前几天，表弟来我们家玩。那个闹腾呀，如果你不打他，他是不会听话的；谁知他完全不记打，不出十秒，忘的一干二净。一会儿又开始闹，还蛮不讲理，几天来，可把我整坏了。

他只要看到别人在吃饭，即使刚吃过，他还是会跟别人抢着吃，不知什么时候是个饱。这个小不点，肚子就像一个无底洞，总是填不饱，要是有什么东西能让他“呕吐直通下水管”就好了，只要能暂停他的节奏。

他这么小，两岁半，大人和大孩子都让着他，可他却蛮不讲理，把什么东西都说成是他的。有时非逼着你发火，跟他讲道理，那叫对牛弹琴。非逼着你发火，但他脾气也大，操起家伙就打，打你时绝不手下留情，。

可你别以为他胆子大，一只小小的龙虾就把他吓到了。

上次我在看《猫和老鼠》，上一秒像老虎，下一秒像见了老虎的兔子，连忙抱住身边的人，除非你打他戓躲开，不然根本逃脱不了。

上次我把他结结实实收拾了一顿，他就边打我，边带着哭腔说：“我不要你，我不要你。”他都没搞清楚状况，这是我家，应该是我不要他才对。

上次我们俩绕着茶几跑着玩，他追不上我，跑两圈后摔倒了，我把他扶起来，接着玩，一会儿他又把垃圾桶撞倒了，垃圾“跑”了出来。他被我教训了一顿才听话。

Thank you very much for taking me with you on that splendid outing to London. It was the first time that I had seen the Tower or any of the other famous sights. If Id gone alone, I couldnt have seen nearly as much, because I wouldnt have known my way about.

The weather was splendid on that day, which I thought was rare. I still remember some people told me that in Britain there was weather and no climate. During the same day, it might snow in the morning, rain at noon, shine in the afternoon and be windy before the night falls. So I think I was lucky.

I think the river trip was the best thing of all. London really came alive for me as we saw it from the Thames during that wonderful journey down to Greenwich. It was all tremendously exciting - a day that I shall never forget.

People always say that we should not judge a person from his appearance. In

todays society, the mass media is like the appearance, what they report will

decide the way that people treat things. For most foreigners, before they come

to China, they dont know about this country. What they learn is from the mass

media, the worse thing is that the media always report the negative sides. So

when they come to China and realize things are much funny here. Before we make

judgment, we need to search the overall information, or it is better for us to

pay a visit. The way we treat things decides what kind of person we are.

However, communications being what they were in the days when news traveled by foot, many people did not receive the news for several years. Others, the more obstinate crowd, refused to accept the new calendar and continued to celebrate the new year on April 1. These backward folk were labeled as "fools" by the general populace. Practical jokes are a common practice on April Fools Day. Sometimes, elaborate practical jokes are played on friends or relatives that last the entire day. The news media even gets involved. For instance, a British short film once shown on April Fools Day was a fairly detailed documentary about "spaghetti farmers" and how they harvest their crop from the spaghetti trees.

I’m so hapy to learn that you want to learn Chinese in Zunyi Teachers’ College here.There is no doubt that to learn Chinese well is by no means an easy thing, but I have some ideas that may help.

Firstly, it is important to listen to the teacher carefully in class and take notes so that you can go over your lessons later.Secondly, try to practise speaking Chinese as much as possible out of class and write down whatever you hear to accunulate more commonly-used words and idioms.Don’t be afraid of making mistakes.And try to communicate with local people to develop your listening ability.Last but not least, you should organize your time and do lots of exercise.

I went to visit my grandparents last August. They lived in a small village far from Shenyang. I was born there ten years ago. I remembered it had been a poor place before.

But when I got to the village, I found that great changes had taken place there. The villagers became richer. They looked happy and healthy. A lot of new buildings were built.

My home village took on a new look.
