每天集训时，早上五点半就要起床，真困啊，根本睡不醒，可是我表弟呢？他倒好，公鸡还没打鸣呢，他已经换好衣服了，他怕迟到，四点半就起床了，一直不停的催我快起床，我根本起不来，紧催慢赶我们拖到五点四十才出发，在车上，表弟一句话都不搭理我，一直在生我的气，怪我害他起个大早赶个晚集，还差点气哭了。真是让我哭笑不得。

到达体育馆后，就是晨跑4千米，跑完规定路程后，接下来是练习游泳，我们每天练习的内容都不一样。但是，主要还是给我们这些新来的学员教准确的泳姿动作，给一些练习很久的队员强化动作，他们可是要练习整整三个小时呢。

表弟对规定的集训要求都是不折不扣的认真完成的，他每天不仅上午要游，晚上还要继续游一回，就这样天天超负荷的强化训练，不超过我套我几圈才怪呢。

周四这天，远在郑州的表弟蛋蛋回来了，他是小姨的二儿子，长的非常像鸡蛋，所以我们叫他蛋蛋。

Our capacity to cope successfully with lifes challenges far outstrips our capacity to feel nervousness.
