I think its very important for everyone to do sports. I like sports

because theyre not only good for my health but also good for my study. My

favorite sport is swimming. Whenever I am free， I will have a swim with my

friends in the swimming pool. After swimming，I usually feel happy and relaxed.

Whats more，Ican put more energy into my study. So lets do sports，and we will

become stronger and stronger.

Almost everybody in the world has gone on field trips, well I have of

course. In the whole world, only one leaf falls on the ground, and that second

could not be wasted; for off we walk along my diary.

A quarter of a mile, you could see a wonderful building; surrounded by tall

First, I shall take you to the building, which stands right in the middle

of the place. Inside, you could see a laboratory, and in it were scientists

investigating how to get healthy sauce. I have brought you here all to learn

about sauce, for sauce is very important. The scientists job is to make sure

that every bottle of sauce had the right amount of: Water, salt, mushroom, peas

and wheat. And then it is put in bottles and covered in boxes. And then they

will be sent to the supermarket by trucks.

Many people noticed that, most of the sauces in supermarket are from the

place which I have shown you today. And I hope that reading this diary that I

have written, shall give you some knowledge. The next thing that you should

learn is the person who made this wonderful place; and who gave us the wonderful

healthy sauce. And that person is: FENG DAO REN [冯道人].

I think it is time, that we leave this place. Say goodbye! ‘Children’,

“Goodbye! Bye-bye…!” and off we go to our school again.

I have a big family. There are four people in my family： my mother， my

father， my younger brother and me. Oh， there is also a dog named Buddy lives

with us. My mother is a Chinese teacher， and my father is a lawyer. My little

brother and I go to the same school. On weekday， my father sends us to school;

while mother help us with our homework. My favorite thing is to play with our

dog， Buddy. If we have enough time， we will take him for a walk. I love my

family.

last term we had a sports meeting . It has last for a day. I think it’s

funny, just like a game.

First is running. And the other part is jumping. The meeting is very

exciting. I watched the running match, but I didn’t watch the jumping match.

What a pity!

Ha-ha, I ran with my classmate then. Because I want to cheer them on. But

always they ran faster than me long. So I had to try my best to catch them up.

Oh, I am forget something. Before the match beginning, it is warmth and

kind people. And the match is the best way to make people happier, stronger, and

also make them become more friendly.

How time flies! It has been a few years since I left high school, but I

About myself: I left school at 16 because I wanted to earn a bit of money. After that I got a few part-time jobs as a waiter, etc. But I didnt stick to any of them for long. Recently Ive been doing a bit of hitch-hiking round Europe so Ive had some experience of traveling the hard way which should come in handy on the expedition youre planning. By the way, Im a great guitarist so I can keep you all amused round the campfire at night.

My idol in my heart is liu xiang. He is the world famous athlete. In all

kinds of game， he has won 50 gold MEDALS， 13 silver and 6 bronze MEDALS.

In the 2004 Athens Olympic Games， he won the mens 110 m hurdles hurdles

world champions at a stroke， become the pride of Chinese people， but also the

pride of Asia.

Because of hard training and competition， liu xiang has left a lot of

injuries， especially tendon injury is serious. In 2008 the Olympic Games， liu
