I was only nine years old when I learnt how to use a computer. My mother is my first teacher. I know how to type, how to copy a file, and how to visit a web site on the Internet. negative effect on their inner heart. This is not the right way to deal with

this problem. We need to figure out the reason why we don’t do well in the exam.

教育笔记：给孩子多一分钟等待

音乐游戏时间，我正和孩子做“拉圆圈”的游戏。孩子们拉着圆圈，围着我快乐的游戏。可是我发现只有依晗一个人坐在自己的位置上看着我和小朋友游戏。

依晗胆子比较小，做事比较慢，总是默默的坐在自己的位子上。看得出来她也想参加我们的游戏，但是又不敢参与进去。尽管我不停的鼓励她游戏，她还是不愿意。怎么办呢?我想再多等她一会，看看她的表现。我边和小朋友游戏边关注着她。当我唱到“看谁最先蹲下”时故意走到她身边和她亲近亲近、和她抱一抱、对她笑一笑。孩子们也模仿我的动作，相互拥抱。依晗被我们的气氛感染了，经过一次又一次的重复游戏，在我的邀请下，她终于迈出了第一步和我们一起游戏。

教育笔记：我会叠被套

开学至今，我发现我们小班孩子们每次午睡起床时，午睡室里总是闹哄哄的。孩子们边穿衣服和鞋子，边津津乐道地谈论着自己的话题，他们一会儿嘻嘻哈哈，打打闹闹，说说笑笑，一会儿告状声又此起彼伏，午睡室里一片混乱。不论老师怎么教育引导，都不管用。我试想有什么办法能让他们静心，就在这时我看到了和我搭班的杨老师正在为孩子们叠被套，于是我灵机一动，为何不让我们的孩子自己动手叠被套呢!

于是我对孩子们说：“小朋友，你们看，杨老师一个人要为我们这么多人叠被套，她是不是很累呀?那让我们一起来帮助她，好吗?”大家都很高兴地异口同声说“好”。在我的讲解和示范下，孩子们都认真的学着怎样叠被套!一个个很高兴。在后来的日子里，每次午睡醒时，午睡室再也不会闹哄哄的!都会认认真真叠被套，叠不好的孩子也会找朋友或是老师帮忙。

看着他们满脸的笑容，我也不由地笑了。孩子的成长过程只有一次，我们需要多听孩子的心声，给予孩子尊重、信任与鼓励，还有我们的爱。

English is the necessary subject to learn. Since I went to school, I have

to learn it. But I am not interested in it because I cant find how useful it

is. Two months ago, there was a new English teacher taught us, I realized that

her teaching method was very different. Before the lesson, she would let us to

listen to the English songs, or sometimes we needed to do role play. It was so

funny for us. We were very interested in the songs. Sometimes we could enjoy the

movie, which just opened my eyes. I saw a different world. I wanted to learn
