可是，就是因为我从小有这样的心理，加上学校一个星期才两节英语课，我的英语只能勉强及格。自从转学后，我意识到了一些学英语的重要性，但是我并没有完全领悟，为什么中国人要学英语？我的语文和数学成绩在班上也算是优秀的，但是因为每次英语只有60到70分，庆幸的时候也就是80分左右，但是同学们的成绩，四分之一都是80分以上，虽然人数很少，就因为这样，我的英语成绩远远落后于一些同学，每次总分加起来，我顶多也是个第二名，这让我特别恼火，我没有去好好学习英语，而是更加厌烦英语，对于英语，只能用一个字形容——烦！

我尊敬老师，但是唯独不尊敬英语老师。这学期，新来了一名英语老师，我无所谓，心想：“教英语都不是中国人，都一样，一种人，我何必去理他。”我这种态度似乎被老师一眼就看出开了，老师从容地说：“同学们，说实话，你们喜不喜欢英语呢？”同学们哑口无言，“实话要实说，我知道你们都讨厌英语，成绩都是勉强提上来的，但只是以前你们死打死背单词，没掌握好方法。而且你们都有叛逆心理。”老师稍停了一会儿，说道：“也许你们以为学英语是觉得对不起国家、对不起父母，但是你们错了，你们知道吗？以前的英国统治了世界，即便是现在，连美国也比不上英国，如果你们想让中国的孩子不再学习英语，不是在这里叛逆，而是好好学习！要知道英语是主课，会加到总分里面，英语不好的同学，即便你语文数学再好，总分也是稍逊一筹……”

英语老师给我们讲了很多很多，基本上遇见某个同学不认真听讲、或者是不做作业，都会讲一些故事或者是道理，而我们就像听故事那样津津有味，这给我们很大的启示，我们也渐渐不厌烦英语了。

咦？这是什么？电饭煲吗？才不是呢！这是英语老师给我们带来的录音机~英语老师说：“你们不是一出生就会写字的，而是靠语言和交流才会说话写字的，英语也是一样，课前十分钟我让你们听一会儿磁带，但是，必须要安静，而且要去思考，我相信你们的成绩会挺高的，以为只要会说，渐渐的就会写。”老师还告诉我们：“听力占试卷很多分，所以要学好听力。而且，要把学习当作一种乐趣，而不是负担……”

英语老师从来不让我们默写单词，而是让我们背单词，一天背三到十个单词，我们觉得很轻松、也很快乐。老师要求我们快，还讲解了学好英语用速、效、雅三个要素(尊敬的老师对不起，我忘记了。)还讲解了这些代表什么，等等，很多很多，我们不知不觉喜欢上了英语。

英语老师很灵敏。一次出黑板报，由于一直没有画好灯笼，我就在英语课时不时地往黑板报看，可是我每次都是在老师转身写英语的时候才偷偷看的。“凌优！”英语老师突然的一声把我吓呆了，“你是不是再看后面还没有画好的灯笼？我宽恕了你好多次了……”我听着，脸羞红羞红的，不敢再回头看黑板报……

还有一次，我由于英语练习没错，老师就点名批评我，其实也不是批评，而是说读书不是为了父母和老师等道理。我很伤心，其实我不必去伤心，那只是英语而已，学不学好无所谓啊！但是我为什么这么伤心呢？

自从那几次教训起，我也不知道为什么，每当到英语课，我就异常的认真，动都不敢动一下，坐姿端正，读单词或句子的声音也是最大的，我也不知道为什么，也许是因为害怕英语老师，也许是因为为了弥补以前的过错。

英语带给我的那些烦恼都被清风带走了，每当英语课听到那些磁带里发出的录音时，我总是想：“总有一天，我们不用学英语，而是那些外国的小孩学好中国的语言。而在迎接那天到来的之前，为了老师对我们的期望，也为了自己，学好英语！“

