我有一位十分机灵的表弟，他一双水汪汪的大眼睛，长相倒是挺可爱的，但是，你千万不要被其外表所迷惑，他可小气呢！任何人都不能动他的一根毫毛。

暑假是我唯一和他相处的时间段，但他每次都会对我进行“高压政策”。从他大班开始，只要我到他家，上完厕所一回来，旅行箱里一片狼藉，吃的东西全部被他抢得一干二净。有次我大胆抗击了他，进入他的地盘夺回了一包糖果。只见他左手拎“枪”，右手提“刀”，迅速杀进客厅，大吼一声：“何处来的强盗，光天化日之下胆敢抢我‘金银’一两，看我李大侠不收拾了他！”然后我就不知所措、目瞪口呆地被他骂了个狗血喷头。见我不为所动，竟然没有主动交出糖果，他就用武力解决问题，一个苹果飞了过来，接着一个梨子，又一颗草莓……五花八门的水果向我飞来，伴随着他的怒骂，“臭强盗，看我不砸死你！”对此，我无话可说，只好委曲求全，还了他双倍零食。此人杀气浓重，不可小看，我可不敢再轻易招惹了，否则他有一千种方法玩死你呢。老天，我要被逼疯了，谁来救救我！

别看他特会欺负人，没想到却是个胆小鬼。这不，机会来啦！阴历七月十五日，姑父讲了个十分惊悚的故事，那天是中国传统的鬼节。“半夜三更鬼敲门，路上小孩欲断魂！”我一直在旁边学鬼叫吓唬表弟，他大吼一声：“别吵了！”随后，我们各自上床了。

半夜，我的门“吱呀——”一声开了，一个矮小的身影闪了进来，是表弟。他噼里啪啦一阵乱打就打醒了三个人，我睡得迷迷糊糊，问：“你来干嘛？”他哆哆嗦嗦地回答：“我怕鬼。”“你不是喜欢奥特曼吗？”我又发问。“奥特曼只打怪兽不打鬼啊！”这个回答让我哈哈大笑起来。

这就是我的表弟，在他眼里，我的价值还没一包糖果高，不如一只鬼有“威力”。

据说，在英语流行开来的时候，许多欧洲人纷纷开始学习。目的很明确：读英语小说原文。一方面，这是一种审美的需求，另一方面，这也是社会阶层的划分依据：从此，身边的人分为两种，即能读英语小说原著的，和不能用英语阅读小说的人。在这样的目的驱使下，可想而知学习效率会如何之高。

最近在学习英国文学史，下载了海量的英美小说和诗歌。可以这么说，不读小说，不知英文的精妙，不读诗歌，不知英文的优雅与靓丽。

当下国人学习英语的目标，个人认为，不是纯粹的审美层面的。或是为了高考、大学英语四六级之类的等级考试，或是为了留学考试。真正静下心来，读一首英文诗歌，或许你会爱上英文的。

可以说，我的英语学习是为“雪耻”，小学的时候英语考试睁眼瞎，题都读不懂。到了初中，凭借优秀的语文和数学成绩，进入了英语实验班——是的，有一些滑稽。于是，在老师的悉心、严格的教学下，在我的努力下，英语终于按部就班地提高起来。中考英语以146分位居年级第一，进入了理想的直升班。

现在回想起来，简单的动机，为我打下了坚实的英语基础。当时，最开心的事情，就是每周的英语考试，可以读到新鲜热辣的时文。

不过，与那些英语原版世界名著相比，英语说明文就显得黯然失色了。当然，那些来自于《时代》周刊的英文消息，是很值得玩味的。至今记得那篇略显晦涩的对乔伊斯《尤利西斯》的报道。

今天，又窝在家里听英国文学史，打开一本诗集，顿时沉醉其中。

如果，能够以审美的维度，重新审视英语学习，我想，大家对英语学习的兴致，大概会浓厚很多了。

我的表弟叫曹力鑫，快三岁了，他是我们家的“小皇帝”。

我的表弟口水很多，一天到晚流口水，真可谓“黄河之水天上来，奔流到海不复回。”

他一看见我，就要演“武松打虎”，把我推倒在沙发上，两个拳头朝我一顿乱打起来。他乐得哈哈大笑，我却痛得哇哇直叫。这还不算，有时他骑在我的背上，揪着我的头发不放，痛得我在地上打滚。

嗨，谁叫我是他哥哥呢？

有一次，我指着一幅马的图画，问他是什么，他答：“horse”，我乐了：“小子，你还会英语呢！”我又指着苹果问：“这是什么？”他答道：“apple。”我最后指着西瓜问他这是什么，他答：“我特么人！”哦，我知道了，他是在回答说watermelon。嘿，这小家伙知道的英语单词还真不少。

我表弟就是这样一个调皮又聪明的小孩。

我的弟弟今年刚满五岁。他长着圆圆的脑袋，一双水灵灵的黑色大眼睛，脸上有两个小酒窝，可爱极了。

说起我这个表弟，他是个调皮鬼。一次，弟弟从昆明来到我家，我买了一瓶可乐给他，瞧他那高兴劲儿，好像是赚了几百亿似的。可是还没过多久，麻烦事就来了，他用尽了全身的力气才把可乐瓶打开，“别……当心可乐把你的衣服弄脏!”我大声喊着。哪知，他倒把可乐罐对准了我，“啊！”我大叫一声，就变成了“落汤鸡”。

先不说他调皮了，他有一个优点就是会讨人喜欢，就说过年的时候吧，弟弟为了能得到更多的压岁钱，就轻轻地唱起歌来：“小时候妈妈对我讲，大海就是我故乡，海边出生，海里成长。大海啊大海，是我生长的地方......”歌唱完后，大家都愣住了，他见我们都不说话，就一下子跳起上次艺术表演时老师教他们跳的舞来，乐的大家咯咯笑。你们喜欢我的表弟吗？有机会一定来看看我的弟弟小陈瑶哦！
