I saw your advertisement for "the perfect lighter" in Sunday Times last week and immediately sent off a ￡2 postal order and the completed form for the lighter.

Imagine my surprise when all I got in return was a box of matches! I could understand a mistake. I might even pardon a joke. But in this case, your advertisement is a deliberate lie since a friend of mine who also sent the coupon got the same result.

I think its a shame to promise an economical lighter when in fact you are not selling a lighter a1 all. Instead of saying it works quickly, you should admit that you are offering matches. And what about "only" ￡2: I usually pay 10 pennies for a box of matches, and they are often given away free.

I regard your advertisement as a serious deception and demand that you send me my money back immediately. Otherwise I will take active steps to make sure the Consumers Association hear about it.

There was once a little boy that wanted to be an inventor. It was a very

big job, but it was almost his dream; and nobody ever questioned him about it.

It was spring, and the birds began chirping around the forest again. The boy was

glad that they were here, because he wanted to do some tests on them. When it

was finally the ending of what was going on, the boy went across the fields and

found out why the birds couldn’t speak, the most reasonable answer was: Because

those birds couldn’t speak, was first:Those birds have no tongue, and so they

couldn’t use their tongues to touch the places where they were supposed to. And

Everybody was very astonished to find out that a little boy who was only 5

when he was to find a job, because his inventor job had been canceled; for he

failed on one of the easiest tests in a contest.

Before what was repaired full of the training essays, somebody resigned the

exit sign to the elevator department, and was in big danger. The boy was the

only one that had figured out how to do this method. And so the manager called

him to repair this thing, and so he came here and finished his job; he was back

in business again.

Since the 63-year-old manager passed away, the boy became a manager. It was

a big duty that was on his honor, and when the time had arrived he hopped on the

scooter and drove out the balcony. It was quite an astonishing effect, but it

also proved of what the manager said actually the opposite of the single method

was the people pray.

After the most precious thing that had been used, it was the time for the

boy to return, but he yet never returned.

Dear Mary,

I am sorry to trouble you, but nobody would come into my mind to help me except you.

You know, I had planned this holiday for several years. A t last, my dream came true. You could imagine how excited I was. My mind was completely occupied with the holiday. I forgot to collect my laundry. I dont know if you can help me collect my laundry. I sent the laundry to the Johns. It is the one down the corner on St. Peters Street. You cant miss it, because the house is painted green-a big green house. I have got two pairs of trousers, three shirts, one T-shirt and a blanket. Call a taxi to send you home. Many people like music. It has many sorts: soft music is graceful, rock

unconsciously jump up. After the Spring Festival Gala is over, my father and I

This Nation’s Day, I went to Changzhou Spring City with my parents. It’s

My dream was coming true. After one and a half hour’s drive, we arrived. We saw

a lot of old buildings. They are very special. The most interesting place was

the zoo inside. There are many animals, such as, tigers, elephants, zebras and

held on the eighth day of the last month， people later appended the number

eighth (ba in Chinese)， giving us the current laba.

I am terribly sorry to tell you that I am unable to attend your birthday

love spring. It is warm outside, and I can go and play.

Early morning, the heavy bag on my back, to go to school! Just step out, a

little bit of rain to my face. I looked up, drizzle falling from heaven, some

flying, like a dancer; Some good partners play, play very happy; There are lying

on the ground, asleep. I mat tiptoe, afraid to disturb the raindrops sweet

dreams.

When I am sick, the doctor always asks me to drink more hot water. Now,

drinking hot water has been most people’s habit, while my uncle tells me that

the foreign people get used to drinking cold water. This is very different. As I

am so curious the world, I want to travel around the world someday.
