子，回家了。回到家，什么也不用说，我妈就明白了，我想当时我妈的心沉到了底，粉碎性的痛苦，她望着自己的孩子，不知是哭还是怒，我低着头一声不吭，两腿软绵绵的，因为我一看到劳累的她，我就又开始怀疑自己做的是否对。我妈终究还是劝我回去，她说：“快点回去吧，你爸晚上回到家，要是看到你不上学了，他还不知道怎么打你呢。”我妈说到点子上了，我最恐惧的是我爸，他的歇斯底里的训话，不由分说的打人，还有最恶毒的语言诋毁，会把我整个人毁灭掉，我想我会死在他手里。一想起他来，我浑身都会发抖，我的胆小、懦弱促使我又回去了，回到了这所只有读书、背书、做练习题的地方。

整个高一、高二就是在这种极度沮丧、极度自卑、极度压抑的氛围中度过的，一圈圈的把我套牢，我一生中性格的大部分形成，也开始于这个时候。

高三的生活达到了我人生中最疯狂、也最不可思议程度，如果再有一个高三，我想我只有进精神病院了。因为我无路可退，因为我被无数的人、无数次的无情的训斥，进入高三的时候我就立誓，我要学习，我要疯学这一年，不管不顾，最终无论考上于否，都不要再来抱怨我，都不要再说是我的错，因为我要全身心的投入到学习中，我要把自己完全变成一台学习的机器。

进入高三暑假的补课，从第一节课开始，我在心里带着极大的仇恨，发了血誓，这种仇恨可能针对我父亲的，也可能是针对这万恶的考试，当时脑子里总是出现一个图像“自己咬牙切齿的拿着刀子，对着自己的父亲”，我想在当时我是恨他的，恨的唯一的方式就是让自己发疯。
