平时我喜欢打羽毛球，闲的时候经常和同事在单位对打一阵。因为平时喜欢打，对比赛中这个运动项目也有所偏爱，而我们国家的羽毛球水平整体不错，每次的大赛都是拿金的运动项目，虽然羽毛球比赛起来时间要长，运动员消耗的体力相对来说要大，但是随着规则的改变，羽毛球越来越值得观赏。

Swimming is popular in all countries near the sea or in those with many rivers. Some sports or games go back thousands of years, like running or jumping. Chinese wushu, for example, has a very long history. But basketball and volleyball are rather new. People are inventing new sports or games all the time. Water skiing is one of the newest in the family of sports.

People from different countries may not be able to understand each other, but after a game together they often become good friends. Sports help to train a persons character. One learns to fight hard but fight fair, to win without pride and to lose with grace.

又是周一啦，每个周一的早晨我们都会有班会课，班会课讲了什么呢?陈老师说可以讲班级的事情也可以讲国家大事。今天我们班会的主题是【班级里的行为规范】，我有时行为规范有点不好，但是请老师相信我我一定会慢慢努力做个行为规范好的学生。

意外的惊喜：妈妈下班回家送了一盆我期待已久的含羞草给我，我会好好养护它的，每天帮它浇水，仔细观察它的生长情况，我还可以用显微镜来观察它的叶子哦。

每个人都有自己喜爱的运动，我也不例外，你们猜一猜我喜欢的运动是什么?那就是跳绳。

要想学会跳绳非常容易，只要看准时机跳过去就可以了。我为了和同学在大课间玩跳绳，拼命的学，开始我没有抓好时机，把自己绊倒了，腿也青一块，紫一块好痛呀!练习了三两个星期，真想放弃，可又想起妈妈和我说的一句话：别人能做的，你也可以的，你只不过缺少的是耐心。每当我想放弃时，我头脑中就会出现妈妈说的这句话。从此我就开始脚踏实地去学习。

在暑假，我终于学会跳绳，虽然不是很厉害，可以跳三四下，为了让我跳的更厉害，李雅境去我家教我，她说：“其实跳绳比你想象的还容易。”听了她的话，我想了一下，跳了一会，嘿，别说还真容易，抓好技巧后我给自己定目标，一天11下。就这样天天练，我的跳绳技术比李雅境好多啦。

从次以后，我更喜欢跳绳了，因为它使我懂得了世上无难事只怕有心人总这句话，总之一句话：I like skip。