英语老师，我真的很想感谢您！但是，每当我看您的时候，刚刚来的勇气却又沉了下去，或许您已经把我列入学生中的黑名单了，可您还是我心目中的好老师！

一、重新认识了自我

：

通过学习使我的思想有了一个新的转变，作为一位英语教师，必须具有渊博的英语知识，熟练的操作技能，良好的思维品质，在英语的探究过程中，教师不再把英语知识的传授作为自己的主要教学任务和目的，也不再把主要精力花费在检查学生对知识掌握的程度上，而是成为学习共同体中的成员，在问题面前教师和孩子们一起寻找答案，在探究英语的道路上教师成为学生的伙伴和知心朋友。

二、对英语课堂教学有了新的认识

通过听郑岚峰教师讲的一些教学技能及他课堂教学的一些经验和感悟，我对英语课堂教学也有了一个新的认识，英语课以语言为对象，强调以任务入手，放眼看周围世界，培养学生的英语能力，这个就是知识点。在教学总体目标上注意兴趣，体验成功和培养自信;在课程实施上注重创造学习环境和提高学习效率;在教学模式与方法上注重参与实践和创新发展;在语言教学的目标上，注重培养语感和交际能力;在教学评价上，注重运用激励机制和多元评价。英语教师应具备的听、说、读、写、译的教学技能，给英语教师指明的努力的方向，明确了作为一名合格英语教师应具备的基本素质。

三、英语基础知识和基本技能有了一次质的飞跃

这次基础知识专业的培训对我来说，无疑是一个莫大的收获。语音、听力、口语、写作对我的英语水平有了一个很大的促进。尤其是郑岚峰老师的语音课，由原来不知如何正确发音到现在基本标准，且较清楚地了解如何教学生的英语发音，真是大有收获。语言学习只有在有意义和有目的的活动中才会发生。通过专家教师的精心讲解，让我了解了如何较好的进行英语的听、说、读、写的教学，我们的英语教学法让学生有较沉重的压力，而不会感到学习的快乐，事实上每一项能力的教学都可以教得非常有趣。优秀教师的做法让我很受启发。很多时候我们的学生不愿开口说英语是因为没有安全的语言环境。强调词汇和语法知识使教师经常当众打断学生的发言，让学生觉得很尴尬，长此以往，学生就不愿当众用英语交流了。因而，要提高学生的听说能力，首先要给学生创造一个安全的语言环境。在安全的语言环境，教师注重交流的内容而不是词汇和语法的正确性。利用自我纠错能力，学生在不断的交流中就能提高听说能力了。只有在不断的练习中，学生的口语能力才会不断的提高。

四、对教材的把握有了一个整体的认识

作为一线教师，我知道了怎样的课才算是一堂好课，不泛包括师生互动，学生主体等，但我觉得关键还有对教材的把握，通过培训，使我明白了，我要用教材教学生，而不是教教材，可以创造性地使用教材，围绕课标可删可增，另外要锻炼学生的实践能力，也就是听、说、读、写的能力，也就是说在课堂中，Pairwork和Groupwork部分不但要练，还要让每一个学生都能参与其中，勇于张口，使课堂气氛活跃而有秩序，让学生都能找到自己的定位，真正喜欢上英语课堂。

作为一线英语教师，通过这次培训感到肩上的担子更重了，非常感谢教育局领导能给我这样一次学习的机会，我会加倍努力，在以后的教育教学中勤于思考，善于分析，尽早成为一名优秀的英语教师!

背景

阅读不仅仅是视觉的,也是听觉的、口语的,甚至是触觉的。所以从小对幼儿进行早期阅读的培养,让幼儿养成良好的阅读习惯,可以为以后的正式阅读打下良好而坚实的基础。

案例

放学后王哲小朋友主动去书架上拿了一本书他从第一页开始认认真真地看了起来，看了四五页之后，停了下来，好像在思索着什么。眉头紧紧的皱着，然后拿着书去找雅宁帮忙解读，雅宁把自己的书收了起来，连忙坐到他旁边给他一页一页的讲解起来，这两个小朋友边讲边交谈起来……还不时的有幼儿加入他们的队伍，一起翻看自己带的图书。这是王哲唯一一次看这么久的图书。

