First， I am grateful for my parents. They have spent so much money for me， but never ask for anything in return. I really know how hard it is to work on such living conditions.

Now It’s time to introduce my tutor sally. It was she that led me to the right studying here. It was she that helped me deal with all kinds of annoying things. The Lantern Festival (元宵节) is the last day of the Chinese New Year celebration.

This day is for the last moment for setting off fireworks, the last excuse for eating a big feast and the last chance for family getting together before the “年” celebrations are over. (Latern Festival is also a traditional time of celebration for foreigners who live in China).

The Lantern Festival, the 15th of the first month of the lunar calendar, is the first full moon of the year.

Celebrations and traditions on this day date back to the Western Han Dynasty.

Traditions for this festival: as the name indicates, hanging and looking at lanterns is the main tradition.

Lanterns of various shapes and sizes are displayed on trees, or along river banks.

Parents often take their children to Lantern Fairs and sometimes lucky kids even get a mini toy lantern.

Another tradition is guessing lantern riddles. These are riddles that are hung on lanterns for people to shoot down and solve. The riddles are usually short, wise, and sometimes humorous.

The answer to a riddle can be a Chinese character, a famous persons name, a place name or a proverb. This tradition has become a popular game with serious staying power even as social development changes other traditions.

Other than that, the most important thing to do today is to eat sweet dumplings. In northern China, sweet dumplings made of glutinous rice flour are called “元宵” while in southern part they are called “汤圆”.

Typical sweet dumplings are filled with black sesame sauce, sweetened bean paste, or hawthorn. Making “元宵” today is like a game or an activity, so its seldom done without a reason and a group of friends or family present to help out.

家有一个小表弟呀，天天趣事多。说起我这个小表弟，可真是让人又爱又恨——

wrote my science tests snd math tests. I had some questions. So I called to my

转眼间，走着走着，就来到了仓库。打开门，里面漆黑－片，真让人胆战心惊。表弟紧紧地拽着我的手，怎么也不肯放开。我只好用手向墙面搜索摸着开关，开了一盏昏暗的小灯。找到锤子后，正准备离开，表弟忽然一声尖叫，仿佛要把我耳膜震破。原来是他看到了－只大蟑螂！从那以后，表弟再也不敢去仓库了。

When people say the word "hero", what will you think? Do you have a hero in your heart? Maybe your hero is a famous singer, a movie star or a great-man. But my hero is around me, who gives me more love than others. She is my mother, the hero in my heart. My mother isnt great in the way of a famous singer or a movie star. She does nothing big, but what she does make others inferior. From her, I learn a lot.

When I was a baby, she taught me how to walk and how to speak. When I go to school, she helps me solve many problems. She also tells me be kind to others. Christmas Day falls on the twenty-fifth of December.It is a very happy day

for many boys and girls .Before the term ends in some schools ,the children act

a nativity or “birth” play,showing how Jesus was born in a stable.

On the twenty-fourth of December,all children are very excited.Usually they

are sent to bed early so that their parents can get the presents ready.The

younger children think that Father Christmas will come down the chimney or

fireplace ,so they hang up a sock for him to put presents in.The greedy ones

even hang up a pillow-case or a sack to try to get more presents.Later that

night,Father or Mother will put presents in the sock,and leave others at the

side of the bed.

On Christmas morning,the children wake up very early.Some even turn on the

light at two oclock,and most of them are awake by six oclock although it is

not light in England for another hour or two at this time of the year.Children

look for their presents,and the young ones play while the dinner is prepared.At

about one oclock in the afternoon,the Christmas dinner is brought in.The turkey

当然，和所有的小男孩一样，他也特别爱玩。火辣辣的太阳炙烤下，表弟在田间小道上欢快地奔跑着。哎，他自己逍遥快活也就算了，可他却叫上邻家的小孩一同去“招惹”无辜的月季花。他们把开得正旺的月季花的花瓣摘下来，撤在我家的水泥场上。我看到这么“壮观”的场面，正想责问是谁干的“好事”时，表弟忽然从墙后跳出来，笑嘻嘻地说：“姐姐，你觉得我铺的红地毯漂亮吗？”我摇了摇头，叹息道：“你真是个淘气鬼。你知道吗？这些花瓣我得扫半个小时呢！”表弟翘起嘴，嘟哝着说：“为了给你这个惊喜，我的手都被花刺刺了，可你却不领情。哼！我再也不理你了！”看着愤愤离去的表弟，我真不知道应该责怪他，还是感激他。

如果因为这些，你就认为我的表弟是一个好动、淘气的小男孩，那你就错了。因为他现在正在学习电子琴呢，而且，学得可认真了。昨天，我去他家，他刚好在弹琴，我就开玩笑似地问他：“你长大后，是不是想在乐队里弹琴呀？”他却不屑地说：“姐姐，我的理想可是做胖哥哥的接班人！”哦，我明白他说的是郎朗。“可是……郎朗不是弹钢琴的吗？你弹得是电子琴呀！”表弟抬起头：“我将来还要学钢琴，成为一名钢琴家！”看，我的表弟还真是一个有远大理想的小男子汉呢！

