关于这“蟹黄汤包”还有一个故事：传说，乾隆皇帝到江南路过靖江时，靖江人拿出了最好的蟹黄汤包献给皇上品尝，可皇上不知是刚出笼的“汤包”，拿起就咬，把嘴给烫了。然后，皇上就把汤包往身后一扔，又烫了背，痛得哇哇大叫。那靖江的官员吓得怕脑袋要“搬家”，躲在一边不敢说话。皇上舔了舔嘴边残留的汤汁，觉得非常鲜美，连忙喊道：“笔!笔!”皇上要笔，官员赶紧拿笔呈上，皇上在纸上写下“天下第一包：蟹黄汤包”几个字。就这样，咱们这儿的蟹黄汤包便名扬四海了。

蟹黄汤包的皮很白，像剥了皮的鸡蛋，又特别薄，用手轻轻一碰就会破，可以看见里面那黄黄的、白白的蟹黄和蟹肉。

吃蟹黄汤包时你必须记住一个小口诀：轻轻提，慢慢移，先开窗，后吸汤。汤包上撒上细如线的姜丝，倒上醋，放在华丽的盘子里，像献给皇上的美味。

用牙签轻轻地戳开一个小口，吸出鲜美的汤汁，把汤汁吸完后，就可以开始吃皮和蟹肉、蟹黄了。那皮经过了汤汁的洗礼，变得糯糯的、软软的。里面的蟹肉、蟹黄火候刚刚好。汤汁滋味浓郁，鲜而不腻，如果咸一点，就过了;淡一点，就没味儿了;皮再厚一点，就硬了;皮再薄一点，就软了。

There is a special woman who lives next to my house. She has two children

and she looks much younger than her real age. My mother feels envious about her,