分析

我们的图书区半个月从新投放一次幼儿自带的有趣的图书。每位幼儿可以从家里带图书到幼儿园，因为家里的图书他更加熟悉故事内容，爸爸妈妈已经给他们讲了很多遍，带到幼儿园幼儿自己就成为了伙伴们的小老师，为大家讲述，帮助大家阅读，这对于带书幼儿及全体儿童都会有很大收益。在幼儿相互交流的过程中语言表达能力及逻辑思维水平都会有相应提高，而且我们还可以看出幼儿感兴趣的内容，熟悉的故事情节仍然是他们主动阅读的前提与契机。

反思

经过一学期的观察，我发现王哲小朋友有了很大的进步，从不喜欢阅读书到喜欢上了阅读书。更主要是对书里的内容感兴趣了。我们应当让孩子在自由而愉快的阅读中享受高尚的精神生活。因此,为幼儿创设良好的阅读环境和宽松的氛围是我们教师的责任。

作为一名教师，能有机会向在座的各位同仁汇报一下自己在平凡的工作岗位中取得的点滴成绩，感到无比的骄傲和自豪，这些年来的成长进步离不开领导们的关心和支持，离不开同事们的信任和理解，更离不开和平镇中心小学全体师生的共同努力，我有机会作为他们中的一员站在这里，心中感到万分的激动。我向大家汇报交流的题目是《争当敬业者，做好领航人》。

我于1990年8月参加教育教学工作，从教的十几年来先后担任过中学教师、小学教师、小学教导主任、小学校长。这十几年来的教育生涯，虽然不是很长，但我深切体会到教师责任的重大，特别是担任学校领导后，更加认识到学校发展与校长有直接的关系，也从中悟出了怎样做一名好校长的道理。下面就个人的几点体会向诸位作汇报交流，不当之处敬请批评指正。

校长是学校的灵魂，做好一名校长，一定要做到三“心、辛、新”，也就是“用心、辛勤、创新”。

第一“心”：用心。

学校的工作千头万绪，纷繁复杂，犹如教学，既有预设，又要有生成，那么校长就要把学校大大小小的事随时放在心里，装着学校、老师和学生。无论是工作还是生活都要用心去处理。

(一)、工作要有“公心”

“公心”，顾名思义，即为公平之心，中心小学在乡镇小学里校型是比较大的，工作自然要复杂许多，作为校长如不能做到公平、公正，一味的搞愚民政策，只会弄巧成拙。我在学校具体工作安排上都要经过缜密的思考，才能贯彻实施，绝不随心所欲做任何一项工作，以免出现偏差，有失公心。每学期开学之前对于班主任、任课教师的安排都要加以认真研究、仔细推敲。制定最佳方案，让每一位老师都能充分施展自己的才华，又尽量使他们无怨言。马丽娟老师德高望重。工作作风踏实，教育学生有方法，管理班级有点子，可她身患疾病，年龄偏大。根据实际情况综合考虑，既要照顾她的身体，又要发挥她的光和热，最终决定安排她只教最擅长的数学学科，任班主任工作。一年多的教学实践证明，这一做法是非常明智的，而今这个班无论是班级管理，还是教学成绩在全镇教是名列前茅。

另外做一名好校长，决不能有私心，这是相对公心而言的。一个不言而喻的道理大家都知道，校长在名利争夺上，教职工自然争不过，然而此种结局，只能使其成为“失道者”，而落得“寡助”，鉴于此，我在名利上从不计较个人得失，我奉行的原则是“让出去的是名，收获的是心。

