at present some people think that money is everything. they say that you can do everything if you have money. you can live in a beautiful house, keep a luxurious ear and have all sorts of delicious food.

i dont think so. indeed, money can buy a lot of things we need. but there are many, many wonderful things in the world that cannot be bough/; with money.

for example, knowledge cannot be bought with money. one cannot be rich in knowledge unless he studies hard. time cannot be bought with money, either. who can buy even a second with money?

there are still many other things that cannot be bought with money: health, life, happiness, friendship, love and so on. just think, if a person hasnt these things at all, is the money still useful?

now, do you think money is everything?

As more and more students graduated from universities and colleges, youth employment is becoming a problem in our society. Nowadays, many young people are having a hard time finding jobs. They often faced the "No experience, no job - no job, no experience" dilemma.

To solve the problem of youth employment, I think the government should take some measures to help college students who are finding their jobs. The government should work with the employers and organizations, such as fund them to help those students obtain career information, develop skills, find good jobs and stay employed. In addition, the employers should provide opportunities for students to get their first work experiences and develop their skills and potentials. Whats more, the employers should also provide assistance for those who face barriers to employment and help them to get and keep a job.

Dear Dad,

Do you remember Christmas Eve a year ago? That night, I hung a red sock at

the bedside, in front of you, I closed my eyes and made a wish. When I open my

eyes, my first word is, "Dad, will Santa come?" You say, "It will come!" "Will

he always be with me?" I asked. You do not answer, but I see in your pupils a

little worry.

The next day, I found what I wanted in the red socks. When I held the socks

came to your front, your haggard face bloomed a happy smile, and I in your eyes

caught a trace of sadness.

In a twinkling of an eye, the world as if a lot of old, this years

December 24, Xi son to our home rehearsal program, you sent him away, I still

put the red socks -- or last years socks, hanging in my bedside. I asked you

the same question, "Dad, will Santa come?" "Yes," you replied. "Will he grow up

with me?" I asked. You still did not answer, I in your old face swept a trace of

sadness.

In fact, I already knew that there is no Such thing as Santa Claus. Last

year, the Santa Claus who gave me presents was you. Nevertheless, with a faint

Dad, youre still the Santa I was a year ago, but you cant live up to my

wishes like the legend says Santa Claus can. I finally understand the sadness in

"incompetent" Santa. I thought you were an ordinary person in the world. But

then I suddenly realized that all the fathers in the world are unqualified Santa

Claus and you are the greatest person in the world!

Dad, I love you!

During the summer holidays, I went to my grandmothers home. One evening after supper, I stood on the balcony to look at the sky.

The stars in the sky were twinkling. Some were crowded, and others were separate. Then I found that the stars were not the same colour. They were white, grey, light blue and orange. It was really beautiful. At that time, the sky was like blue damask decorated by millions of bright dimonds.

Looking up at the sky, I saw the moon. It was like a naughty child, sometimes it hid in the clouds and sometimes it got out of the clouds. It seemed to play “hide and seek” with us. The stars around the moon, however, were as shy as girls, and hid themselves in the clouds.

Oh, what a beautiful sky!

Dear Sir,

I saw your advertisement for "the perfect lighter" in Sunday Times last

week and immediately sent off a £2 postal order and the completed form for the

lighter.

Imagine my surprise when all I got in return was a box of matches! I could

understand a mistake. I might even pardon a joke. But in this case, your

advertisement is a deliberate lie since a friend of mine who also sent the

coupon got the same result.

I think its a shame to promise an economical lighter when in fact you are

not selling a lighter a1 all. Instead of saying it works quickly, you should

admit that you are offering matches. And what about "only" £2: I usually pay 10

pennies for a box of matches, and they are often given away free.

I regard your advertisement as a serious deception and demand that you send

me my money back immediately. Otherwise I will take active steps to make sure

the Consumers Association hear about it.

Yours faithfully,

Peter Li

With the advent of mobile phone and computer , the phenomenon that people

the opposite, they agree that there is no way but have to do it .because the time
