Well， let’s talk about her mouth. When she is smiling she has two little face-lines by the side of her lips. (dimples)

我的表弟今年上二年级，小名叫牛牛。圆圆的脑袋，大大的眼睛像两颗宝石似的。别看长得很可爱，他可是一头标准的肥牛，最大的特点就是他有又大又圆的肚子，前段时间都达到一百多斤了，我们全家人都叫他“小肥牛”。

我觉得他这么重、这么胖的原因有两个：第一，他吃得太多；第二，不爱运动。

那天，姥姥刚做好包子，就馋得直流口水，都快成小河了。过了一会儿，我们刚到饭桌上，他就狼吞虎咽地吃起来，像一只饿狼见了小绵羊一样，你看他吃了一个又一个，吃完第四个的时候被姥姥拦住了，一副不开心的样子，倒头就躺在沙发上一动不动。呀！这样怎么能行呢，只会越来越胖，所以我决定劝他减肥。

我先给牛牛分析肥胖的坏处：“我在电视上见过一个大胖子，当他体重达到200公斤时，都不能走路了，只能躺在床上，生活都不能自理。你也想变成那样的人吗？”弟弟听了噘着嘴：“我可不想。”“那你可要减肥哦。”弟弟说：“好的好的，以后我少吃饭。”我马上来了兴致：“不仅要少吃饭，还要多吃水果，多运动。”一听这话，牛牛无奈地说：“可是我感觉做起来好困难呀。”我说：“减肥当然没那么容易，不过我们可以做一个小计划。先从简单的做起，你坚持不下去时候我来帮你。”牛牛点点头：“好呀哥哥，那我们现在开始吧，我听你指挥。”我们两个都笑起来，我一本正经的告诉他：“那得先管住你的嘴，不管是好吃的还是不好吃的，都要吃七分饱，这样坚持几天，你的肚子一定会收起来一点，千万不要再当小吃货了。”牛牛羞红了脸：“我一定照做，你可要提醒我呀！”我拍着胸脯说：“那当然，我可是你的督察官！我还要带你做运动呢，每天下午放学后，你跟我到操场踢足球训练一小时，这个可能你觉得有点困难。我一开始也是这样，跑两圈就气喘吁吁，腿也疼，坚持几个星期后就习惯了，你看我现在肌肉多结实，踢两个小时的球赛也没问题。你可是一个小男子汉，可不要害怕呀，更不能打退堂鼓，我们相信你一定行的！”弟弟的两眼放光了，兴奋地说：“嗯，我一定能做到，我要变成大壮牛！”

现在的“小肥牛”可变样了，遇到吃不够的东西，我们就转移他的注意力，和他一起玩迷宫、搭积木、看书，渐渐改掉了暴饮暴食的坏习惯。每天下午操场上都会看见一个胖乎乎的身影，时而在跑道上练习长跑，时而在绿茵场上踢足球，跑来跑去的样子很笨拙又很可爱，尽管累的脸通红，看到我也在训练，他还是努力坚持下来，你看，他那皮球一样的肚子慢慢地变小了。

“小肥牛”的瘦身计划有了开门红，全家人都说这是我的功劳，我谦虚地说：“主要还是牛牛的配合。”大家都哈哈大笑起来。