(二)生活上要有爱心

月有阴晴圆缺，人有悲欢离合，每一个人都会有喜怒哀乐，教师也不例外。对于教师感情方面的事情，我关注、关心，他们喜笑颜开时我送去的是掌声，他们痛苦悲伤时我带来的是抚慰，让他们每一个人都真切地感受到：学校和校长在关注、关心我，郭英杰时常情绪不佳我劝慰，孙洪学的爱子因顾伤人我关心，孟祥玲老师患病我去看望，李艳辉等参加比赛获奖我为他们兴奋，席海莹喜生爱女我为她祝贺，郑美珍终于治好了病腿能骑车上下班，我为她高兴。诸如此类我都是用心去做，然而我还是“吾日三省吾身”经常反醒自己，告诫自己，我这所以这样做是因为我知道，这是做好校长的前提。

第二“辛”：辛勤

校长是师生的一面镜子，师生的精神面貌如何，很大程度上取决于校长对于师生的价格映射。因此，在校长的岗位上，我始终坚持严格要求自己，以校为家，任劳任怨。凡是要求老师做到的，自己首先做到，争做老师的表率。

2006年9月，教学楼刚刚落成，百事待做。特别是校园人文环境建设和校园内涵的拓展等工作更是迫在眉睫。因为省督导评估检查团即将对我校进行评估验收，面对这一切，看在眼里，急在心上。多次与赵校长讲座研究校园规划建设方案，起早贪晚忙碌在学校，亲自与全体师生平整校园，装饰教学楼，整理档案，为不耽误白天做其他工作，我干脆就吃住在学校一直到检查验收结束。这期间，我多次到市一中、一小参观学习，借鉴兄弟学校先进经验，细化学校管理的每一个细节。使学校的人文环境和管理工作得到了较好的落实。为了不影响工作，我爱人的大姨病故我都没有去参加葬礼，致使爱人生我的气，说我没有人情味。

在我们全体师生的共同努力下，校园面貌焕然一新“校园里树影婆娑、鲜花盛开、绿草如茵，漫步校园别有一番情致。楼内盆栽工作花卉，争奇斗艳，花香四溢。楼道文化更彰显人文情怀：标语、警示牌、宣传板、条幅、学生作品等，无声的语言给师生的是深层次、潜移默化的熏陶和感染，听到的是琅琅的读书声和欢歌笑语，看到的是整洁、干净的校园和张张天真的笑脸。省督导评估专家组对我校给予了充分的肯定，一举通过验收。

为进一步美化、绿化、香化、雅化校园，2007年我在五一长假期间放弃休息，去北兴先后购买了唐槭、塔松等树苗，与几名老师一起栽种在校园里，又亲自栽了100多棵云中杨。

2008年暑假，学校翻建幼儿园及仓库，近一月时间里，我始终坚持工作在学校，夏日骄阳似火，我顶着炎炎烈日监督学校甬道的铺设、房屋的建设。特别是在房顶铺珍珠岩时，我怕工人不认真负责，亲自在房顶指挥，时常亲自动手平整。上面似火的骄阳炙烤，下面辛辣的珍珠岩呛人，一连数日，脸晒得黝黑，只有眼角的皱纹里尚有些皮肤的本色。胳膊晒爆皮了，钻心的疼痛。苦尽甘来，终于在9月1日，阳光幼儿园落成了，孩子们高高兴兴地走进了环境舒适的教室。

2008年11月12日，对于中心小学师生来说都是值得纪念的日子;中心小学被评为省级一类学校。为了这一特殊的荣誉，我们是饱尝艰辛，忘我工作。从谋划工作思路到具体工作的落实，无不渗透我们的汗水：大课间活动的编排、文艺节目的演练，师生思想观念的转变，走廊文化的彰显，校园美化绿化净化，硬件设施的购置补充，软件的更新与完善等等，为了这些工作我的嗓子喊哑了，腿跑瘦了，胃病更加严重了，体重下降了。功夫不负有心人，我与老师、学生的汗水没有白流，终于如愿以偿地顺利通过省一类学校的验收。如今醒目的省一类学校牌匾在我校的荣誉室里熠熠生辉。似乎在告诉每一位参观者，它那来之不易的经历。诉说着中心小学人为它所付出的艰辛努力。

