今天是星期四，我上完补习课，本想轻轻松松地回家，谁知眼前出现了一个人——表弟，他到学校来接我了。

How to learn English well

English is important and useful to us. How can we learn it well? Here are

my suggestions.

First, we should often listen to the tapes, English songs and programs.

Watching English movies is also helpful to us. Second, we should speak English

in class as much as possible. Don’t be afraid of making mistakes. The more you

speak, the fewer mistakes you’ll make. Wed better join the English club and

practice with others. Third, we can read more English newspapers and magazines.

It’s good for us. At last, we should recite some good passages and keep

diaries.

In a word, as long as we do more listening, speaking, reading and writing,

we will learn English well.

我有一个表弟，他十分调皮。

他眼睛又大又圆，嘴巴小小的，有着西瓜般圆圆的脑袋。他的个子比同龄人要小一些，走起路来很像一条活泼可爱的鱼，所以我给他起了个外号“鱼宝”。他很听话，每当我对着他喊一声：“鱼宝，过来”，他就会蹦蹦跳跳地跑过来。他也很乖，大人们给他布置的任务，他都会积极完成，从不反抗。

有一次，“鱼宝”来我家玩。

到了午餐时间，当鱼汤摆上餐桌时，他还磨磨蹭蹭地不肯来吃饭。我看到他手上握着什么，觉得应该是“鱼宝”最喜爱的玩具小车，于是没有理会。他握紧了手上的东西，脸上露出“狡猾”的笑容，只是谁也猜不透他要做什么。

我十分恼火，可是作为哥哥，又不能骂他，只能心里嘀咕：真调皮！

有一个调皮的表弟，生活增加了几分乐趣。

我的表弟大约6岁，他爱玩玩具了，如果他的玩具掉了，可会惊慌失措，或者哭哦！

I think weekend homework should not be given. With homework arranged for

Saturday night and the whole of Sunday, when can he find time to help around the

表弟现在八岁半了，但个头长得很矮，跟人家六岁的小孩没什么两样。他长着圆圆的脸蛋，弯弯的眉毛下长着一双水灵灵的眼睛，他有一张小巧的嘴，舌头尖尖的，普通话说得很清晰、准确，在学校举行的朗诵比赛中还获得了二等奖呢。

表弟虽然长得矮小，不过你别小瞧他，在学校里他是一个优秀的学生。比如说：“他学习的时候非常专心，爸爸叫他吃饭，他都常常听不见。要走近来吧叫他才有反应。他总是完成老师布置的作业后才出去和小伙伴玩。”他心目中的英雄是——云晓虎。

因为表弟学习自觉、专心，所以他每个学期都能取得较好的成绩，连续被评为“三好学生”。今后我要向表弟学习，做事情要专心，学习上要有信心、恒心，争取每个学期都被评为“三好学生”，你们说对不对？

Thanks for your letter.Its interesting to learn your story.Now Id like to answer your questions. Those problems that confused you, in fact, is the different culture betwwen different countries. In China, it is a polite manners to ask some questions such as what you have mationed to greet others. In your country, people ofen hear some questions,for example; "Wha a hot day!t","How cold it is" and so on. I believe you will be accustomed to it after a period of time. Lost and Found

On the evening of September 9th, 2011 , I lost a Samsung digital camera in the English reading-room on the 4th floor of the new library in the west district of our uruversity.

The digital camera can be generally described as follows. It is brand new and silver gray in color with a black leather coat. Whats more, the camera is as big as a piece of cake and as light as a regular mobile phone.

Whether students of Grade Nine should take after-school activity or not cause the attention of many teachers, students and parents attention. They say colorful after-school activities can help the students reduce their study pressure. And at the same time it can make them be strong and heathy. Some people dont agree because they think its a waste of time to take part in it and students may get tired easily which will influent their study.

In my opinion, I think its good for the students to take part in after-school activity because it is not only good for their health but also can help them be refresh so that they can study well.

九年级的学生是否应该把课外活动或不会导致许多老师的注意,学生和家长的注意。他们认为丰富多彩的课外活动可以帮助学生减少学习压力。同时它可以使他们坚强和健康。有些人不同意,因为他们认为这是浪费时间参加,学生可能容易疲劳,会影响他们的学习。

在我看来,我认为这是有利于学生参加课外活动,因为它是不仅对他们的健康有益,还能帮助他们被刷新,这样他们可以好好学习。