表弟的爱心让我感动，稚嫩的话语让我哭笑不得，他的自信让我感叹。他是一个大家喜爱的小精灵。

我有一个表弟，长着一头黑黑的头发，胖胖的脸，浓浓的眉毛，小小的鼻子，大大的嘴巴，一脸不听话的样子。

有一次，上数学课时，这节课讲的是新课。而我的弟弟看着窗外那五颜六色的花朵，一个个得像要去跳舞似的，都自己最夺目的衣服找出来。一下又把眼睛看向门外的大树，它曾对我说：“表姐，我们学校的大树个个儿都长得像巨大的绿蘑菇，我还去树荫底下玩儿呢！可凉快了。”再过几分钟，表弟又看向讲台上盆里的小草，绿油油的，刚从地里钻出来，用它的小眼睛好奇地看着这个世界。过了一会儿，机灵古怪的他悄悄拿出便利贴，打开文具盒，拿出一只铅笔，撕下一张纸，把便利贴放回去，把拿出的便利贴贴在数学书上，津津有味地画画。

你可不要看他上数学一会儿东张西望，一会儿画画，一点儿也不认真，可他的读书声可好听了。

早晨，表弟从长满一颗颗的“大蘑菇”的林子穿过，又从五颜六色的花朵丛中穿过，终于到了有一座座高楼的学校，他又习惯性的看向他喜欢的那棵绿油油又长得像蘑菇的大树之后，才进了教室。过一会儿，班长叫大家开始晨读，读书声悦耳动听的弟弟拿出语文书，翻开第7课，清了清喉咙，把身体坐正，开始读书。它那如在一座森林里，刚睡醒的百灵鸟放开他的喉咙，用自己清脆悦耳的声音把小花、小草、小动物叫醒，小花它们醒来之后和百灵鸟一起唱歌。于是，森林交响乐开始了。第7课读完，弟弟把嘴巴闭着不说话。弟弟的朗读，进场被老师叫去参加朗读大赛呢！

你们说，我的这个表弟，我是该打他还是该赶他呢？

喜羊羊，美羊羊，懒羊羊——每当看到，《喜羊羊与灰太儿狼》这部动画片里的懒羊羊时，我就会想起我的表弟，他和懒羊羊简直是一个模子里刻出来的。

他的圆脸肉嘟嘟的，比馒头还要圆一些，软一些，让人一看就忍不住想使劲捏一下，一双酷似樟树叶子的眼睛大的吓人，小嘴异常红润，如果不是那短短的微型苞菜头，乍一看，还以为是个女生呢！

表弟非常贪吃。有一次，爷爷过六十一岁大寿，为了不让舅妈给爷爷特地准备的清蒸大鱼头，翡翠龙眼，蕃茄鸡蛋肉丝汤受到破坏，我守在厨房门口，密切盯着表弟的一举一动，像一个随时准备出动的杀手专杀小馋虫，老姐，你妈叫你。表弟这样叫着，眼里是毫不掩饰的奸诈和贪婪。切，又是这招，腻了！我轻挑眉毛，不屑的说。这回他似乎陷入了沉思；双手不停地挠着头皮，脚来回不停的踱着步子，时不时"唉"两声。猛地，我还没反应过来他就以每秒大概有一百万公里的速度扑向厨房，开始狼吞虎咽，我无奈的摇了摇头苦笑了一声，唉！这个好吃鬼！

表弟还非常喜欢睡觉，如果不上学，那么他一天的24小时就有20小时在睡觉，3小时在吃东西，1个小时来玩，有许多次，我去他们家玩时，无论早，中，晚也无论外面是刮风还是在下暴雨，他都在——睡觉！简直是一只幼年的胖考拉呀！我曾问过他：睡觉好玩么？你一天睡那么长时间有什么用呀？好玩极了！睡觉可以做许多梦，梦里有趣极了，可以在太空中遨游，也可以在古代穿梭，还能成为拯救世界的超人——他这么兴奋的回答，眼里是火热和兴奋，仿佛世界上睡觉就是最神圣最伟大的一件事，而不睡觉的人就是最傻最笨的人。唉！一个人这么贪睡也太不正常了吧！

每当看到动画片中的懒羊羊时我就会不由自主地想起表弟；贪吃，贪睡。唉！我这个可爱的表弟呀！

Graduation is a time of moving on, further studies, or out into the society? There are a lot of choices which we are supposed to make and we are emotional at the graduation season. What’s more, we usually have a variety of activities about graduation, such as taking photos, having a class party, leaving words to each other in our memory collections, exchanging gifts between friends to memorize our friendship, giving teacher presents to express our thanks.

However, we have mixed emotions about farewell. We want to spend more time having fun and working with each other, but we have to move on. Facing many choices about our future makes us confused; meanwhile the coming farewell makes us sentimental. As long as these feelings come along, we have to deal with it. We should know that after graduation we will learn more and be more experienced. Being apart with our friends and classmates is temporary, next time we meet each other, we will live a better life and share our different colorful experiences with each other.

Graduation will come sooner or later whether we are ready or not. Let’s make great efforts for our future.