学校的工作有常也无常。有常是说它年复一年、日复一日的教书育人。无常是说它不知何时会发生意外。2008年入冬后，由于锅炉质量问题，几次发生意外：不是引风机烧坏就是电机损毁。白天尚还好处理和维修，夜晚出现问题实在让人头疼。天寒地冻，滴水成冰。再冷也必须维修好，否则一旦冻坏取暖设备后果不堪设想。我曾两次半夜打车到学校组织维修。手冻得像猫咬的一样疼，浑身直打哆嗦。没办法必须坚持。时间最长的一次到凌晨1点多才修好。第二天领导和老师听说后都非常心疼。

校长不是指手画脚的人，而应该是真抓实干的领航人。校长的表率示范作用将会引领激励师生更加勤奋努力的工作，特别是在形成优秀集体、向更高层次迈进的时候，校长更应该脱离群众勤、手勤、眼勤、嘴勤。“业精于勤“，只有与师生共同苦干才能打造一个团结向上的优秀集体。

第三“新“创新

学校要发展，就不能眼界狭隘，墨守陈规，必须有创新意识，在完成常规工作的同时要随时找到和制造教师、学生的生长点和兴奋点，带动教职工创新，培养学生创新意识和动手实践的能力。

(一)人才要新

眼界决定人的境界，教师的视野宽了，境界自然就会提高。为此，我积极为教师创造条件和机会，使教师的素质尽快地提高。先后选派张淑清、何文涛、姜玉红去哈尔滨、赵光等地参观学习，选派昌丽梅、胡晓艳等到北安和平小学

及市一小挂职锻炼，在中心校协调下，组织班主任教师到市一小参观学习大课间活动及班级布置。通过以上的“走出去”拓宽了教师的视野，转变了思想观念，增长了知识才干。另外加大了校本培训力度，每周一、周四利用计算机网络教室开展教师信息技术培训，每周三、五利用光盘播放室观看专家专家名师光盘。这些实实在在的举措。使教师自身素质得到提高，为办好创新教育打下坚实的基础。

(二)环境要新

我校有悠久的历史，积淀了丰富的文化底蕴。在此基础上，我们不断丰富校园文化内涵，优化育人环境，力争达到最佳育人效果。首先做到美化、绿化、香化、雅化校园。学校先后投入资金购买了400棵塔松、唐槭、云中杨、李子、沙果等树苗栽种在校园里。每年还自行培育葫芦、向日葵花、虞美人等。楼内各种盆栽花卉，更是一年四季芳香四溢，五彩缤纷。

其次注重人文性育人氛围。为进一步达育人效果。校园是楼道内设置了大量人文性强，含义深刻的标语。如“校风、校训、教风、八荣八耻”构建五大生活形态，践行新教育理念等。班级布置更是别具一格，彰显了师生对美追求，对生活的热爱，班级处处生机盎然、新颖别致。优秀的环境氛围、高雅的校园文化，给人以奋进向上的力量，创设了一个时时爱教育、处处受感染的育人环境，使创新教育更富有生命力。

(三)活动要新

学校通过组织开展有特色的活动，推动素质教育的健康发展，在活动中突显创新意识。

1、 读书活动推陈出新

结合主题读书活动的开展，我校进行“五个一”工程，也就是每日一说写，每天把自己要说给父、教师，同学的真心话、知心话，劝勉话、祝福话、承诺话写下来。每日一摘抄。每天摘抄一点自己喜欢的成语、谚语、名人名言、哲理警句。景物描写、佳词丽段。每日一背诵。每天背诵几个成语，一句名言。一首古诗、新三字经、一段好文章。每日一记录。用日记形式把每天观察到的人、事、物、景，场面等进行记叙或描述，每日一仿写。利用典型的例文，进行片断地写。五项训练，每天任选一项交错进行，坚持经常。

创办了《群芳周报》每期都要刊登师生文学作品及名言、警句、三字经、伦语等。为配合读书活动开展，定期举办手抄报比赛，每学期至少二次，内容涉及读书领域的各个方面。利用红领巾广播站播报学生的文学作品，交流读书活动的经验为更好的开展读书活动推向高潮，分别安排由史丽娜、张艳红两位老师进行了读书课观摩活动。

2、 体育活动标新立异。

大课间体育活动，我校三至六年级学跳阿拉伯健身舞，此舞刚柔相济，既达到了运动的目的，又使学生受到了美的熏陶。另外高年级体育课又开设了青年长拳，现在已初具规模，预计在镇运动会上会一展风采。

3、 文艺活动招数翻新

校文艺队在已建立舞蹈队基础上，又成立了竖笛特长班，由实习生王欣老师任教。如今清脆悦耳的笛音每日都回荡在教学楼内。创新是学校生命的源泉，创新给学校注入了活力。如今我校已构建起和谐、积极、健康的校园氛围。下昂首走向新辉煌。

以上只是我在日常工作中的粗浅体会与做法，与优秀校长的标准还有一定的差距，在今后的工作中我还要不懈努力，锐意拼搏，做一名爱岗敬业的好老师，开拓创新，求真务实，做一名百事为先的好校长。任劳任怨，只求无愧我心;兢兢业业，只为再创辉煌!

This afternoon, my father took me to the Olympic swimming, I was very happy, because for the first time I go to, have been very much looking forward to, every time my dad said, but did not go into, finally can go this time. But then I thought: "our two people will be bored, so I invited my brother and uncle to play."

I went swimming with my brother in the swimming pool. Has begun! First I was in the front, then I was a little tired, my brother was speeding up the "overtaking", and finally I couldnt get over it, I lost!

Then, my brother and I against uncle and father, I took my gun "embedded" underwater, brother to guide dad and uncle to come over, I suddenly emerged from the water, with water gun against them. We have a method, is "a diversion" we are currently using to a place where water spray nozzle, uncle and father went away in the past, we attack from behind them. The attack succeeded.

In the end, we won 2-1! We are so happy! Ill be back next time. I had a great time this summer vacation

今天下午，爸爸带我去奥体游泳，我高兴极了，因为我第一次去，一直很期待，每次爸爸都说去，可是都没有去成，这次终于可以去了。可是我又一想：我们两个人玩会无聊的，所以我就邀请了哥哥和叔叔一起来玩。

进了游泳池我和哥哥比赛游泳。开始了!首先我在前面，后来我有点累了，哥哥马上加速“超车了”，最后我一直反超不了，我输了!

然后，我和哥哥对战叔叔和爸爸，我拿着水枪“埋入”水底，哥哥把叔叔和爸爸引过来，我突然从水里冒出来，用水枪攻击他们。我们又有了一个方法，就是“声东击西”我们现用水枪向一个地方喷水，叔叔和爸爸就走了过去，我们从他们的背后攻击。攻击成功了。

最后，我们2比1的分数赢了!我们十分的开心!下次我还要来。今年的暑假我过得十分欢乐

I live in a city, since I was small, I witnessed all the things happened in this city. Now, in my eyes, after so many years, the city has changed so much. First, the transportation has become fluent.

Many years ago, there were less bus stations, people always needed to changed their lines by many cars.

But now, almost all the places can be reached by bus, people don’t need to change the line. Second, the buildings are enlarging, this reflects the city’s economy develops fast.

Indeed, I can go to many newly built public places to have fun, some are for children, some are for the old, all of these are good for people’s communication. The city’s change reflects people keep pace with time.

We are always told that time is precious so that we shall cherish it. Even

though most of us know the necessity of making use of time, when we start our

plans, we find that time is limited. Where has the time gone, we always feel

confused about it. Actually, it is the lack of efficiency that makes people feel

time is not enough. It is in need of improving efficiency. Most students cant

focus their mind on study because they think of all kinds of temptations, such

as delicious food and computer games. If they can finish task quickly, then they

can do other things. It is the motivation to improve efficiency.
